Always good service, always helpful however lately things have been hard to find. Not really there fault but still frustrating.

I get it 3:50pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend and you want to get out of there but thats no excuse for poor service. Ill just take my money to ePoolSupply around the corner on Tuesday and from now on.

Kinda short staffed, also didnt have everything I needed..

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANYCalled ahead and made trip down to McDowell. Charged my card. When I picked up parts I realized they didnt have the correct part. Received refund minus 10% store discretionary restocking fee. They didnt have to order my part, packages were still sealed and they didnt even leave the store. This fee was not justified. Manager refused with statement. Its policy. Well my policy is not to work with crooks and to tell everyone that will listen not use business that are crooks.

They should have sign saying not for walk in.

Great service, although SCP-106 did cause a slight mould outbreak.
