I recommend finding a different BoSas location. The donuts are awesome, however, this location seems hit or miss whether the place is actually open. I came Saturday and the place was closed. I came Wednesday morning and there was a sign on the door stating be right back. Ive been here for about 15 minutes and no one has opened the place.
I’m not sure if they make their own donuts or what but they tasted the same if not worse than donuts you get in packaging at the grocery store. They were the first donuts I’ve ever had that were so bad that I left them on the side of the road for homeless to hopefully get. I also ordered a boba taro drink and it was so tasteless that I had to come back warm up some milk and add a ton of my own taro powder to it since they were so cheap to add hardly any in my “taro” drink. We spent nearly 17$ here hoping for good donuts from a donut place and a good drink but it was a massive let down. Never experienced this kind of low quality from a donut place before. We ended up going to KFC for a Famous Bowl which was a million times better sadly. Hope this helps someone! We really wanted donuts. Massive let down.
2 local locations one at Arizona Center another across from Chase Field. Very friendly people. Great donuts!
Best spot in Downtown Phoenix. The staff constantly get down and put together a great breakfast sandwich. The donuts are also great.
I work downtown right across the street from this Bosas. The only reason I give it a 3 stars is because of their delicious donuts, drinks, and food, However they have the SLOWEST WORKERS. Their are 2 people most of the time and it takes them both to work on one order. I just tried to order 5 bagels with cream cheese for pick up in 10 mins but they tell me its going to be 20 - 30 mins to make because it is only 2 of us.. OHHHH COME ONNN.
Service was horrible. Its sad cause it use to be pretty good. Whoever the guy in glasses is they have no idea what they are doing. Stood and watched for almost 10 mins with another customer being completely ignored because apparently this guy couldnt do more than one thing at a time. Acknowledging us I guess was even too hard for him as well while we waited. Guess its back to the dunkin donuts down the street.
I ordered through their website and it took over 40 minutes to arrive and with the complete wrong order. For some reason you cannot call their facility so I had to drive out to there place and collect the correct order and I asked if they could throw another donut in my order for the sake of my inconvenience and they wouldnt because my inconvenience wasn’t their problem.
Super appetizing. Definitely worth a return visit. The bill was good for how much you get.
Lives up to its reputation. They are the best donuts in Phoenix.
The donuts were delicious, but I was relatively unimpressed by the iced coffee.
The best donuts around, so soft and yummy 😋
