Stay away from this shop....absolutely awful experience! I had a seat covered here and let me tell you how bad this product is. Hmmm....where do I start? Maybe the fact that the pad was left out and the seat pan was covered without it. Or perhaps, the skin is not remotely centered, or that its black when it was supposed to be saddle brown. Now I know why they demand payment up front.Hellbilly...more like HellAWFUL!

Great shop i have been visiting this shop for over 2yrs. I have had my motorcycle completely redone and customized. They have great customer service and if there was ever a problem or issue it is fixed right away. I would recommend that everyone go to this shop prices are reasonable and they go out of there way to help you.

Shop is right around the corner from my house so I wanted to check them out for some work I needed help with on my Harley. I spoke to Mike, the owner, on the phone and he was really accommodating and was great about answering some of my questions. I went down and checked out the shop and Mike gave me the tour. There is some awesome stuff in there. Really laid back spot, with no pretentiousness to it and pricing was very fair. Done deal, HellBilly got my business.

The website was easy to navigate just wish there was more info on inventory for sale and finance options if any.

Hellbilly helped me out with my project bike. I had some things i needed sorted out and they got them done quickly and with good quality. The prices are more than fair and i couldnt have asked for better. Mike (the owner) made sure everything was in tip top shape before i left and never pushed more work than i absolutely needed. 10/10

Been bringing my Harley here for about a year now. Its always finished on time, or earlier. Always a fair price and excellent work. They go out of their way to make sure Im satisfied with everything..

I refuse to go anywhere else for my bike parts. Michael and his crew are the best hands down

The worst experience I have ever had. They dont know what they are doing. They put the wrong shifter pawl in my Ultima 6 speed transmission, and when I could not shift beyond the third gear, they tried to say that is not from the repair they have done and tried to charge me extra to resolve this. I took it to another shop and they realized that these guys put the wrong shifter pawl in, they put in the late model one, and should have put in the early model one that lets you adjust it. After putting the correct pawl in, I was able to shift through all the gears without issues. Also, they connected my oil lines incorrectly, swapped two of the lines so no oil was going to the motor. I have photos I took in their shop as proof, showing the 2 lines were swapped, I just did not know it at a time until I took it to another shop and looked at the service manual later on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE PLEASE!

Michaels a great guy they always go out of their way to help me on any little thing Ive Ever Needed. he let me come in at 5 on a Friday to do some stuff on my bike so I can have it for the weekend. hes always been very reasonable on anything hes ever charged me for always giving me excellent advice very smart very knowledgeable the only place I ever take my bike I would and do recommend it to everyone

Had been looking for a bike shop to work on my 99 chief unable to find one until I decided to call hellbillyMike was very knowledgeable about my bike got it repaired at a great price I would recommend to anybody

I took my 01 Indian into this shop to get some work done(oil cooler, pipes, bars, added lights, and repair/paint my fender). Took it in around may 7th. So after a few months(Aug 15) back and fourth on the phone on what should be done about pipes and bars and just buttoning up everything, I inform this shop that Id like to pick up with ample time to get it done. Long the short, I get a bike without a Fender because their paint guy isnt finished, cant get a hold of him. They told me a week later they still cant get it and they have to buy a new fender and UPS it to me.... They FORGOT to put the seat bolts on AS WELL!!! What if my wife and I were in an accident!!! You guys still think its funny! I was a 1.5qt low on oil. And I find that I have hardware missing for the fender! .... This shop looks cool and the people seem cool, but theyre really not. Dude is a Vet as well... this guy is making Vets and Auto/bike Techs look like crap! Im telling you, DONT TRUST THIS SHOP! Effing Thieves! ... And of course theres gonna be those enablers(friends, co-workers family), try and deflect truthful reviews about this place. ... Yes, Michael is a nice guy. But his WORK blows. Paint job sucked. They didnt even try to make it right. But Hey, its your bike. Check out the Yelp reviews as well.

Shop I always get what I want at the shop even when I have to change my mind its never been a problem all my bikes always come back clean and detailed never had a problem if I did they would definitely take care of it

On Sunday, June, 15th, I limped into Hellbilly Motor cycle shop on Indian School Road, just east of the 51 highway on the south side.My motor cycle was running rough and would not idle. I got there around 1:30pm, I figured this was my last bike ride for a long time.Knowing I would have to leave my ride,I was looking at a long walk home,in Phoenix on a 102degree day.With a few customers ahead of me,Mike Anderson, the owner, was working alone that day. I was gonna drop the keys off, start walking home and wait for a call on what was needed to get it running right again.He told me to hang on a while.A short time later, He said, lets have a look. And next thing ya know, he is checking her out, A hour or so later,a full tune up was done, including, plugs, carburetor adjustment, air cleaner, the usual tune up stuff I am back on the road at a reasonable price. Had enough money left to tank up, ride off and take my girl out to a nice dinner.Mike Anderson is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.Two Thumbs up

I had problem with my bike starting and I called Mike the owner and after he was able to close the shop he came to my house and fixed my bike in couple of hours. He good guy and they do good qork there been going there since they opened

Well as it goes to show, people sometimes only write reviews for the bad things. First off I know Michael and the guys very well. If there is one shop in the valley that will take care of all your concerns about your bike its Hellbilly. All of the guys here are knowledgeable and Quick to resolve your problems. I was just looking at the website to see if these guys had their T Shirts in yet. Ha. So I figured i would write a review. As far as Im concerned, the fact that they dont have the T shirts in yet is the only problem here.This is the only place i take my Bagger. See you guys soon. let me Know when those T shirts are in.
