I was expecting I needed a rebuild on my forks on a bike I bought as it was really spongy. Turns out there was just not enough, and the wrong oil in them.They could have charged my for the rebuild and if have never known (which Im sure they knew). But they didnt.Ill definitely return next time I need anything done.

Wasnt able to get a bike due to my credit being completely destroyed. But the help and attitude over the phone was top notch and I greatly appreciate it. It does mean a lot and thank you for that. Stand up customer service and will definitely reach out in the future.

I have had nothing but good experiences at down and out. They have always done good work at a good price for me. I was referred to them by some friends that bought their bikes there, when I bought my first bike, a Suzuki Intruder 1400. Even though they work on mostly Harleys they did an initial inspection and a few adjustments. They made me feel welcome to the biking world. Now that Ive have joined the dark side and bought my first Harley-Davidson, I will be bringing it to them for all my mechanical needs. You can trust them with your bike. Hello I am Greg. I actually just looked at the Reviews, as I referred a Friend there for some honest, reliable service work. I have used these guys for over three years for repairs on my Big V metric bike. They do Not upsell you. In fact, I had Mechanic tell me not to spend money on an unnecessary repair/service item, that I thought I needed. Another friend recently bought a 2012 Road King from them. At a good price. All paperwork, Title, VIN, etc. In perfect order.I find it suspect that all three of the recent Horrible reviews came from Females, who were trying to Finance with marginal credit scores. Also, the verbiage is the same check this place off your list etc... Rude staff. I think it likely one person with many screen names is attempting to lower the star rating of this very decent Dealership. I would have given an honest Four Stars... But chose to say Five, in an attempt to negate some of her damage. I hope this is helpful to anyone considering Down and Out. For purchases they are quite fair. For honest, fair priced Labor and Services, I dont feel they can be beat, anywhere in this Valley... thanks for reading.

To the owner who wanted to respond to the tristans cadova review here is a REAL reviewI had an oil change and tires replaced on my 2006 ZX-10Rthree days after having my bike worked on my chain guide flew off at 90 miles an hour with my girlfriend on the backlast night my oil filter head seemed to make its way 1/4 inch down the threads and was smoking all over the exhaust and engine by the way the only people that work on this bike since I bought it two months ago was down and out a week after I got it

These guys are good. They know motorcycles - and how to fix them. I was referred to them from the guys at Ram Jet Racing on a problem I was having with an older Japanese custom build - they started working on it before I even left and had it completed in an hour. Amazing to find a shop like this with guys that care anymore.

Gave them a chance after reading all the negative reviews on here. Deeply regret it. Complete waste of time. Bikes are all overpriced. Staff was only nice at the beginning but all anger way to easily. Everyone here has a very short temper. Best crossing this place off your list now.

I bought my first bike here and the first thing Ive ever financed. Franky made it so easy and was extremely helpful. My parents, who have purchased/financed cars from many dealerships over the last few decades couldnt believe how great this place is and how honest they are. There is absolutely NO BS, no one forces you into anything, no one hounds you. If you find a bike you like, you buy it. Franky will also work with you on anything, if you have problems paying just be upfront about it and they will work it out with you.A lot of dealerships could learn a thing or two from this company. ABC15 should do a segment on how great they are. Thats how strongly I feel about them!

BEWARE!! Tried to sell me a R6 with a VIN number on the frame that DID NOT match the title! Cant believe I almost bought a probably stolen bike. Always double check! Never trust the shop they just want to make a quick buck.

CRAZY RUDE!!! I tried to finance a bike here and these scammers kept raising the price on me because of my bad credit score. Ended up raising price over $2400 from list price just because I wanted to finance the bike with a 707 credit score. What a joke and colossal waste of time. Went somewhere else and realized all of the bikes here are unbelievably over priced. Most of the fairings looked like Chinese knock offs. Glad I went somewhere else suggest anyone reading this save their time and money and cross this place off their list asap. Youll thank me later

Ive already given Frankie and his crew 5 stars once before for their service, But my overall experience with Dwn N Out starting with my purchase, when NOBODY else would finance me, services, tires bought, mounted, parts bought from, the whole 9 yards has been great. Always do your homework! Tried to sell me a fake Repsol cbr. Look at the vin and the rest of the tale tale signs. It looked like just a regular cbr with knock off plastics. Confronted the staff. Complete waste. No wonder the other reviews here are awful. No one wrote my name down guessing it’s just how the owner trys to shrug off all the negative reviews.

Its weird that the owners response on all the negative post are all the same.... Thats a red life for me.... They dont need my business...

Rude & Careless shop! They over charged my credit card by almost $200 for a simple tire job. Owner was extremely rude and unsympathetic and made several inappropriate comments toward me. Currently fighting fraudulent claim with my credit card company because the shop refused to correct the charge. Awful dirty untrustworthy management and employees.

Friend got his tire replaced there and they knocked the taillight wiring harness off of a tab from my back fender and the tire ate it up. I understand mistakes happen. When He called the next day they denied it and said they’ll talk to the boss. He’s heard nothing back.

I brought my Kawa mean streak in becuz it was not running right. As soon as i pulled in i was met by Franky. He let me know he would take care of issue. Got a oil change, and they fixed a cylinder issue. Great price. I had also mentioned that rear shocks felt loose, throttle was loose, and my left foot lever needed to be moved. They fixed all that no charge. These guys at down n out are the best. I wont bringvmy motorcycle anywhere else. Great service, great customer service, great prices, great work, great people. They work with you and if you hit a few hard months they will work with you letting you keep the bike but store it at the shop till you can get caught up! No other dealer ever has done that!!! The only thing and why I didnt do all five stars is my husband has had to take the bike many times because of problems. They always fix it though. And you always get a free oil change and toon up
