This U-Haul location is by far the most accommodating and friendly group of people I have ever dealt with. They took a super stressful day and made it as smooth and easy as they possibly could. Lousy service, incompetent staff, dishonest, will tell you one price and then overcharge you a different price. Take your business elsewhere.

Quick. Fast and easy! Make sure you take pictures before dropping the key in the box. The website return function did not allow me to upload my photos from my phone. It forced me to take a live picture. I put in to be contacted about that with customer service.

Rented a trailer and from start to finish, it was a quick and easy experience, with really great customer service; very helpful and courteous staff from those on the phone to those in the store/office.

Very helpful staff and not just to me I watch their interactions with others and they were unilaterally helpful also you know that early pleasant please note I got there 30 minutes before closing time

Slow. Only one person and the longest line of your life. No sense of urgency from the employees. Come if you have all day to stand in line.

End of the month moving had this place bogged down...1person inside doing reservations. I would suggest going to uhaul.com and reserving a truck before you go there. Much easier and you are assured there is one available. I had to rent twice and each time there was atleast 4 people ahead of me. I gave it a 4 because they knew the end/beginning of the month was going to be packed and still only had 1 person to process the orders. Other than that a really good experience.

Rip off!! We must have been given the oldest trailer ever invented. Not too mention it cost and unreasonable amount with extra days we didnt need withno reimbursement what so ever.

The mobile rent a truck feature could be revised a bit. I was standing out in 115 degree weather waiting for it to be approved. Still had to go wait inside in the line.

Manager at this place is super helpful and cool. Nice clean place if your looking for storage or truck

New location, they have moving supplies and trucks right now, but will have inside self storage too. There is no sign on the building yet, but this plaza doesnt have much so its easy enough to identify.

It was ok. I didnt get greeted at the counter but at the end someone else provided good service.

Truck milage added 10 miles to trip, dolly and furniture bag added to truck taking up space.

Bought some boxes. They didnt offer the option of emailing the receipt. In the confusion of packing the receipt got lost. I tried to return unused, obviously brand new, boxes. They would not take them back without a receipt.This is poor policy and poor customer service in this day and age. I hope someone sees this that can actually make s policy change.The associates in the store were fine and treated me with respect, but this policy is just bad.

My fathers truck was broken in to while we were loading stuff in to it and nobody knew how to pull up the security video to see who did it we were parked inside the loading bay where theres plenty of cameras so be careful when you rent a storage here
