I had the best moving experience with Mentors this week after having two other mediocre moving experiences in the past. John, Charles and Jeremy were punctual, showed up on the hour at the beginning of the arrival window, they packed everything SO well with pads and were a delight to work with. They were thorough and efficient and felt like I had friends helping me move. I will definitely use them again in the future!

The dispatcher Daniel was very clear and communicated impeccably. They were able to move me the next day. Kyle and Armando were amazingly careful in wrapping all the furniture and the doorways. they were cheerful and informative. They were amazingly strong. Lots of double-checking. Happy to rearrange furniture to fit in newer stuff. Moving is always a stressful experience, but here it was minimal. Wow - you cannot find a better moving company for your long distance move. Making the decision, like many others, to finally move out of California was tough enough, but who do you hire to move you long distance? We interviewed a few moving companies and also did a pretty exhaustive check of licenses, reviews etc.Ultimately they all led us back to Mentors, so we signed up and got ready for the move. The communication with them is excellent, they use all the modern technology to make things simple and easy. The moving date was confirmed multiple times, they checked in to find out what we need, like how many wardrobe boxes we will need and then they were there on moving day, even early!Also we liked how all the materials they used where brand new, the truck was new, the guys had uniforms and they were ALL professional and respectful. They prepped the house, and went to work as a team.On the other side of the move the entire process was flawless as well. You cannot measure or value enough the experience we had vs one that is not pleasurable. We actually felt relaxed the entire process - relaxed for the first time in weeks given all the packing we did ourselves. We had them prep and pack all the antiques, oil paintings, 200 year old chairs, etc.. Now that the move is over, there was no damage to our things nor our homes, we can 100% recommend them.

I had moved more than 20 times when I was in corporate world. This move to a new location rates as one of best ever. They were perfect exactly on time, handled everything with care and moved quickly. Don’t waste your time shopping around there prices are fair and service will exceed your expectations.

We used Mentors Moving for my move and they did a phenomenal job last year, my review isn’t about the quality of the service they provide on their move. They’ve got great guys that do a good job honestly. My review is much more about their pricing and the way that they make you feel like you’re getting a discount without actually getting one. I was told last year if I returned on my next move I would get a 25% discount, to my surprise they sent me an estimate that was almost twice as much as last years. I only needed about 10 items moved and I was happy to pay the two hour minimum because I liked their service, where as my last move was my entire place with a three man crew for half the price. Really disappointed in this company and honestly I was expecting more from them from a returning customer.

What a great company! The packing crew was fast, careful, and efficient. I was amazed at how fast they packed all of our stuff. The moving crew was upbeat and professional. They were careful with our stuff, the inventory was detailed, and they wrapped absolutely everything that was oversized and didn’t fit in a box. We were extremely happy with the two crews that came in, and we’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

Had the guys from Mentors move family recently and they showed up on time, all three were very professional and courteous through out the entire move. Furniture was nicely wrapped/protected, the maintained the agreed upon schedule and when all was done, they cleaned up above and beyond and were at the previously agreed upon price. Would definitely recommend and use again!

This company was recommended to me from Veterans United when I purchased my new home. I was quoted 1500 for my move. They showed up, moved my things, then at my new residence told me it was 3200 dollars. I have called and emailed. No one will get back to me and they just give me numbers to speak to someone higher. Eventually I was told this was my fault because I had more items to move than they anticipated.... I had a 3 bedroom house and one bedroom was completely empty. Unbelievably disappointed in their business practices would not recommend to anyone. Move your stuff yourself before you even get a quote from them.

The best moving service and pricing around! The team showed up on time and got the move done quickly. These guys have perfected the art of moving quickly without sacrificing on quality. You can tell that quality of service is their number one priority. All my items were carefully wrapped and strategically packed to ensure no damage during transport. Everything was moved into the home and not a single item, wall or railing was damaged. Anybody can move things from A to B but only Mentors move things carefully, efficiently and at a fair price! If you are moving DEFINITELY hire Mentor’s Moving & Storage. We had a crew of 3 people and one truck. We had things moved from storage unit, our old house, and moved it all to our new house so 3 stops total. They wrapped everything and used blankets even though we had things packed up so the extra care was appreciated!! They were careful and respectful of our things, and unloaded the truck quickly. We have a two story and they definitely moved quickly and efficiently. We had a washer and dryer that needed to be moved upstairs and we couldn’t have done it without the crew! The guys were all so nice and helpful. I’m hiring this company for any future moves. They are the best around. I highly recommend!!!

This was our(my wife and I) first time hiring movers. At first, we were very skeptical but we were sure glad that we did hire movers! They, literally, rolled out the red carpet for us. 😁Mentor moving made it so easy for us to schedule a time and date for the movers to arrive. We really appreciated their open availability. Marcus and Francisco were wonderful. They were very professional, protected my door frames from damage as they moved furniture thru them. Wrapped my mattress so it wouldnt get marked up etc. Really took the time to care for my valuables. They assisted us in setting the bed back up and made sure I was happy with the location of everything. This was my second time using Mentors. The people on my crew were Lind, Larry, and Marco. All three of them we’re superbly professional and loaded my truck promptly. They answered all of my questions and worked to ease any concerns that I had. If I weren’t moving out of state I would 100% utilize them for future moves. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This is the first time I have hired movers and had excellent service from Daniel, Logan and Justin. They arrived on time, worked hard and kept the pace going during packing and unpacking. Even though it was a “local” move, it was still 50 miles between locations. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Mentors helped us move our stuff to temporary storage during a remodel and then back in when it was done. They were prompt and professional. I appreciated the honesty when a frame on the wall fell and they found us to tell us what happened. We highly recommend them for your moving needs.

