AFM machining did a great job machining my block and doing cylinder head work.I’ve been building engines for 20yrs and Eric delivered as promised. Motor went together perfect and performs as it should. Eric is very knowledgeable and turn around is by far the best in the valley.Another happy customer and I won’t use anyone else. Looking forward to working with you guys again soon..

Eric rebuilt an engine for my boat. He listened to what I wanted and did the job right. Time will always tell if the job was done right or not - this engine has been performing beautifully for over two years. Eric does good work.

I have been a master Tech for 20 years. Ive dealt with many machine shops in that time. Eric and his crew are the best. Quality, pricing, and speed are important and they have all three. They have built engines and heads for me for over seven years.

I cannot say enough about John and the guys over at AFM. The customer service is top notch which includes the communication John has the entire process. AFM has done multiple head jobs and block machining for me. I will continue to use John and AFM. -Dan

I cant speak for these other people, however Ive been dealing with Eric for over 14 years and have not had one issue that he has not taken care of when given the chance. He has done everything from cylinder heads to complete engines and all are working great!. As with any job If you have unrealistic expectations with old decrepit parts you will be disappointed every time. I have also recommended Eric to many of my friends and all have had no issues as well. Thanks for the years of good service and advise guys.

Best machine shop by far in all my years of customer experience dealing with Machining shops, AFM had them done earlier than they estimated, and charged me less than they quoted, and the work looked good. I would definitely work with them again.

Stay far away from these guys. Just got hosed by them. I dropped a gas tank off that had some old gas in it to have flushed out. The place was called Westside Radiator but now these guys are there now. Westside was very good. These guys are not the same. Anyway a simple flushing that should cost no more than 40 bucks came out to 132.45. I almost fell over when he told me the price. They also painted it. I did not ask for it to be painted but get this, they painted right over some dirt that was on it and they got paint on the inside of the tank. Now I going to have it taken somewhere were they can strip the paint off the outside and inside. I could of bought a new tank for what this is now going to cost. Pathetic. Stay very far away.Update- I took the tank to another shop. He showed me with a flashlight that it wasnt overspray inside the tank. It was something red and oily. Some kind of filth. That would have mixed with the gas and caused the problems that the other reviewer had.

I took a fuel tank to AFM MACHINING to be cleaned and coated. The first tank of fuel added to the refurbished tank resulted in the coating being disolved which turned the fuel a bright red. The contaminated fuel damaged the carbs making a second overhaul necessary- very costly! AFM refused to acknowledge any responsibility.

Absolutely horrible. Bad attitude all around. Got my block cleaned looks like they just sprayed it with a pressure washer for 30 seconds. Also the block was obviously dropped a few times in the process and now the threads for one of the bolts for my motor mount is snapped completely off.
