Damon and his team were amazing to work with. They took a situation that could have been worse and made the best out of it. They arrived at my house only to find out the ramp on their truck was missing. Rather than wait, they got right to work, wasted no time and moved as much as they could. The ramp eventually arrived and they had everything loaded in no time! They were great guys, and I felt like they truly cared about what they were moving. Highly recommend.

Ive been using All My Sons for years now for all my moves in Arizona, and have always had a great experience with them, including our most recent move from 2 houses in the Valley to one in Prescott. It was a long day but David, Justin, and Dominic were courteous and very careful with our stuff the whole time, and just super friendly all around too! I really appreciated that they called us before they arrived in the morning with their ETA, and that someone else from the office called during the move to check in. Joe our estimator was also really amazing! We had a tech glitch with the virtual meeting so we couldnt do it but he made it right by coming back the next morning as well as giving us a discount on the entire move. We have another move this Saturday with All My Sons, and Im looking forward to another smooth stress free process.

Alex, Andrew and Ryan were the best on moving my belongings from their storage to my house. They asked questions making sure everything went in the correct place. Very professional, personable and friendly. I have had amazing service with Phoenix All My Sons and Storage! I’ve used them 3 times in one year. Amazing 🤩

I’m incredibly disappointed. I have used All My Sons for multiple moves over the years and have recommended them many times to friends. I will never be using them and will encourage others to bring their business somewhere else. I have been passed around through multiple departments because I was told by a mover that they would fix the piece of furniture that they broke. This was not the case, and I’m only being reimbursed $100 to replace a $200 piece of furniture that was part of a set. So, now I’m $300 out because of this unreliable company. They are not careful with your furniture and they are apathetic when you try to reach a resolution.

James R and his team were quick and professional. They wrapped up all of my furniture to make sure it didn’t get ruined or dirty during the move. I also had to put my belongings in storage for a month until I found a new apartment in another state. I rented the storage locker through All My Sons, and they inventoried all of my boxes and other belongings to make sure nothing went missing at the storage locker. I appreciate the extra effort!

Unorganized, overpriced, and not happy with my experience. I talked with 3 different people and all said something different. They were suppose to be there around noon, but didnt show up until 7pm. The movers did a great job. Im definitely not a fan of the company itself though.

Maybe you should teach your movers (the ones who have trucks full of clients’ personal belongings) to drive legally or safely? One of your trucks just pulled out in front of me with NO TURN SIGNAL while I was going almost 50mph. I had to slam on my brakes and I still almost rear ended the truck with my little brother in the car. Where and what are your drivers doing that they cannot wait 20 seconds for my car to have passed? Really?

Please be very careful using this company. I would only recommend using All My Sons for moving a few heavy items that you need packed carefully. Make sure to pad your time estimate by 100% to ensure the jo will get done in time. We had a bad experience with this moving company. We engaged All My Sons to help move our house across the Valley. We had an itemized list of things to move and were quoted a reasonable amount for a day of work. When the moving day came, the movers showed towards the end of the arrival window but within the time we were told. The movers started moving our furniture very slowly but assured us they would have time to complete the list of items. We were still packing some items but were present for any questions or problems the movers ran into. After packing approximately half of the items we asked to move along with several items we specifically told them NOT to move, we were told that this was all they could do since it was an hour drive to the new house and they didnt want to run out of time to unload the truck. We made it to the new house almost an hour before the movers showed up. The movers showed up eventually only to tell us they could not unload the truck since they ran out of time. They got our mattress off the truck (not the bed, just the mattress) so we didnt have the sleep on the floor but otherwise the house was empty. We didnt even have clothes for our small children other than the few items we had packed for an emergency like this. I think the fact that we had to use our emergency plan after using this moving company says enough, but Im not done yet. We were assured the movers would show up first thing in the morning so we could start moving and hopefully not lose a whole day to their poor planning. The movers didnt show up until after 10 AM. When they showed up they informed us they would have to unload quickly since they had another stop to get to that day. I feel bad for the people that were scheduled after us since Im sure they have the same story we do. The movers unloaded the truck after a few hours but did not assemble any of our furniture and didnt even unwrap some of the items they unloaded. During the moving process they also damaged walls and a couple items of furniture. After all of this they charged us for the additional miles travelled due to their poor planning, they charged us for the additional hours needed due to their poor planning, and we still had to rent a U-Haul to move the remaining items they were unable to load. We wasted literally thousands of dollars using this company. We tried to engage their claims team to correct this error but every time we speak to them they say they have no record of us contacting them and we need to fill out a claims form (which we already completed several times). We even disputed the charge with our bank since the service we contracted All My Sons for was not provided according to the terms of our contract. The company has been unhelpful regarding this matter for almost two months now. There seem to be a lot of good reviews for this company so hopefully this was just a bad experience but definitely do your research before signing any agreements with All My Sons. Ive used Two Men and a Truck and other moving companies in the past and weve had a better experience at a cheaper rate. Ill update this review if All My Sons rectifies this issue.

