Everyone at Nash Phoenix treated me great from the cashier to the owner. I dealt with Colby on my custom build of my X3. Colby kept me informed and up-to-date on the build throughout the complete process. The parts manager Trent helped me out with pricing. Jim in service introduced himself and made me feel welcome to come back. Very rare that you find customer service throughout an entire store these days but these guys do it everyday.

Bought a 2013 BMW F800GS from this dealership and it was a nightmare. Sat around for 2 days while it was being serviced and got charged over $500 for an oil change, spark plugs and brake fluid change. Then they charged me another $400 for PDI. Bike was filthy dirty, chain was dry as a bone, the rear tire was almost worn to the threads and the rear wheel leaked air massively due to a hack job of a tubeless conversion. Was very dangerous to ride on and never should have been sold to me as is.They tried pulling the wool over my eyes with their financing offers to sweeten the pot for themselves to an insane degree.These folks are no better than the slimeball used car dealers that are all over the place. Avoid them like the plague.

Years ago I lost my RZR in a divorce and always told myself if my means changed I would get another UTV. Nice store In an off-highway industrial warehouse. The entrance is on the north side of the building. They have a good selection of bikes, including KTM since that was what I wanted to see, as well as a number of the major brands. A pretty good selection of off-road ATV machines. It was busy which was good to see.

Worst experience ever!!!! Was sold used trailer as a new one. Ended up having Nash take it back. Multiple belt issues paid over 1,700.00 for belts and repairs because ERIC and TECH said it was driver abuse. When brought home went through 2 more belts. When taken to their shop agains was told clutch was missing a bolt and 2 others were loose. Nash Powersports refused to refund money for initial 5 belts and tech work. Then to top that off Bill Nash cancelled extended warranty without my knowledge or authorization. I found this out a year after when unit went in for turbo issues. When Nash cancelled policy he KEPT the money, what a thief. All and all I had a NASHTY experience with this unique individual. Note: I still have the documents to support these and other issues I experience with the unethical individual.

Walked in there 6 months ago to put some money down on a new motorcycle, that had yet to be released. I got calls all during the waiting, keeping me in the loop up to the release of the bike. From RJ to Chris in sales, and Nick to Rick on the finance side, and even Mike in parts -- everyone there was super nice / professional. Even to the point of Rick giving me a ride home, to gather some paperwork Id forgotten. They didnt have to do that, but actually insisted, just to help the process. I could not be happier with my experience. No high pressure at any point, nothing but a group of guys who like motorcycles and will let you talk their ear off sharing all the great stories of riding.

I had the best buying experience ever. I had been looking for a specific jetski and was on different waitlists to obtain one. Mike was the only guy that followed up w me after I was able to get on the waitlist. So it was worth saving his number!Next few weeks I get a text from him! He texted me a few photos notifying me they got the jetski in stock! I went in right away and ended up buying it!Mike made my experience so smooth and not overwhelming. He was super nice and casual and I didn’t feel pressured at all.Going through the numbers with him and his partner I thought that’s where I would get apprehensive and put my guard up but no- they were very open with me and even gave me a discount. I love coming here everytime I visit this location the staff is great UNTILL las week I came in to look for offroading shirts. Previously when I have bought some shirts.... sometimes the shirts are on special or clearance so when I went in I saw a shirt that I liked, it had a red mark on the price so I decided to ask a young lady for a price, Immediately when she saw me she rolled her eyes and had a bad attitude like why work there with customers if you dont have customer service... Im going to return to Nash but next time if she does the same Ill make sure to talk to her manager right there and then. SHE SHOULD NOT BE THERE WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE! This happened today.This happened to me at thier old location too but I thought it would change.I guess you are not allowed to just look around without being followed, I just walked out. Here is the thing, I want another new kawasaki. A 636. Well, not there.

Lied to me in multiple ways, blamed low prices on the website to internet errors. Prices still didn’t change after a week. These scumbags can list a vehicle for any price and not have to honor it when you show up. If false advertising was still a thing these guys wouldn’t be in business. Wouldn’t do business with these con artist ever.

