Dave was my drum instructor for many years as a kid and through high school, paving the way for me to be part of dozens of bands and hundreds of live performances with varying genres and venues. We love this place. Our kids have been taking Guitar and Drums lessons for three years from DRMA and they love it. Professional teachers, supportive and communicative management, and the opportunity for the kids to showcase their talent in their in-house stage every year!The new location is roomy and makes you feel at home.

We absolutely love the Desert Ridge Music Academy (DRMA). We have been learning how to play the piano for about two years now. The teachers we endearingly call: The Jessicas are wonderful with my kids! They make playing piano fun, are nurturing and encouraging, which keeps my girls wanting to come back each week!Dave is owner is wonderful, so is the rest of the staff! Adam, Kyle and Hallie work the front, this awesome group goes above and beyond to help with any questions, payments and schedules. (Forgot to mention they always have a friendly smile on their faces.) In addition, we never had a musical sub teacher we didnt like. The new facility is spacious and it is very fun to watch and listen to all the artists practicing their instruments!The most exciting part is DRMA puts on free recital of the kiddos twice a year. They put all the kiddos on a stage with a microphone and spotlight and let them shine! You and the extended family will love the recitals! We are so glad we found this place because life is better with music!

This studio is by far hands down the best studio in Phoenix. I am a parent who has been taking my daughter for both guitar and voice lessons since she was six years old. We have experienced several studios here in Phoenix and Desert Ridge Music Academy has great teachers and the owners are good honest business men.Thank you for your great work.

We have two children going here and we love it. Everybody is really nice and encouraging, which helps with kids who are just starting. We;ve seen a lot of improvement and excitement from our kids. We would highly recommend DRMA.

The staff at Desert Ridge Music Academy are highly talented and do a terrific job with the kids.Charge is an amazing teacher who keeps my son engaged and looking forward to his next lesson...that isnt easy since he is a teenager. Great place for lessons of any kind. Kids and adults!!!

The prices are great, the staff are all very friendly in my opinion. this place is geared more towards children though. Their hours are 2-8...and if you dont book out it can be very hard to get in. I work a job where my hours change every week and i often work evenings so i havent been able to get in. Both of the Jessicas are amazing voice teachers. i could instantly hear a difference in my voice with their corrections. The only reason i dont give them a higher rating is b/c ive been trying to get back in for over a year with no luck. I wish they had more hours and that they were better about getting back to me. Ive left multiple voicemails.