All heavy appliances that the movers were to pack themselves are destroyed. Refrigerator, washer, televisions, lamps... In hindsight, it wouldve been cheaper to not move them and just buy new appliances. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. Have yet to file the damages claim but if their office is as unprofessional as the movers were I dont have very high hopes for the several thousands of dollars in damage caused by their negligence. Will update when claims are filed, hopefully they surpass my expectations.

These 5 stars are for James and his crew (Eli & Carlton). I didnt make it easy on the gentleman which is why I needed their help but they did an excellent job. Since I was on a time crunch that day I was pleased to see them hop off the truck and ready to get to work but relieved and impressed by their kindness and professionalism. We started off by briefly getting to know everyone and then they went for it. They were willing to help me clean house and take everything but I was concerned mostly about the big heavy stuff getting out of my small basement-like apartment and into a second level townhouse-like apt with tight corners and stairs. They did it, and Im grateful for their hardwork. To say the least they saved the day for me and I was able to go to a very important event that evening. Thank you guys so much! And Al(f)onso...thank you sir, the four of you turned my experience with All My Sons around.

Nate, Chase, and Shelby did a great job. Respectful, personable, on time, communicative, moved as fast as humanly possible while being careful with my stuff. I needed them to gather things from a residence and from a storage unit, and take it all to my new residence. They moved what amounts to a 3 bedroom house in 5.5 hours, up and down stairs at both residences; up and down an elevator in storage. I had everything packed already, except furniture that needed wrapping. While gathering quotes from various movers, I came to understand that most moving companies are roughly the same price for this kind of move, give or take a couple hundred dollars. So, I chose All My Sons, one with good reviews and a lower-mid priced quote. I was happy, in the end, with my choice. To be as transparent as possible, I paid $1,400 total, after gratuity.

I wasnt going to leave a negative review, but what cracks me up, the owner responds to all the 5☆ reviews, doesnt respond to the customers that had problems. I ALSO was not told of a fuel surcharge, they moved my daughter a block from where she lived, my bill was almost $700, I had things shrink wrapped before they got there to save time, cause God knows their charging you by the minute, after I paid the bill and went up to the storage unit where my daughter was, my things barely had the shrink wrap on it anymore, I wanted those things protected I had an extra large canvas that I wanted placed in a bag, one of the guys who had an attitude was shrink wrapping it, all the holders were popping out, he didnt care, I finally had to ask him to stop, lamp shades are dented and have dirt on them. When one of the guys needed to go over the contract, that took atleast 25m, clocks ticking, he didnt know the answers to anything, I asked a few questions, he kept saying Mame youll have to call the office, they just have me go over this, BUT I STILL HAD TO SIGN IT! I also had to call to ask about a discount we were supposed to get, and was talking to the rude woman with an accent, I questioned an amout, she didnt like that, gave me such an attitude, I wanted to remind her I just paid almost $700 for 1 bedroom and a couch, but what does she care, they got their money!OVER PRICED, RUDE, HIDDEN COSTS, and BAD COMMUNICATION! Theres other places!

It was a really great experience. The three guys that were moving my stuff (Robert, Colin, and I unfortunately cant remember the other guys name) were really efficient and they were also really good at problem solving. My apartment has really narrow staircases, and it was nearly impossible to get my giant couch and bed frame in the apartment because of it. However, they were able to do it! I really appreciate their willingness to problem solve and work through that situation, rather than just saying they couldnt do it. All in all, it was a great experience, and Ill definitely be calling All My Sons for when I move in the future.