I was working with a large dealership for a 2018 Yamaha MT-07 or a 2017 Yamaha FZ-07. Long story short, the process at the large dealership took the joy out of an inherently joyful experience. Additionally, that dealership quoted me at 34% above list price, thus I sought a second opinion. I called Ronnie (Nash Powersports Internet Manager – Phoenix) to get a quote. He asked me to go see Josh Mueller (Nash Powersports General Sales Manager – Scottsdale), which I didn’t want to do without a quote in hand. He stated, “We make our business on taking care of people. I guarantee you won’t regret it.” Josh knew exactly who I was when I pulled up, took me right to the bike, and showed me an honest offer with all the paperwork ready to go. I grinned from ear-to-ear feeling confident and happy about the money I was about to spend. As we started the clearly laid out paperwork, Josh got cold waters for my girlfriend and her dog while the tech (Cannot remember his name) finished prepping my brand-new bike. The tech gave me the quick rundown including unique features of my bike and expanded on cool stuff like the market segment, peer bikes, and more. They really took their time making us feel comfortable with the questions we had and at no point did I feel pressured on time, even though we were still going about 10 minutes after closing time.Timeline:4:30 PM – Called Ronnie, Nash Powersports Internet Manager – Phoenix5:50 PM – Arrived at Nash Powersports – Scottsdale (Josh Mueller)6:10 PM – Agreed to deal terms6:45 PM – Paperwork complete, bike prep complete, Bike intro7:10 PM – Out the door with exact bike I wanted a deal I’m very satisfied with.Overall, 5/5 – Executive quality customer service (cannot stress that enough), outstanding selection of premium toys and equipment, comfortable atmosphere, and a full-service shop.Will return & recommend!

Always is hard to schedule service or order anything. Im paying for this warranty they offer and every time i go for something they give me excuses to not do the job or they dont do it right the first time... never buying another bike in here.

I drove from California to purchase a Seadoo. The team from Nash Phoenix were all over it and had everything ready to go upon arrival. The entire team were very helpful including Scott, Phillip, Chris, Mike and even the mechanic in the back (Winston) really helped me out and treated me like family. While i was there I made another purchase just because the Manager and the team were so helpful and made things easy. My son is stoked on his new stand up ski. I got told a lower price for a new Honda Grom mistakenly by one of the salesmen. I went to check it out in the shop and the price tag on the bike was way higher than what I got told over the phone. I wasnt happy with that and I thought my day was ruined. But Nick the GM didnt want me to leave the shop unhappy. They totally made my day by honoring the price I got told before. I know they lost with this sale just to make my day what an excellent customer service by RG and Nick the GM. Thank you guys..

Took 2 sea doo jet skis to get warranty work done took them more than a year to repair (me and my family lost 1 whole season) paint repair was not good and body panels not aligned correctly. they also messed up my gauges by leaving out in the sun. my skis were only 1 year old.

Great buying experience. Mario provided me with great out the door price, which was honored by the sales manager and financing guy did not try to pressure me into buying extras. Bought a brand new Ninja in less that 3 hours. A definite 5 star experience!

Had them do a few routine services on my newer bike which was great and appropriately priced. Also brought my old bike with handling issues for them to look at and the gentleman in service correctly diagnosed the issue with only a visual inspection, so 5 stars from me

Bought a CRF110 from Nash. The pricing was great and really no haggle at all. However things started to unfold. They told me to come in the morning I did, even a little later than suggested to give time. Bike wasn’t even built yet. Finance manager was not remotely friendly and it was almost as even he rushed me out of the office. Was told to wait 30 minutes which was really 2 hours for it to be built. Finally get built and take it home. Come to find out my number plate hardware isn’t even installed . Unreal.

They figured out what was going on with my M109R as they needed to send it to KMS tuners. Defective Dynojet and fuel pressure regulator. But they took 2 months to get it done. Way to long. To many moving parts for straight motorcycle service just my opinion.

