Sales rep does not return my calls or text for 2 weeks after I placed an order. Then when I call the office and ask them to place the order because the sales rep will not they tell me the order would be cut and ready for pickup the next morning. I finally get time to come get it in the afternoon and the order has not been cut to order. So they claim that they can do it fast. They gave me my order I want back to my office and they didn’t cut it like it was requested in the paperwork. Not sure how this place is still open.

Derek Green is an amazing application specialist! He has went out of his way several times to make sure I am getting the product that works best with my business.
