I love cooking with Royal Prestige! I honestly recommend this office for anyone that is interested in cooking healthy or simply need to get credit. The manager goes above and beyond to try and help you out.

Poor customer service. They clearly dont understand how to accept NO for an answer. Very unprofessional manager. If youre interested in this product look for another office. There are many more salesmen who would do a much better job.

I love the cookwear, there really is a difference in taste compared to other stovetop pans. Customer service was great, they really care and gave me the best deal in which I can afford considering I have a growing family. Defanantly recommend this specific location!

The manager Jose Gudino is a nice and funny man. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Once we decided to buy he was very patient with us. I have explained the contract and answered any questions we had. Once our product arrived I was promptly went and washed it so we were able to use it. I would recommend this office above the other. I would not believe the negative reviews, when I ran into a display in the desert sky mall the people there told me I have not longer worked for the company and that I should buy from them. When I told them I had just spoken to him a few weeks ago they told me that I was going to go and that they would give me a better price. They seemed like they would say anything to make a sale. I much prefer the quality service Mr. Gudino offers to the deceitful nature of the other office.Mr. Gudino is honest and very patient. He explains things well and is very kind. When I saw a post in the desert sky mall, people there spoke very badly of the other offices. They even lied to me saying that Mr. Gudino does not work for the company. When I told them to talk to ace for a few weeks, they told me I was a liar and that I better bought them, that they give me a better price. You can tell they were not saying anything else to make a sale. I a thousand times prefer the honesty and quality of service that Mr. Gudino gives
