I needed a storage unit and didnt know what I was doing and the girl there, Kalei was so helpful in answering all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was super sweet and Im glad I went to the location she was at.

All was going well until I moved out...A few days after I moved out, I noticed another auto-payment was taken from my bank account. I stopped by the office that day and talked with Associate Jill who said she couldnt see why I would have been charged again and that she was going to request a credit/return payment to my bank account. I followed up with the Property Manager, Hailey, about the return payment a few days later and she suggested that I reach out to my bank and dispute the transaction as that would be the fastest way to get my money back. UNDER PUBLIC STORAGE DIRECTION (via Hailey), I disputed the charge and recovered my money. However, 30 days later I received a letter from a collection agency stating Public Storage was trying to collect the money and that I was still obligated to pay.I quickly called the office and left a voicemail for Hailey. I waited a few days....called again.....waited another week.....called again. Waited another week and called again. Left her a voicemail each time. She never called back. I finally got a hold of her 30 days later. She couldnt help me resolve the issue, so I requested her supervisors contact information. District Manager Randy was also not able to resolve this and directed me to the corporate office. He indicated that the company policy was for the corporate office to call me back within 24 hrs. It took the corporate office TWO WEEKS to call me back....By then I already paid the money back just to avoid any negative credit reporting......All of this to say, the customer service at the Ahwatukee location, on a district level and the corporate office is seriously lacking (i.e. misinformation, no call back, no follow up, no resolution). I would avoid doing business here unless youre willing to take the risk.I dont normally do Google reviews but felt the need to in this situation.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and security of this facility. I was especially impressed with the manager Kayla. She was exceptionally helpful. Kayla took extra care with my elderly mother. She assisted her from the storage unit back to the office. Kayla was very professional as well as being very kind and considerate. Glad I found this place!

From the moment I walked into Public Storage Haylee greeted me, made me feel welcome and ensured I had the right size storage unit at the right price for my needs. The facility is well-kept and secure—I feel comfortable storing my items at Public Storage.

Have a 10X20 and it wasn’t big enough to store all my belongings, but Anthony was a great help took time to stop what he was doing to accommodate my needs. He even worked with me to get another 10X20 near by my current space. Two thumbs up!

Our rent was raised after a few months. Just an email telling us their rate had changed. During move out, I went to the office after to complete move-out process and was told I was good on my account and there was nothing else I needed to do.Well I got a notification a day or so later that I still owed a months rent. I started calling them trying to figure it out and no one ever returned my call. I even left a message on the managers phone.We also had water damage to some of our boxes. Not cool.Would not recommend a place that is shady about their business.

Haley the manager is the best! We needed a parking space asap and it seemed as though every place we called was sold out of secure parking in all of Ahwatukee. I stopped by the Public Storage location on East Chandler Blvd just to check one more time and I was fortunate enough to meet Haley. She was so sweet and informed me that space had just opened up and at this location and I could have it. What a life saver! Haley has also checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the space and if there was anything that I needed. If I could give Haley 10 stars I definitely would. Thank you Haley and Public Storage for a great experience.

This place is fantastic! Haley and all of the other staff members are wonderful. Very kind friendly helpful and always have answers to your questions! They make it easy and do a lot of the extra things so you don’t have to. I have three spaces here and I am 100% complete happy!

This Public Storage locay has great pricing. The staff Ben and Hailey are incredibly nice and accomodating. They didnt even bat an eye at my constant no-shows due to the whole annoying moving process. While I dont want to rent a storage unit forever, I wouldnt mind staying here for a bit, in addition to awesome and helpful employees, the property is super clean and well maintained.

A few weeks back we needed a larger space for our growing business. We store a lot of items for about 8 months and wanted a safe, clean and practical space.My friend came across this location when he was just looking for a parking spot.Thank you Haylee and Gavin for your fantastic service! Kayla, is wonderful to talk to! She is very pleasant. She is the 3 person i have seen at this location and it would be nice to see her face on a consistent basis. She was very helpful. My husband usually comes in and takes care of everything so i didnt have any information on offering my bill and hefting in the gate and she helped me with no problem.

I was able to find the size of unit I needed online and reserve it. I got a call from the manager, Christine, within about 15 minutes to confirm. I went in a few hours later and another manager was there, Kayla, and she was professional and very nice. She showed me the unit and help me finish the rental agreement (all on a tablet - VERY easy) and took my first payment. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the state of the facilities. I reserved a storage space on- line and received a call the next day to visit the facilities to insure the size unit I chose would accommodate my items. I walked into the office and was met by Glori and Erin. The ladies were so professional and friendly. I was taken on a tour of the facilities and to the unit size I reserved. It was perfect. I was walked through the process by Glori, she was so well informed she made it easy. I never used a storage unit before but I will definitley return to this Public Storage facility.

Very clean. Property has been updated recently. Therefore they also updated their computer system and it caused a few hick ups when I needed to transfer to a bigger storage unit and later on when I needed to close out a unit. But they were very helpful and patient to figure out the mistake their system made. Especially Kayla, who I dealt with the most every time I went in. She was very helpful and good at resolving problems. Extremely patient and considerate of others. If she needed help she did not hesitate to call her manager.Also she would always greet me with a big smile. Shes very personable. I have never seen her being unfriendly and Ive been going there every month to pay my storage unit which I had now for a while.

Christina from the Public Storage on Ray Rd. had suggested this location to me and advised that it would better fit my needs. Once I had arrived I was greeted by Anna who had already spoke with Christina and knew exactly what I needed. Anna had everything ready to go all while training a new employee by the name of Ali who I wouldnt have even known was in training if I hadnt been told. Bottom line the customer service is awesome.

Overall I was very impressed with the Public Storage on Chandler Blvd. It is just two blocks from where I live, great location! The prices were good, and the online website was very well designed and easy to use. Anna at the facility was extremely courteous and helpful, a very professional lady, and I would definitely recommend the place to my friends. It appears very clean, safe, and well run.I was calculating the pricing for my unit, and wasnt told until the last minute about taxes and required insurance, which raised the cost. I felt this should have been relayed from the start. But other than that excellent service was provided.

We have been with Public Storage for the last 4 years and have always had great service, but since the arrival of Lynn in the office, the service has been personable and attentive. Lynn always greets you with her radiant smile and makes you feel very important and also lets you know she appreciates your business with Public Storage. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!

I needed a spot for a couple months, while I tried to coordinate two different moves, and Anna was friendly, professional and very helpful.... treated me like I was buying the locker, rather than renting for a couple pay cycles, and that was even with the $1 first month. I stopped by this location in preparation for moving here from Michigan (as soon as the weather permits, which looks like it could be summer at this rate) but hopefully by late April. The manager, Lynn, showed me the units I was interested in and explained the capacity of them, asked about the amount I would have stored, and made a suggestion for the size Ill need. She was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, or as many as I could think of at the time. Im looking forward to my move and will be using this location to store household goods until we buy a house in this area. I appreciate Lynns help and would recommend her and this location.

This place was great, my husband and I came here looking for a space. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size we needed that had AC but Glori and Bailey were so helpful and tried to find something that will work for us. If you need an outdoor unit or a small unit inside I’d definitely recommend this place!
