I came here to get my q50 3.7 a full custom exhaust system & they did really good! I added down pipes, borla mufflers & straight pipes towards the end. The Alignment & figment is GREAT!

I spoke to Frances the day I went to ask if they could help fix my car. She said no at first, then told me after researching the codes, that it was the catalytic converter. I let her know that I needed to pass emissions, she had stated that that would take care of the problem. Well after paying $900, the check engine light was still on. I took the car back and they advised me the car needed a tune up and wanted to charge me $250. Then the price for the tune up kept going down. I called Frances and informed her of the shady conversation I had with her husband and she defended him the the core. So after speaking to Frances, she reassured me that if I got the tune up she could GUARANTEE that the check engine like would go off. They changed the spark plugs and air filter. Drove it a lot as they had advised, and the check engine is still on. I don’t know who lied to me, Frances or her husband. The point is that, if you don’t know anything about cars, don’t take it to Frances. She will take advantage of the fact that you don’t know a thing about cars. & to be honest, my catalytic converter probably didn’t need to be changed. But who knows, I’m the idiot who believed that this place could help me.

My cats got ripped off..So Called TITAN no answer..left voicemail. Owner Horatio called back within 20 mins. I was 10 mins away so he held open a repair bay for me even though they were busy. Within 1 HR back on road with new cats. ALL GREAT WORK .

Went here to get a full exhaust installed, no price was discussed and I specifically asked the guy not to cut or weld my mid pipe. He quotes 1-2 hours, I call after 2 hours to check on it and ask if there are any problems, he says no and says theyre still working on it. When I go to pick it up they tell me it will be $700 ?? They had to cut and weld my parts (including my mid pipe) because none of the parts fit. If I had known it would be $700 I wouldnt have done it. Why didnt they tell me they had to cut up all my parts when I called 2 hours in? & It seems like they lack communication with customers about the work theyre doing.

I was the first one their in the morning, I needed to get the middle exhaust pipe replaced on my car, I was their for over three hours. But to replace the pipe only took about 40 mins,and then they did it wrong. The guys didnt know how to do the job and the owner was busy in the office doing something, he finally came out to show them what to do, and they still did it wrong.They cut the flange off the piece of exhaust pipe that joined together with the piece that needed replace and welded the new piece to it. Now if the independent rear suspension ever needs to be serviced the exhaust pipe need to be cut instead of just un bolting the ehaust.

As a returning customer, I see that they only got better after ten years or so.

They hooked up my buddies car for cheap and fast

Took my truck to get a flowmaster installed paid $300 dllrs. They did an awful job had an awful noise like something was loose .Took my truck back to them to get it fixed waited for almost 2hrs to get my truck checked becuase all they care about is getting more money from other customers even though i was there first then all the other people. They acted like i wasnt even there and at the end they just didnt want to fix my truck after they had messed up and had an awful noise . they ended up sending me to a mechanic because they were too busy with other customers they had no interest in fixing the issue and started telling me it was something else when the noise started after they installed the flowmaster. I DO NOT recommend this shop . If they dont do their job right the first time they will not fix your issue afterwards .

An older gentleman gave me a quote for the work i wanted. I shopped around and most other places where quoting $30 less. I liked the look of this shop so I went back and asked if they were willing to accept the quoted amount from these other shops. The younger guy I talked to was very rude, said they would not work with that, and told me to have fun at another shop. The $ difference is no problem, but to be treated like that, I will never be spending a penny there. Jorge at AZ Mufflers, 1000 feet north of this place, took great care of me, was more than willing to take my business and work with the price, and did a great job on my new exhaust system.

I took in my 2013 Dodge Charger R/T to get a new Magnaflow exhaust system installed. They put me on the lift and removed and installed the new system and I was out in less than an hour. Best price on install, super fast service, and extremely quality install. Im 100% satisfied and definitely recommend them.

Came in because I was having problems passing emissions. I bought a part that AutoZone had recommended but the shop owner said it wasnt necessary and that I should return it. He replaced the correct piece instead and saved me a few hundred bucks in the process. Took the car in to emissions the next day and passed with no problem. Truly an integrity driven work place and wont try to sell you anything you dont need.

Good people, quick work, and most affordable I found. Finished a full true dual x pipe system for me in a couple hours even though I came after noon when other shops said it would take all day.

Took my car in for what I thought was an emissions problem, turned out to be a mechanical issue. They looked at it for no cost and were extremely honest. Its rare to find honest shops anymore, especially being a young female. Highly recommend!

Quick quality decent price

Had a flowmaster 40 series muffler put on my 2014 gmc quad cab. They ran it 1 into 2 straight out the back.. Did it while I waited. Used all new material custom bent the pipes for my truck welded everything looks like factory. Plus they were the cheapest in town $300les than other places.

Titan is awesome when I got there I needed a non standard system on my 356A Porsche. We talked and came up with a creative way to make the install look correct for the collector car. Thru the install we worked together to get it just right .. The price was very reasonable.. And the fellows were very enjoyable to work with.... I would recommend them to my Mom !!!!! I have not received any services from this business. I find it odd that it is the only positively reviewed muffler shop in a string of extremely negative reviews about other shops. I believe someone at this company intentionally counter-reviewed the local competitors with anonymous negative reviews in hopes that that might throw even one desperate customer their way. I have no proof of this other than to say the evidence is obvious, even to a very simple deductive mind. I certainly hope if this accusation is true then that person will voluntarily take those reviews down as they are not legitimate and constitute an abuse of this marketing tool, a tool from which they expect positive remuneration. Nice guys finish last, I guess. Omega Recordings is the user, and please look that up. Every other shop around here cannot possibly be that dismal, in fact, I know they are not.

I have had my Titan Muffler custom exhaust now for 4+ years and I could not be happier. It is a dual exhaust behind the rear wheels with the quietest Flowmaster for the Tahoe. Titan is truly family owned and operated and have some of the best customer service I have seen. I had originally wanted a louder exhaust despite the owners recommendation for a quieter one. After installing the louder one, I came back and they replaced it with the quieter Flowmaster. I know I was a huge pain but they handled it very well and got me set up with an exhaust that turns heads and sounds great. Countless people including police officers and other auto shops ask me where I got it. The truck has been driven across the US twice and resides in TX now with the rough roads; I have never had any issues.I would highly recommend this place for a well sounding, sturdy exhaust; and not to mention the best customer service. Ive visited this shop a few different occasions, they are always fast and usually no waiting. I like B&M in tolleson but the wait is getting ridiculous, so Titan is my new spot for any exhaust work.

HORRIBLE Customer service... after waiting 15 min to be helped they were rude and didnt have the time to answer my questions seeming like he had better things to do.. I do NOT recommend this place at all... Walked out with no services done after waiting and being treated like they dont care or need my business..

I took my 1976 f250 in to them to get a Catalytic Converter put on they quoted 450 on the phone when i get there they put it on the lift installed the cat and new tail pipe was told it would cost 190 but did not have that much on me so the technetion did it for 178 i am very pleased with the work and will tell all my friends about this place if i ever need any more work done this will be the place i go
