These men are about as friendly and professional as anyone could expect! They know their stuff and once its your turn, they take care of you until its your business is finished! They treat you like theyve always known you and have great conversations and laughter...all while taking care of you and the reason for your visit as a priority! When you walk into the bay area, the men make sure you get taken care of right away and actually are a little frustrated if youve stood there without being helped! If one is busy and theres no one else in the area, they yell CUSTOMER!!! I mean, really?! What a concept?! Take care of the customer as soon as they walk in the bay and on to the front desk for more customer care! This should be the model for anyone in business!

These guys are great. Brought in 5 hoses, two of which I had to cut in half to get them off the backhoe. Less than 30 minutes and less than $200 for all 5 hoses. Excellent customer service and product.

Best place for hyd hoses to be built

Was looking for something I thought was very simple, a 5 ft air hose, but no one sells them. I looked around for 3 months, someone recommended this place, and they were able to make it for me while I waited - about 3 minutes - and it cost me $8, thats $4 less than on Amazon!This is a great place, and they sell all kinds of hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and accessories. Definetley recommend this place.

Do NOT go here if you want a to make a return.They’ll just give you the run around and tell you they can’t do anything about!When I went in the store as a first timer the services were very rude excepting me to know already how they operate.When I ask for the hose I needed they told me they only had the more expensive version of the hose I was seeking for. Maybe because looked new or uneducated about hoses.The hose was not at all what I needed. In the end. This company deserves a Half of star.THANKS ANYWAYs... karma is a b****.
