We met Lawrence and Victor at the Phoenix Home Show last September and were immediately impressed with their knowledge and response to our questions. We set an appointment and they came out AS PROMISED (getting to be a rare thing). Once we decided to go with them, Victor took the time to meet us at the granite supplier more than once, and walked us through the warehouse so we could select our stone. Victor knew everyone at the warehouse and got us a good price on a beautiful slab of quartzite. The installation went flawlessly, was finished on time, and the finished product is awesome! They came back out a couple of months later and installed a backsplash of the same quartzite; again, on time and beautifully done. What a change the countertop made in our house! We highly recommend Select Premium Granite - professional, friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled, on time - the list goes on! Ill start this by saying I really wanted to give these guys a glowing review. Victor and Lawrence were both extremely helpful during the design phase of our experience. From suggesting ideas to picking slabs Victor was very patient and answered all of our questions. It wasnt until install day that things started to go south.First off, they removed and installed counters in our kitchen and both bathrooms in less than 4 hours. Id venture to guess its impossible to do so without cutting some corners, and those corners become more apparent the longer I have to inspect their work. A few examples: Instead of taking an extra minute to score where the paint comes up to the counter they just ripped it off, leaving paint and drywall damage. The kitchen sink was installed incorrectly and a plumber refused to connect it until they came out to fix it, which they couldnt do until the next day. The sink hole was drilled in the wrong place, so they had to come back out and enlarge the hole. The backsplash in our bathroom is rough across the top with chunks missing and the caulking is bubbling.Then there comes the issue of them promising us things during design that they didnt deliver on. 1: we were told the slab on our upper bar would be 1 piece, and in the slim chance it wasnt 1 piece, the two pieces would be cut in a way that the grain of the stone would match. We ended up with two pieces that dont match and they had to come out three times to fix the seam, which still isnt perfectly smooth. 2: we were told that the backsplash in between our bar and regular counter would also match the grain between the top and bottom slabs, making it look like once piece. It doesnt match, and the inset of the backsplash is uneven. 3: we were told they could make us a cutting board out of our sink cutout, which be never received. Some of these things arent even a big deal, but they were the ones who brought most of it up, saying they could do it.We really enjoyed working with Victor, but his install team just didnt match the expectations he had set. Ill admit that Im a perfectionist and with the exception of the drywall damage the counters pass the 5 foot test, they look great until you start looking closely at them.

We found Victor and Lawrence at the Phoenix Home Show. They were so friendly and helpful. After coming and measuring, We felt so confident in our quote, we looked no farther. We had a good feeling about the job they would do, and we surely werent disappointed! Totally professional, and explained every step with well timed phoned calls and visits. Never once were they late for any appointment at our home. Every step was done to perfection. We love the look, we love the job, and surely would advise anyone to give them a call if they want an excellent price and friendly, quality work.

Lawrence and Victor were great to work with. They came out, measured and gave us an estimate, and thoroughly explained what they would do, what they wouldnt do and what the possible price differences would be, depending on our granite choice. We set up a time to meet them at the granite store and really appreciated their expertise in helping us select our stone. (Tip: we took one of our cabinet doors with us, really helped with our choice.) Their crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They obviously take great pride in their work and cleaned up the job site before they left. Wonderful experience.

We met Lawrence and Victor at the Maricopa County Home Show. We had four companies come out to give estimates, and they were by far the best during the estimate process. On time, thorough, informative, and competitively priced. After we selected them, they met us at the warehouse to discuss the pros and cons of how various options would work in our home. They were very understanding about the delays with a sink delivery. Both template day and demo/install day were handled smoothly and professionally and the kitchen was left quite clean. We’d definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future granite work.

Our granite counters were installed this morning, and we have nothing but good to say about Lawrence, Victor, and the installation crew. From our first contact at the Home Show to the in-home visits to the personal assistance in selecting our slabs, Lawrence and Victor guided us through each step. The installation crew is so efficient that they barely needed to talk to each other - they each knew what was expected of them, and they worked together like a well-choreographed dance! It took only 3 hours to demo and replace 5 kitchen sections and 1 bathroom piece. I doubt well ever need their services again, but if the need ever arose, we would not hesitate to call them again.

We are extremely happy with the kitchen countertop that Select Premium installed for us. The pricing was good and Victor and Lawrence were very clear on what to expect during the process: from pre-measuring, selecting the granite and to the install day. The crew was professional and did a great job, even down to the near invisible seam. The sink was installed correctly, which was key because we had a plumber out the same day. Victor and his crew did an amazing job of putting granite in our Gilbert home a few years ago. After a few frustrating weeks of trying to find what we wanted in Pinetop at a reasonable price, I called Select Premium to see if they would come to Pinetop. Turns out, they had just completed a job near our place and within a week, they were at our Pinetop home measuring for our new quartz countertops. Victor and his crew arrived early this AM and installed our quartz countertops. We are beyond happy with the end result. Their prices beat everyone and their service is amazing.
