I went to Walgreens today to use my OTC disability benefits card. I take a lot of meds. So half way through my shopping, I had to urinate. I’m on diuretics and usually only go where restrooms are available. You need a code to get into the restroom. I wait by the bathroom and my daughter takes the basket and asked a lady for assistance. So not like we are gonna steal anything. My daughter continues shopping and goes to pay at the cash register. I’m still waiting by the bathroom, so I go to see why somebody hasn’t let me in or gave me a code. The lady does not acknowledge me until I asked who my daughter asked for assistance and my daughter says the cashier(Chelsea) Chelsea then rudely says she could call somebody but they’re busy, so she doesn’t know if they’ll be able too! Again the bathroom takes a code! There was one other customer there. Busy? Oh and don’t let me forget there was a guy walking around the store with a cane and she called assistance to make sure that he didn’t steal the cane so there was assistance to watch him but not to let me into the bathroom, so I left. I did spend 170.00 there and will never go there again!

-5 stars been waiting for more than 20 min for curbside, they keep saying they are really busy well not my fault they are short staff. They keep helping everyone that walks in and im here waiting. If they cant do curbside or if its too much well then dont have that option. We choose curbside for a reason!!!

The lousy service in the pharmacy seems to be asking them to give you things as a gift, of several Walgreens this has been the worst.

I have been going to this Walgreens for at least 15 years off and on. It is an okay store. I go here sometimes to stop for a snack; drink; or personal care items.

EX - ITS $20 DLLS TOTAL I USE 5 IN CUPONS $10 IN CASH REWARDS AND $5 WITH MY CREDIT CARD. ALWAAAYS CANCEL. I MEAN CASH REWARS ITS MONEY THAT I EARN AT SOME POINT. AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WALGREENS SENT CUPONS IF THEY WONT RESPECT WHEN SOMEONE USE THOSE APP COUPONS. WALGREENS 7ST BASELINE HORRIBLE MANAGERS. 0 STARS.

Worst customer service.called to see if i could be transferred to pharmacy and after waiting for 6 minutes someone just hangs up the phone

I ordered my prescriptions here since it’s closest to my house and they keep saying we will have it by tomorrow, everyday and it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t been able to to pick it up!!! Some people need their medications, I would go here again

No notification if they are NOT going to fill your prescription and long hold times on the phone as well as hanging up on callers.

Pharmacy needs to get their act together! If the persons stuff is not ready move the line! Hire more people.. pathetic wait time!

Very poor service, cashier is unprofessional, mean and unhelpful. she works on the Walgreens in 7st and Baseline

They have good discounts sometimes. I mainly go here to send money via Western Union. Download the Western Union app so your fee is only $7. Conduct the transfer over the app, then walk into Walgreens to pay. Its worth it.

The Walgreens photo app directed me to use the Passport Creator app in order to print a passport picture and send to Walgreens. I did and when I went to pick them up, the mgr there had them in her hand and said she couldnt sell me the photos. She stated I had to take the pictures there,( I tried that 10yrs ago and they dont know how to take passport pictures, so I ended up taking my own and printed them there) . I even showed her the 2 apps that say clearly for Walgreens only and it was last update 5/2017. I then used the passport Creator app to print and order them at a different Walgreens. I was sold the photos with no problem. I was very surprised and confused with why she couldnt sell them to me, as Ive done it before at that location and she couldnt give me a reason why, other then we cant.

Their cashiers are not good

The short little lady who works the cash register is a sweetheart. She is very competent(been there for years I think). Last time I was there she greeted me, made eye contact, asked me how my day was. Its little things that matter to me. She treated me like a person, not a sale.

They dont know how to take passport size photo. Its worst. I can take better then Walgreens.

Best place to print ur photos at.😊save over 50% with coupon.

Quick and fast service, the lines move quickly. Sometimes I would suggest going to photo because coupins!

Horrible always understaffed, pharmacy especially

I minused two stars because i needed to pee. Almost peed my pants waiting for someone to unlock the bathroom. I hate using public bathrooms with out the hassle of begging to pee. Sigh.
