Excellent service from an expert technician who was polite and early. He called in advance to ask to come earlier. He serviced the garage door and opener and replaced the worn rollers with new nylon rollers with bearing. Door is so much quieter now. I would definitely recommend this company for your garage door service needs.

Our garage door would not close with the remotes. I adjusted the sensors many times over the last year. Yesterday, even realigning the sensors did not work. I called Arizona Garage Door & Repair because their phone number was pasted on the wall in the garage since we bought the house in 2012. A live person answered right away and said a repair tech was available NOW if I was! I was. He arrived promptly aligned the sensors, but that did not work, so he replaced the sensors immediately. If he had not been able to come right away, we would have had to drive the car out of the garage, close the door from the wall control, and walking through the house to leave through the front door. I was so pleasantly surprised that Arizona Garage Door was able to fix the garage door right away. The tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

It was Sears...whom I love. Great experience. The windows took awhile to come in from the factory but it was perfect due to my wait from HOA. The estimate portion was professional. The installer was awesome and cleaned up. You can see the before and after attached. I would highly recommend.

This company is absolutely amazing! My husband backed into our garage door last night and it wouldnt shut at all. I was worried about it being open overnight. Travis got right back to me even though it was after hours and walked me through how to get it closed for the night to save me an emergency visit. Then, he had his service person here at 7 a.m. this morning. By 7:40, the door was fixed completely. I though we were going to need to order expensive parts, etc. but no. I was very impressed with the cost of a new garage door opener and the speed that the technician took to complete the job. I had another brand of garage door opener that had popped the chain when I pushed the button to open my garage. I contacted that company and others and all of them wanted more to repair the broken chain than Arizona Garage Door and Repair wanted to replace the entire opener. Also they understood my need for quick service since I would have been unable to keep my appointment with physical therapy and they had someone here within the hour. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Fast friendly service and quality work. While I wasnt planning to spend $600 (parts & labor) on a new garage door opener, Im happy with what we had installed. The opener has more options than expected, such as wifi connectivity, temperature, remote access, etc etc. More than just open and close.

I received a courtesy call before Brain arrived. He identified the problem with my garage door opener almost immediately, explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair price for the job, and after my go-ahead, completed the work quickly and carefully. He also spotted a small problem on the garage door frame, and fixed that too....all this in the 107 degree heat! I would definitely recommend Arizona Garage Door & Repair

When I spoke to them over the phone, I was told by the receptionist that they have an ongoing deal right now where they would not charge us for the estimate in exchange for a donation of canned goods. I had even asked again to clarify the requirements, and she assured me that all we would have to do was donate a few cans of food. Given the seemingly good business reviews, I thought Id give them a shot. Sure enough, after the technician arrived and looked at our garage door for no more than 5 minutes, we were slapped a $60 inspection fee despite what the receptionist promised us over the phone. Apparently, they intentionally neglected to mention that the quick glance at our door would cost sixty bucks UNLESS we agreed to their suggested repairs (which were obscenely expensive). In short, we made the mistake of trusting this company and fell for the old bait and switch.

The technician arrived promptly after I had placed a service request call. ... The major problem I had was failure of the remote controls for opening and closing door. Tech clearly explained to me why the remotes were not functioning properly and he provided a new mercury battery for each one. He also repaired the outside control box and provided me with clear instructions as to the keypad functions necessary to open the door from that control box. He also checked the status of the overhead motor that opens and closes the door. He lubricated pulleys and hinges. Following his work, the garage door opens properly with the remote in my car or my pocket and the master control on the wall at the garage entrance from the kitchen. I am 100% satisfied with the service call.

Prompt and courteous service, but I feel like I was ripped off on the parts price. They charged me $165 for a part that is available at amazon for $66. In fact, the highest price I found online for this part was $99. Needless to say, I won’t do business with them again.
