We got our new door from Signature Iron Doors. We love it. They were so accommodating and got us exactly what we wanted. Our door faces the direct afternoon sun and it looks fabulous. It holds up great and is very heavy and solid.

Signature doors products are low quality and dont last. The custom doors they built are not airtight and have significant insulation issues. In the winter, ice forms on the inside. After two years I am beginning to see rust. I have repeatedly tried to contact Signature for service and my calls and discussions have gone nowhere. They dont back the products they sell. For thousands of dollars, I would expect a better product and better service. Buyer beware.

I love my Signature Iron door. It looks beautiful and it is a very sturdy door. It really improved the look of our house. I did have a problem with my keypad locking mechanism. I called Signature Iron Doors, they immediately replaced the keypad free of charge. I am very pleased with their customer service and how the handled the problem.

I ordered a 2-car garage door on 10/7/15. The final delivery of the completed door was received 10/11/16. YES, IT TOOK OVER A YEAR. When ordered, I was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. The door was delivered about 22 weeks later. The top decorative panel was not manufactured according to the specifications and, to their credit, they agreed to re-fabricate the panel at no charge. I was told, again, 8-12 weeks for delivery and that panel arrived about 31 weeks later. Although the completed door is lovely and what I had hoped, their commitment to customer service and delivering on promises is worse than imaginable. According to them, all delays were the fault of others (labor problems, shipping problems, weather problems, port problems). If it really takes 6 months to custom build a door and deliver it, THEN JUST SAY THAT.

I tried to work with the owner and he completely shrugged me off. I went to another supplier and got my door made as designed. I would never use this company and would discourage anyone from dealing with them. They dropped the ball completely and delayed my construction project by months!

Spent a lot of $ on 2 garage doors and after 2 years the paint is flakung off. A sticky liquid oozes out from where paint is cracking and then falls off. The preparation was not done correctly and biq chunks of paint are falling off. Customer service sucks and they never answer the phone. After calling every #s for weeks someone picks up and says they will help but i never hear from them again. There warranty meant nothing. Ill probably have to take the doors off and bring to an auto body shop and have them redone. What a mess.

I bought 3 ornate steel iron garage doors from Signature and paid $10,000+. Within a year, the finish started flaking off. We were told these were manufactured in China and there was a defect in the finishing process. To their credit, Signature made an attempt to repair the damage, but that failed, too. After that, they refused to return phone calls or any other correspondence. I have had to hire another company to restore the doors at considerable expense. I strongly recommend against this company and their products.

Worst customer server EVER! Had 2 garage doors made for a customer. Delayed months with lots of excuses. Product quality issues from the start. 3 years old and they need to be replaced or refinished and they WILL NOT call me back. Stay away!

Very well received Door and Gate delivered on time, good customer service

It took 8 months for them to deliver our door. During shipping it was damaged by a forklift, and a claim was filed. The shipping company paid Signature Doors for the damage, but my door has never been fixed, nor have I been compensated for the damage. All my calls/emails are being ignored. Do not do business with these people.

Worst experience in customer service, the installation process and taking responsibility of making obvious corrections. Go elsewhere!!! Save yourself the headache, time and money!
