I called AZ Garage Pros and they ended up sending Cactus Garage Door Repair instead, without ever telling me. I only realized by looking at the receipt after the job is complete. This completely unacceptable behavior.

Really great service. Need to have a new garage door installed and so I hit the internet. These guys came out and did a wonderful job helping figure out what door I wanted and also did a great job on the installation as well.

We purchased a home with garage door opener issues. Kevin at AZ Garage Pros initial service call was to set up two replacement remotes and adjust a malfunctioning door. He was very helpful from the initial phone contact and throughout the service call. Knows his stuff. Unfortunately, he had to return when both remotes stopped working. It seems there is a lock button--a first on any opener in past experience--on the inside unit that is very easy to hit by accident. He reset and reprogrammed both remotes. Highly recommend Keven and AZ. Hes the rare service industry person who knows the meaning of the word.

I would not recommend this company. They showed up 3 hours late and were not professional. Gave me a quote of $550. In the end charged me a $35 dollars service call for 5 minute inspection and used my ladder. I would recommend foothills garage half the price and very professional.

Scheduled an appointment with them and they no showed. Tried calling and still no response. I would look at other companies. I cant respond to owner below for some reason, but yes it was this company. Scheduled days in advance and for the appointment to be lost apparently. I would still check other companies.

Appears this company is a joke. Called for a quote and was immediately put on hold by the girl who answered. When she finally returned, I asked about pricing for a standard 16 x 7 door replacement. I have received pricing from every other company without issue. She said she needed to send a tech out to give an estimate. When I stated I required a price she hung up. A tech coming to your house to estimate the cost of labor for a garage door replacement is never required as the task is as standard as it gets.

Called to get a spring fixed, i only deal with companies once i can verify their license and BBB, he didnt know hiis license, and stated after 7 yrs in arizona you dont need insurance. i have never heard of that. they are not licensed and are not BBB members. beware of scam companies. filed a complain with contrators board. the more i search the more i find this company uses multiple names and is a complete scam.
