This review is long overdue. Last Sept. one of my Starkey Hearing aids completely died two weeks before it was out of warranty. I called Valley Audiology and got an appointment to see Kollin. He checked both of my hearing aids and found that one was completely dead and the other one had been sent back for repairs in the past. He sent both aids back to the factory and both of them were completely checked and whatever needed to be replaced was. They are both working fine as of this date. Thank you Kollin for the great service.

My experience with Valley Audiology and specifically the Haws family has been amazing. I cant say enough good things about thier level of service, fairness, and desire to assist me in a number of hearing challenges. I enjoy Kollins availability and knoweldge of the Starkey line.I have been a Starkey user since 2011. If you need to look into hearng aids, I encourage you to call Valley Audiology. They have two offices one in Cave Creek and one In Paradise Valley, great service and knowedge.
