Everything went really well! We worked with Tara through email to get the metal for our siding ordered. There was a 2-3 week delivery time, but we knew this upfront, so we timed the delivery to coincide with our construction team start. After everything was ordered, we got a follow-up email from Kyle that included photos of our shipment out for delivery - which was completely unexpected. Everything arrived on time and the house is almost done with new siding rusting naturally to a beautiful reddish brown.

I could barely get anything done with 2 Western States women sales reps working from home, Id had enough of that so I called the main number and got Louis, he took control and he was great, soon we had my order for beautiful Copper Penny and Green Copper R panels in the works. Only a week and a half later they were ready, I had asked and paid for delivery, and a wonderful delivery guy came with the panels, he was very kind & friendly, wish I could remember his name. At first, things werent going well, then Louis took over and was fantastic as well as the delivery driver. I reasoned that those 2 sales rep women I could barely get anything done with, and because of Covid they were working from home and were not being supervised as they normally would be in their office, and they seemed to be putting in minimal effort, why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 but when Louis took over, he was a top 5 star, awesome job Louis! When I need more R panels I will only work with Louis : ) And Western State has many beautiful R panel colors & textures that Ive not seen anywhere else, wonderful.

What a great company! The company I work for manufactures concrete roof-tile in Phoenix AZ, they purchased material to build a maintenance area outside and once I was shown the pictures I wanted to do the same in Nevada. I went on to the web site and before I new it I was being contacted and a couple hours later it was purchased. They do not have a plant in Las Vegas but freight charges where more than reasonable and my material will be here in a couple days.

Everyone I spoke to at WSMR was friendly and very anxious to help. Obtaining info, ordering, payment, shipment and delivery all went smoothly and exactly as expected. The product arrived on time and well packaged plus we could find no blemishes or dents upon arrival. I have not yet installed the product but my interactions with WSMR represent the best that online commerce has to offer.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Only negative: The initial freight estimate was lower than the actual cost, but a few changes were made to the final order, so it was not unreasonable. Happy to have the option to by direct from knowledgeable folks with a great product line.UPDATE: Upon receiving the order I was very impressed with the packaging. Everything was protected in very solid, custom built wood boxes; no bent or damaged corners. Great! It was so good in fact...it was work to unpack. A good problem to have. They even put cover sheets (surplus, lightly damaged or scratched) over the ordered material. Very impressed. Worth the wait and shipping cost to get everything in perfect condition.

Great place to do business. Holding back one star as staff was great but there was some confusion as to who I was to work with and I believe the sales staff are on commission, so I like to begin/end transaction with same individual. That said, both Christianne and Martin were excellent.

We are building a new home and are using the Corten corrugated metal for an exterior accent wall and along the bottom of a few exterior walls for aesthetic purposes. Since this is not something we or our contractor has done before we have had a ton of questions. Everyone that we have spoken to at Western States has been so helpful. When we asked if we could get a few custom pieces they said they could do that too! We are super excited about the product and very satisfied with their customer service!