Ill update this review in the near future after the problem is resolved.I also regret not taking a peek inside the moving van before they left but I forgot to bring it up. In the past Ive had movers invite us to have a look inside their van just as an act of good faith, so wed know we got all our boxes. But these movers didnt bring it up.However this wasnt the issue thats waiting to be resolved. But my suggestion to them is to ask people whether or not theyd just like to have a quick look inside the van after the movers are done. Perhaps not all companies would do this. I realize that.

Francisco & Logan did an outstanding job moving us for a reasonable price. Our move coordinator, Braydon, was also excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way and quickly responding to our questions. I can highly recommend Mentors!

The team was very nice but a little inexperienced except for the guy leading the crew. My move job took 2 hours longer than the quote and my 82’ tv is now broken. Good luck.

I highly recommend this company. They were very professional from beginning to end. During the move they realized they were not going to be able to fit everything in one truck as initially planned. They got an additional truck to move the items that would not fit in the first truck. They did not charge any extra for this. Great company I would absolutely use this company again. We used Mentors Moving and Storage for a local move in Phoenix and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had a second floor apartment and needed help with moving all the heavy furniture from it into a 2 story home. When confirming the move a couple days before, they even asked if there was anything sentimental that needed extra care, which I thought was great. At the apartment, they protected and wrapped everything so it wouldnt be damaged and there wasnt a scratch on anything when unwrapped at the house. I was amazed at how easily they took heavy items up steep stairs to our bedrooms, without moving straps! The movers were on time, polite, and professional. I highly recommend using them for your next move!

I will be highly recommending Mentors Moving. Specifically Keith and Juan displayed A type of customer service that you simply don’t find anywhere these days. We moved four states and two completely different households. The unexpected with the closing of one of the homes threw us a curve ball. Keith made it all work and Juan I can’t say enough words to express my gratitude. Everyone knows moving is one of the most stressful things in life but not with Juan around. He came up with solutions to the problems as they arose. I never expected our driver to go so above and beyond the way Juan did to accommodate us! I would call and ask for Juan as your driver and you’ll be glad you did he was amazing!!!!

Mentors showed up on time and did an excellent job of packing all of our expensive items. We were impressed with their timeliness, courteous behavior and attention to details. I cant say enough about Mentors Moving. Moving is so difficult and frustrating and they have made the experience effortless. The men they send are courteous and professional and STRONG! They make sure they protect your house with pads and are completely thorough. These guys did a great job. They werent the cheapest, but you get what you pay for with this crew. Did a great job. Broke one mirror moving my 4000 sq ft house but immediately told me about it. Worked around my schedule, had sales guy come out and talk me through everything. Then we had a snag, worked it out with me in a fair manner. A++

Move started off good, but about an hour or hour and a half into it one of the crew members seemed to slack off for the rest of the move running the clock on what was quoted to have been a max of 5 hours to 7 hours (2 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and no appliances to move). At the end once everything was being dropped off and put together, a wall at my new townhouse was dented and scratched after the bed fell apart when the crew member that was slacking off was trying to put it together, two of my bedrooms door frames were also banged up from that same crew member trying to force furniture through the door instead of taking it a part first, and my computer desk was broken from not being handled correctly after reassembly. Only 1 crew member was working hard round the clock. Very disappointed with the end result and expected more for the hourly rate cost compared to other reputable moving companies in the area. Got in contact with management but things were handled very poorly.

Just moved this morning with Dignity Moving. Lynn, Jay and Joseph were the BEST!!! Treated my antique furniture with the utmost care and went above and beyond what I could have expected!!!

Ken and Joseph did a great job. Accomplish what took myself and 3 friends two days in 7 hours. Which included a one hour drive to our new home. Excellent service!

These guys are professionals!!!! Reached out to me a few times before the move in date to verify everything and was pro active about it and I didn’t have to confirm with them. They arrived right at 7:00 when the window was 7:00-8:00. They work quickly and handled every item like it was a brand new expensive item. Meaning they took great care of the goods. Also protected the property with a blanket to protect the door jam of the entry door and rolled out some floor coverings as well. This crew did a great job from start to finish. I will use them again on my next move. This is how customer service should be!!!! A+

They work quick. Very professional. Delicate care to all of my products. They moved many very expensive items with no issues at all. I would recommend them to anyone who’s moving. Tremendous movers! fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They did a great job (no damages) and they were on time and communication was great!. I recommend these guys!

Our movers were very friendly. They pad the doors and lay a mat on the ground so they don’t damage your house. We felt safe knowing that the company is licensed, bonded, and insured. They did drop some of our wind chimes out of the truck and the glass ones broke, but it was partly our fault because we did not tape the top of the box.

Fast, careful, and pros for sure. Everything regarding the move was explained clearly and executed professionally. The Dignity team takes great care with wrapping furniture, pulling out a light bulb you may have missed, and protecting door frames and floors. I would certainly recommend Daniel and his team any day.

The guys came to my apartment as scheduled and proceeded to get to work. Dignity Moving was fantastic and this was the easiest move. Daniel checked in the day before and was on time on the move in date. He was professional from the start and he and his partner moved everything in quickly. There was no increase or change to the quoted rate. Hopefully we dont need to move again soon, but we will remember this team for next time we do!
