I wish I could give -1 stars. WORST experience Ive ever had at a T-Mobile. Every time I go they are always very helpful, but not this time. The music so loud I couldnt hear what they were saying. I walked in trying to update 2 phone lines (I wish I wouldve gotten her name) She told me they didnt have any promotions for me to upgrade. Its mid December!! How is that possible?! Is t mobile more interested in gaining new customers than in keeping a good customer that always pays on time!?. Also, she asked another girl that came from the back of the store to help me instead. I am assuming that other girl told her no because she just walked away!! She had an awful attitude. Possible because it was 7pm and almost time to go home.I will be back to this location and I hope I get the service I deserve! I will get there names and report them to whomever actually cares about customer service.

I just had the best experience with this location yesterday. Edwin gave me the best customer service in the world. It took an hour on the phone with tech support straightening out the mess that was made when I poured it over my number from Verizon but he finally helped me get it straightened out. If it werent for him and the other employees picking up the slack while he helped me I dont think the matter would have ever gotten straightened out. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💗

The service here is sensational! Javier and Edwin helped me out with getting a new iPhone. They play fire music aswell, and it’s a fun environment to be in!

The service here is amazing! Felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in, Javier and Elvis helped me out with a couple new iPhones and some accessories, very helpful they answered all my questions and were extremely patient with me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My cell was insured. They made me pay for a new phone..wont pay insurance again...The cell stopped charging for no reason. Hate it

They are not honest in dealing and leaving people hanging, and someone asked me to give him a gift or meal called aercn

Horrible service, these people at this location will lie to you for a sale. They do not carry s10 screen protectors so dont let them lie to yall n charge you. Second time this location has done this. Sorry a.. people

This is the T-Mobile inside Desert Sky Mall. The service is lousy. Horrible. I do not recommend coming here. The workers do not give good service.

It would be very good if they had real offers for existing clients, they dont have offers other than adding new lines and what am I going to do with a line that I am not going to use?
