Dessert time after Sushi Train (literally through an open entrance way connecting the two). Hand chopped and rolled ice cream with toppings (see pic). Friendly (youthful) staff. Atmosphere was fun and inviting with alternative music jamming. Foosball table in the middle. Imo, needing enterior signage. Thanks for the good experience.

The boba is good, not too sweet. It’s usually quiet but is also clean and you can walk into Sushi Station from inside so it’s a great place to get desert.

Cute little shop with a trendy looking interior. The bright orange exterior doesnt do the inside justice. :) The ice cream was delicious, and fun to watch the process of the ice cream being made. The menu was a little confusing for me, as was the ordering process, but I figured it out. I tried the matcha ice cream with strawberries, it was delicious! I would like to try a matcha ice cream next time but with another add in. A little on the $$ side, but its definitely unique and worth a try! :)

The staff is super friendly. I came in before they opened and they were nice enough to let me in and serve me. Love their bubble teas, reasonably priced and their foosball table...have not been to any other place that has something you could play for free while you eat.

I absolutely love this place one of my favorite places to go for dessert i rate the ice cream 5 stars but their hours are wrong online. I’ve gone in 3 times now on different days at 6pm, 5pm and 4pm and they’ve been closed but they say open on their website and on their door. I’ve tried to call before i go to make sure they’re open and the phone number is disconnected. Should definitely update the number and fix the hours.

Been here at least 10 times. Love this place. 6.50 for hand rolled ice cream. Neat environment. Nice friendly staff.Only complaint is how slow it is! Right now there are 27 customers in here and only 2 guys working. Theyre working hard but bottom line is the owner needs to hire a 3rd person. I know many other customers do not like how slow it is either and they will never be able to grow to their true potential lacking a quicker service.I would give 5 stars all day if it was just a little quicker. Been waiting 20 minutes now and theyve called 8 people but not myself yet.HIRE ANOTHER PERSON!!!

I went in literally 15 min before they were going to close, and i had an order of 4 ice creams. Dante and Eber were the only two that day and despite it being close to closing they had exceptional customer service! They prepared the ice creams as if they had just started their day. They also put them in the back fridge so they wouldnt melt! before i left they also gave me a plastic bag with ice in it to prevent the ice cream from melting. They are the definition of excellent customer service and i have never had a bad experience at Fried ice and Bubble tea! would always recommend this place on a hot summers day

This was our first time there and it was so good. I like how the guy explained every drink and how the menu worked. it was amazing he even gave me samples of what it taste like. we will definitely make this our new place for boba drinks.

This is one of the best kept secrets in the Phoenix area. Considering that were from NYC, finding bubble tea in AZ is amazing but...finding the BEST BUBBLE TEA ever (Chinatown, NYC included) is simply fantastic. The owner is pleasant, helpful and will let you sample his varieties of tea which are authentic Chinese and wonderful. Id give more than 5 stars if possible!!!

I didnt know it was called Fried Ice, all I know is Ive seen videos of it in different parts of the world. I drove by this place before it opened and was excited about a new bubble tea place opening up. One day I went to Sushi Station (next door) with a friend and saw this place was open. I walked in expecting bubble tea and was in for a treat when I saw they do the fried ice! David is awesome!

This place is so unique in terms of quality. They make all of their ice cream from scratch and the owner genuinely cares about the customers. The Hulk is my favorite ice cream, and their Thai bubble tea is delicious!

This place is right across from Sushi Station. There is literally a doorway inside to and from both places. Nonetheless this place is very family oriented, and has a fun vibe. I went to another store that made ice cream rolls and the folks were only focused on their job, no customer engagement at all. The prices are a little expensive, but you arent just paying for a cup of ice cream, but the whole experience. I will say that ice cream places like this are generally asian operated, so I was shocked to find this place run by some Hispanic looking teenagers. They certainly do an exceptional job though.

I was very excited to try this place especially because of the great reviews. Sadly, I still havent had the icecream, because when we went in the workers took two large group orders before ours even though we were standing right there at the register first. This was very upsetting and all they said when we told them is that we could have all the toppings we want and STILL made the large groups orders first. We were very upset so we left. Still wish to try it though, maybe another day.

Bad experience. We ordered our rolled ice cream and some others, possibly her friends came in. Instead of getting our order, she made 2 different groups their drinks without saying anything to us or asking if we were fine waiting.In addition, my ice cream wasnt made in front of me. She came out of the back with it. But there were no sounds(ie the classic chopping) of it being made. So I doubt it was fresh. My coworkers ice cream was made in front like everyone elses. Checked the clock on when we entered and when we left. 27 minutes.I wouldnt recommend going here. You can get better service and food elsewhere.

Ive came three times - a little after 8pm. They will lock the door on you and wont let you come in. However, it says theyre open until 9pm?! The cashier was very nice the first time I came but after that him and his employees have just been rude, especially when coming to the door to let me know they are closed. Its just annoying at this point, not coming here ever again.