My moving day started off with a call saying my driver called in so my move would be pushed back till later in the day, in AZ no one wants to move midday lol. Alfonso called back within an hr wit a new crew even added an extra guy from 2 to 3 men! I was so happy as he showed excellent customer service! Kyle and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable, all items safely moved. They got the job done in 2 hrs exact, an entire 3 bdrm house (new house was close by)!! I will surely use again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

All My Sons Moving and Storage did a great job with my move. The guys that moved my housewere professional and patient but moved at a quick pace and didnt waste any time. They pointed out their start and end times to ensure I agreed and finished on target in just over 3 1/2 hours. Ryan McKee was a great leader and kept everything in task and in secured in place on the truck. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the day before my move their customer service center called to ask me if I could change my move date because they were overbooked. I was already stressed about the move and didnt need that worry. But the next morning, local manager called me about an hour before they arrived and explained the process and assured me everything was fine. Everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great local moving company.

The crew that they sent were awesome . They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were very careful with all of the items that were being moved. Morin and his team went above and beyond what I expected. They did everything with care and were very careful with packing and moving all the furniture and boxes. We were moving items to a storage facility and I had rented 2 rooms. I only needed one because of Morins thinking and of placing of the items in the storage unit.I’m going to have to move the items back at some point and will definitely request Morin and his crew again.

James and his team did a great job handling my move. It was over Memorial Day weekend so they did need to reschedule a few times which is understandable. When I was confused regarding the final price management was very quick to reach out and breakdown the total costs for me and was super responsive. Holly was a huge help and I will say the customer service from this company is truly great which is often very hard to find when it comes to moving companies. Plan on using them again in the future when it comes time to move again.

Had to move on short notice and called around for help on moving. All My Sons was the most straight forward on pricing over all of them and were able to book a date on a few days notice. Even with a window of 12-4, my movers Morin and David called at 10:30 and had arrived at 1130. They loaded and moved my entire home in just about two hours. Best money I’ve ever spent and will definitely use again if I ever have to move. Super easy, stress free and very professional. I cannot express how grateful I am for the movers and how quickly the company was able to come out on such short notice

Interesting that this company only answers to 5 star reviews, which pretty much tells you the type of service your will get = dont complain because they will not respond.I tried calling multiples times to speak to a manager or someone to share all the broken things during my move = no reply.I understand mistakes can happen; but what I find incredibly unprofessional is not saying anything about it (my father-in-law had to tell me). As a moving company, the core of your business is to move the personal items of your customers safely and efficiently. I can say that with my horrible experience you are not following this principle nor your motto - “let our family move yours,” family takes care of one another. And your family did not follow through. Your family broke my new bed frame and a night table; they scratched my fridge, they broke a light in the front yard. Moving is already stressful so if you are looking to use this company, dont!!! they will just add to your expenses and stress.

The WORST moving experience EVER!! The following account is a deeply condensed version of ALL the events that happened during this scheduled 2 day move...Contracted for a not to exceed price which was to include packing all listed household items and moving a golf cart 7 miles to the new house. Signed a contract that included 4 persons to PACK the house on day one which should have included 2 trucks. The next day also should have been 4 people and 2 trucks to MOVE.DAY 1:Pack the house day. They were to be at the house between 8-9am, I had to call at 0945 to find out where they were. I was told they were unloading their truck from the day before and it would be a while before they got to our house. Showed up 2.5 hours after agreed time. Did NOT have 4 people and 2 trucks as contractually stated. Because they were late, they did NOT get the house packed in day one as contractually agreed to. They had 2 people to pack and one truck.DAY 2 Load TRUCKS and MOVE day: Again, this crew of 2, NOT 4 as contractually agreed on, showed up 4.5 hours late, using the SAME excuse as day 1. Again, there were to be 4 people and 2 trucks moving us on this day. I called repeated and was told there were no other crews available to help. The crew finished packing the house and told me theyd be back to move the next day. I informed them that would be a gross breach of their contract and they were to get it done this day. I was on the phone with their operations lead several times during the day and was assured the move would happen that day. The crew finished the household move late in the evening and said they didnt have the ramps to load the golf cart onto their truck and would be back in the morning to move it. Needless to say, we were pretty tired at this point in the evening and didnt have the energy to continue the battle.This is such a poorly run operation. Poor customer service due to the lack of communication.In every aspect of our move, this was a HORRIBLE experience!!I DO NOT recommend All My Sons.