Really Love Nash Powersports and their great customer service! Even the Mesa branch I’ve visited quite often and they never fail to make me feel welcome. They definitely inspired me to pursue getting a bike from them.I did however want to deduct a star because of the sales person we were dealing with. I was pretty set on the bike and the price they gave me was reasonable, but they didn’t bother double check what bike I was interested in, didn’t bother telling me what my APR was gonna be, didn’t bother telling me how many months my payment will be (but for some reason already had a month price quote??). But just said here’s the total, just sign below. and it was so unprofessional.Like I said: I was SET on getting that bike, I just wanted them to give me less than a week to think about the price (that I just heard about) with my family, but he was pressuring us to get it that very day and he wasn’t even kind about it.I originally was planning to get the 2020 CB300R ABS. But they suggested I get the 2019 because it was on sale BUT NO ONE told me that the 2019 they were pushing to be had no ABS, which was the point I was getting the 2020.I get there was probably some miscommunication but I seriously would have bought that bike here if the sales guy, Nick, didn’t come off so passively aggressive and pushy. I’m sure he’s just doing his job but if there’s a way for him to come off even slightly friendlier, this wouldn’t have gone the way it did.Everyone else was AWESOME. Jeremy was great, Jerica was great, Will was great! There was one more guy (forgot his name but he owns a Suzuki cruiser) he was awesome as well.Will definitely come back here later on in life, but if I see that sales guy again, It would probably put me in a bad mood:/

THIS PLACE HAS SHADY TACTICS. I BOUGHT A BIKE I WAS TOLD WAS NEW WITH ONE MILE ON IT. ALL MY REGISTRATION AND PAPERWORK SAID NEW AND 1 mile. Financed and everything It was the end of the day when the deal was completed. Of course we had to wait because the “battery was dead” then I take delivery to find out the odometer had 4600 miles on the bike. Had to wait 2 days to resolve the issue then the Sales manager Nick made us wait 45 minutes before even being acknowledged at the dealership and then he wouldnt even come out and deal with his teams mistake he makes one of his employees handle trying to talk us into keeping the bike or returning it. Bad sales tactics. They really tried to hustle me. Check your units mileage before purchase especially new units apparently.

Went to Nash and Immediately they came through for us helping us get our MT10! We had a bad experience with one of the Ridenow or more like Ridenever dealers who treated us like we were dirt. We had an issue getting funding for the bike. That dealership was able to match a low listing price at one of their sister dealers in Tucson but it still felt like we were getting shafted with their horrendous dealer fees! After we finally received funding from a credit union, Nick with Nash Powersports was genuine and beat their OTD price. Not only that, Nick treated myself and my wife like we were human beings! I appreciated that. Nick stuck with us even though our funding took longer than usual. Also thanks to Chris for getting our bike ready to ride and going over items about the bike. Our ride home was incredible to say the least. We really enjoyed the CP4 engine of the MT10!

Let me start off my saying this is one of the best buying experience I have ever had. From the sales person Roderick to Nick in finance they were outstanding. Also to the staff in the back getting it cleaned up and making sure everything was all tied down on the trailer correctly. Highly recommend!

Just bought a Can-Am side by side from the Phoenix location. This is a great place and everyone we came in contact with were very professional and very outgoing in everything they did. Thanks Ron for the tickets and Rick for all you did and you fast service. Felicia helped me with my very long list of parts and accessories, she is by far the most knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in this industry. She knows her stuff and had great suggestions that saved me money and I got a better product. Any time I had a question she was on top of it and got back to me in minutes, Thanks for that. When it came time to unbox our new beast the service manager Eric let us hang out in the back and watch all the guys unbox and assemble it. Eric went out of his way to make sure that all my needs were met and even had it delivered to us that afternoon. he gave me his cell number and said call anytime with anything you need. Great guy and great service, thanks for all the help.
