Such good doughnuts wish there were some in Ohio!

My son and I were excited to try these donuts. Never again. My Boston Cream donut tasted acid. That’s a sign that the cream is not good. My son’s raspberry one tasted like the jam was made of plastic. I asked for a cappuccino, and they told me I had to chose a flavor. I said that I just wanted a plain cappuccino, and they tried to tell me what a cappuccino is. Mind you, I’m Italian, and I know what a cappuccino is. I asked them how they make it, and go figure, it’s a machine that makes all sorts of beverages from powdered mixes. My son decided to go for an ice tea. It was dirty water. Not tea. The look of the place was horrible from the outside. Dirty windows and posters that were all ripped and dirty. The menu board was a mess with pieces of paper peeling off. I didn’t want the looks of the place to influence me in trying it, but I could have kept that money in my pocket and used it at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Great donuts. The quality is unparalleled. The glazed donuts are really, REALLY big and light and fluffy with good flavor. Service is excellent. They look you in the eye when they hand you the food. I highly recommend BOSA!

I was visiting from out of town and found this place, I LOVE donuts and enjoy almost anyone I have. However these were probably my favorite, extremely soft and great flavor. Keep it up!

Great doughnuts! Service is good, but they are usually busy. They always have the basic chocolate and vanilla, but the availability of other types of doughnuts varies. For our family, its not a big deal because all their doughnuts are tasty 😋

Large variety of donuts, that were very fresh and delicious tasting. Werent allowed to sit at the tables inside and the bathroom was closed but the patio was nice. Customer service was a little dry. The frozen coffee was really good but halfway through I felt like it was more ice than coffee and had to wait for the rest to melt. Id get a regular ice coffee next time.

The coffee, is just coffee. Its pretty good Joe at the crack of the dawn. LoL! And donuts! Oh the donuts! Man theyre to die for! Go good with coffee, too. You know Dunkin donuts and all that.HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

Best Donuts in town not worth the rude service though. It’s common courtesy to say good morning. I said good morning twice and did not get a response. They are pretty much against being polite . I find that rude and unprofessional. I don’t care how good your donuts are I will take my business elsewhere. I just drove away and kept my $15. Don’t they know good service starts with customer service.

Every City I visit I like to seek out their best doughnuts. This had nearly 5 stars so I had to verify for myself. I am a simple doughnut guy, glazed yeast is a critical but basic choice. So I have to say this is a very good glazed doughnut. Nice and airy with a just sweet enough glaze to I wont go into a diabetic coma.

I was actually delivering for this to pop up... recently. Regardless, I have had BoSa donuts before and they were beyond delectable that time as well.

Sketchy business. Food is delicious but their customer service is honestly atrocious.The thing that went wrong is that they don’t have prices in their menus. And once it was time to pay I asked for an itemized receipt and they said they couldn’t give it to me.Donuts are REALLY good.

My little kids have become donut connoisseurs and Bosa did not disappoint. They loved the donut holes, and we grabbed a variery of donuts to try out. They we tasty, fresh, and they had many options on hand to choose from. We had been going to other places that always ran out of their favorite flavors, so it was nice to see we can count on Bosa being well stocked. Well be back, for sure.

Best donuts in Phoenix hands down! Forget those national donut chains. They dont even compare to this bakery.

I came here on a Tuesday morning around 8AM and the shelves were completely stocked! I sadly didnt see buttermilk with chocolate coating which I saw at another location, so I ended up getting an apple fritter and a chocolate old fashioned. The apple fritter was crunchy around the outside and I could taste the apples in them. The old fashioned was standard, crispy on the outside, but the chocolate covering wasnt super tasty nor chocolate-y. I liked that these were also not overly sweet, and I very much enjoyed them. It was $2.58 post-tax which isnt cheap but not too bad either!

Highly Recommended! The place was clean, comfortable, and new. Also, the coffee and the bread that I ordered were accommodated properly and nicely by the waiter. While waiting, I was captivated to take a photo because of its unique and nice view. When my order was already on the table, I then start eating and find it all delicious. Fantastic!

I have to say this place has some of the best Donuts. The service was good.

I ran here during my lunch break and didnt have time to place an order. Mind you, I did have a big order but not everyone has time to place an order before their lunch break.. I got the rudest customer service ive never been treated as horrible as they did today. She said next time place an order and whispering things under her breath and giving me dirty looks. This is your job I came with a good attitude I should get the same in return and I left a generous tip after the attitude because I knew it was a bit of a hassle. But giving someone a bad attitude when they did nothing wrong is the worst. Wont be back and dont recommend anyone going here.

I picked up Boss donuts for the first time yesterday for Fathers Day.. I ordered bear claws as those are a favorite. Now I need to go out and see if I can find a real bear claw these are nothing more than a glazed donut made to look like a bear claw. And they charge you four times as much I dont know about the rest of their donuts but Id never go back again for these.

One of the most consistently delicious donut shops in the valley. There are better and there are worse, but Id say Bosa is above average. Nothing beats their traditional glazed donut. Delicious with a cup of coffee.

The speaker didnt work on a super busy Friday, but the young lady was super on top of it and got my order very quickly and was nice. Of course, the donuts were fresh and delicious!

Honestly, I cannot stress how absolutely amazing these shopkeepers are at making donuts (amazing original cake donuts, crisp and fluffy croissants, and the best maple bacon in town) but what sets them apart is the way they serve every person that walks into their doors!

