WOW! First of all, I have been going to hearing centers since I was a child (I am 55 now). It has been at least since then that I have received good old fashioned excellent customer service. As a hard of hearing individual himself, Dr. Greenblatt clearly understands his clients and their needs. He did something no hearing professional has ever done - surprise me. While a lot of credit is due to new technology, Dr. Greenblatt thoroughly interviewed me to determine my needs. The moment I put my hearing aids on, and he talked to me (through a mask, mind you), I knew that he had determined my needs perfectly. I had never been able to understand someone with a mask on before this.This is clearly a doctor who puts his customers first, if he is able. I highly recommend his services. As long as Dr. Greenblatt is here, I am a customer for life.
