Well kept. Some areas need better disciplines. Childrens toys need put away after use. Park has out of sight, out of mind. Entrance up to clubhouse is neat, but regresses as you go further in. Pool area looks nice.

Nice community pool. Community laundry room is in good condition.Parking is appropriate.

Pretty rundown as far as the homes for sale go......appears like the neighborhood is trying to overcome this problem and the park will be rejuvenated by an influx of new homeowners looking to revamp their new spot. Interesting prospect if you are willing to work hard and are wanting to save money. Take a look with an open mind and consider the possibilities.

I just moved in this park and the staff are very nice and they have really shaped up the area. It’s like they have taken the trash out because it’s really looking up here.

There is a new rule where you can only have your wall 3 feet and if you dont follow the rules you will be fined, Ive seen people work very hard to get there walls up just for them to tell us to take them back down, these are only a few pictures of the homes that need to adjust there walls, that new rule is so stupid they have no care for us nor our privacy!!!!!

Very nice community, always looks nice and clean. I have tried to get in here but nothing available, i guess nobody wants to leave lol i dont blame them.

There is a crazy cat problem, since the skirt of my home is cracked about 10 cats live under my home, also at the office it has the managers hours and at times when I go SHES NOT EVEN THERE, they also have a number to call so I did and I ask some questions and it wasnt even the ladys number :/

Nice friendly and quiet environment.

I dont mind the trailers being side by side but what I do mind is that they wont let us build our 6 foot wall, there is many locals here that have had there walls up for years and just recently there telling everyone to lower their wall and if they do not take it down they will be fined, that is so cruel and disrespectful towards our privacy but honestly they dont care because they dont even live here :(

They made us get rid of our trash bins and now we only have one and the garbage man only comes once a week, talk to the locals before even moving in and they will tell you all of our troubles.
