After receiving the hearing aids she works with you to fine tune them to your particular hearing needs based on the environments you spend time in and any specific issues you might be having.Her attention to detail, paired with her awesome sense of humor, made for a great experience! The absolute BEST. I came here many years ago when Dr. Stephanie moved to this location. She is reason enough. Sarah, who manages the office, is accommodating and awesome. We drive from Prescott to Phoenix to see Dr. Stephanie. . Wouldnt change to local if you paid me.

Though a relatively simple request, nothing but positiveness with my 1st encounter with Metro Hearing. I needed a popular standard receiver replacement used by Phonak and Unitron and it was like pulling teeth just getting this part from other brick and mortar repair locations. I dont need an appointment next week with a technician for a simple plug in device when I have the removed broken one in my hand. They had it for less $ than other locales, actually plugged it in and tested it, and warranty it for 6 months. And Im not a patient but that may change. Good, good experience.

I followed Dr Stephanie Clark when she moved from Cigna over 10 years ago as I was so impressed by the quality of her work and the care she provides her patients. For anyone considering those cheap tv hearing aids STOP and realize the quality of life you get with a good pair of hearing aids and a highly skilled audiologist that can tune them for your particular hearing problem. One size does NOT fit all and it takes a trained professional and good technology to help you get back to hearing again. Your hearing is not something to skimp on as I can attest how bad life can get when you cant understand people around you. Dr Clark works very hard to fit your hearing to your particular environment and lifestyle.

The Dr. is very good and very professional. She makes you feel well. The secretary is very efficient.

I have consistently received great care from Metro Hearing. I most frequently go to 40th St and Bell location. They are very knowledgeable about products, hearing loss and more. They are also willing to work with all financial situations for both insured and uninsured. Tip: Be careful not to pass entrance to medical park. On Bell Rd, its immediately behind Burger King. Access from 40th St is also doable.