Best donuts in Phoenix open 24-7. Drive thru makes it to always have fresh donuts. Since they are open 24 their donuts are always fresh, quick service, and quality of donut is top tier. Go for their old fashions as they are the best I have had.

I have been coming here for 2+ years and the customer service just gets worse and worse every visit. Im at the point where I will not be returning. I will be driving a little farther to a different place. Menu items are so good. Which is very disappointing. They got my order wrong and the female drive thru cashier had an attitude about it. I just cancelled my order. She said there its been refunded but didnt give me the receipt for it. I asked for it and I was given more attitude. I left the items. Still dont have my refund. Called to see what was going on with it i was explaining to the manager and he just kept talking over me and not letting me finish. His solution was let me talk to the employees to see whats going on my question is why do you need to when I verified the receipt through text with him and the refund was made (supposedly) since I did have the refund receipt. After him interrupting a handful of times I said Ill just take it up with my bank and get the refund that way.The management and employee team here is a joke. If you want something sweet find a different location or just go to Crumble its in the same plaza.

Lady made fun of me for not liking Boba and then got my order wrong.Completely disappointed if youre gonna make fun of me in broken English get my order right! Looked at me like I was crazy even though I repeated 3 times while she was making it the order was wrong then. So I just took the wrong drinks and threw them away when I left so I didnt have to deal with the attitude.

They take a long time to give order at nights and have attitude towards costumer.

Great textural contrast inside to crunchy outside, not overly aggressive glaze, nice Apple chunks.Boston cream is solid, good chew on the dough - something substantial and not sweet to balance the pastry cream.Regular glazed is very good. More substantial than KK airy texture. Good balance overall

So I been in the area for almost 2 weeks (coming from cali) I needed a donut fix and found this place, I refused Dunkin donuts so settled for here and omg worst decision ever NASTY donuts and they claim to be the best donuts in arizona I dont think so. I think dunkin would have been better choice 🤷‍♀️

I do love BoSa donuts. But why is it theyre always out of Almond milk at 7:45am? On a Monday morning even. Since Im intolerant, I get all my iced coffee, or ice blended drinks with Almond milk. This has happened 2-3 times already. Im not going back to this location, seems like someone is lazy.

Huge, huge plus that they are open 24x7. I would not classify the employees as friendly, but theyve never been rude. This location thankfully has some dairy milk alternatives, such as soy and almond milks. (Other locations do not.) I drive pretty far out of my way to come to this location when I want a Thai tea. Its a tiny bit difficult to see the shop from the street, as its slightly recessed, but its not too bad.

Boba drinks are always perfectly made. Tonight, our sausage and egg breakfast sammich were burnt almost to a crisp.Also, why is it that no matter which Bosa you go to, they never have all of the good donuts?? It seems at least half the donuts on their menu are never available. Why have a huge donut menu if more than half are never ready??

These were some finely crafted donuts! This place had a lot of variety and everything looked very fresh and beautifully baked. We ordered a bunch of different donuts and were not disappointed with any of them. Check this place out if you guys are in the area. Also, I believe it is open 24 hours, which is always a plus in my book 😎

We used to frequent here after dropping daughter off at ballet school, across the street, but they relocated. Which is probably a good thing, for hubby and I. The donuts, and breakfast sandwiches are so good! The donuts are big and fluffy. We were here on a Saturday morning, and there was a huge line towards the door. It went by pretty fast. We ordered a dozen donuts, and a couple breakfast sandwiches to split and coffee drinks. Apparently, the lady didnt get our order correctly, and we were charged for two meats in our sandwich, and no egg, which we did not order. Be sure to repeat your order, as we did this several times, and they still got it wrong! They have so many people in trying to order, so dont expect super friendly, personable service. Get in, and get out. Or, you may sit at one of their tables in the small dining area, if you choose to eat inside. There is also a drive-thru as well.

The place to go for fresh, quality donuts. Havent tried any of their coffee offerings but if the way they run their business is any indication, they should be worth a try. Its out of the way for me but Ill drive a little further for BoSa.

Boba tasted fresh, Thai iced tea had a good flavor to it, and the donut was good! They have plexiglass surrounding the registers for added sanitation.

A very rude lady at the drive thru almost turned around to leave but I was picking up an online order that I already paid for. She needs to be trained on customer service and how to speak to customers; again a very rude lady.

Delicious donuts and open late. Dont expect any unique or different flavors, but their delivery on the classics makes up for it. My husband had the chocolate covered donut, and I had the apple fritter, which were both delicious. They also have a wide variety of drinks and a drive through.

Everybody go,, get your a*#es to BoSa Donuts right now, theres still some left hurry, no delivering though, but just cram all inside the store .They serve walk ins first.

Always fresh & delicious. But you would think at 530 they wouldnt run out of some of the more popular varieties. Still, easy & convenient drive thru.

Looking forward to my Monday morning donut. My weekly ritual is to pickup BoSa for the office (luckily most are working from home) and make people from other offices in the building jealous as I carry my box of BoSa.

They have the worse customer service you coming thru the drive thru at 11 am and the Mexican girls were playing over the intercom yelling asking me what did I want I just left. Please don’t go to them in the morning the owner has no clue or just doesn’t care.