This company is a rip off!! I was quoted $129 an hour for a 2 man crew, I do not have a bunch of stuff, so I figured that was a decent price and it should not take very long considering when I moved my stuff the last time with my family it only took us about 2 and half hours. Well when they showed up there were 3 guys so they said it would take even less time, that would have been great except it took them almost 5 hours. The guys were very nice, but they were just very slow. When they were finished it ended up costing me $1000. I was furious. I looked at their charges, they charged $200 for gas which was for about a 2 mile drive from the pick up to drop off location. They also charged another almost $200 for packing materials which everything was packed, they wrapped my couch and tvs and I never asked them to, they didnt ask me if I wanted them to, they never told me there would be a charge for it. All of these extra charges plus the ridiculous amount I had to pay because they took way longer than they should have is obsurd. I could have moved myself in way less time and saved myself $1000. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know to never use it as well.

I was very stressed about moving my furniture to storage since we live on the 2nd floor of an apartment and we have pretty bulky furniture but they did fantastic! With the high temperatures reaching 115 + in Arizona. I decided to hire All My Sons Moving and Storage to assist me in the move. On June 19,2021 James Runnels and his helpers Carlton and Trevez hit the ground running and never slowed down even at the peak of the high temperatures. They were very careful on the handling of my furniture and asked questions when they were unsure about what was leaving the house. They were very professional and courteous and made every attempt to make the move as easy as they could for me and my son. Boxes were put in the correct rooms. Beds were put back together and furniture was placed in the rooms. I would highly recommend hiring All My Sons Moving and ask the dispatch you want James and his crew. You wont be disappointed!!!!

Moving with this company gave me peace of mind. They verified several times by phone. They were very courteous and professional and they moved my two bedroom apartment in a few hours making sure all furniture was wrapped and protected. I used their service twice. Once to move my stuffs from the apartment to a storage facility and second time the other way round. The second time they were very good but this review is about the 1st service.1) There were 2 guys. One was professional, the other one had no idea what to do.2) They didnt have any professional tools to assemble/disassemble furniture like dinner table or beds. I provided some of my screw drivers which obviously were not fit for the job.3) The 2nd guy told me that he just joined that week and has no idea what to do.4) Very bad packing service. Though I packed 90% of the items, they handled them very badly. I later found out many of my plates and dishes are broken.5) To move a 2 bedroom apartment to a storage it should not take more than 3 hours. Thats what their estimation was too. They took more than 6 hours and even charged me double of what was promised as the expected charge. Why should I pay for your inefficient persons on the job?6) I have used different moving services in other states too, my experience was worst with All my sons move for move from my apartment to a storage.I got good service the 2nd time moving furniture from storage back to my new apartment. But, I was so frustrated with their 1st service, I had to write this review to let people know that you cant depend on them. Somedays they are good, someday they are worst.

The moving crew that showed up was AMAZING and I would give them 10 Stars if I could!! The scheduling department however I am not happy with. We scheduled 2 weeks in advance, confirmed the day before and I called the morning of. My husband and I both took the day off work to make sure there was someone at each of the locations for the crew. The office called us at 4pm to inform us that they are rescheduling us tot he following morning. They quoted us an “early” time frame and they still showed up 45min late. Again the crew was amazing and very efficient once they arrived. Unfortunately due to the office mishap we will not be using them again if needed. They did try to make it right, but the stress and the time off work is not something you can make up for.

This is my 3rd time using AMS. Twice for me and once for a relative. Kyle, A-A-Ron, and Joel were absolutely great! Kyle communicated everything very clearly and concisely. A-A-Ron could joke and work hard at the same time all while being extremely personable. Joel is a beast and had a knack for moving the big stuff seamlessly and intelligently. This group dealt with some challenges that were out of their control and never missed a step. AMS has a great crew in these 3!

I recently used All My Sons for a local move. From the initial call to the execution, I was impressed with the customer service, responsiveness and care. The Phoenix manager I booked with was super helpful answering all my questions and providing me with detailed information. The day of my move the moving team arrived early and were very efficient, not wasting any time! Brian, Marvin and Ernest (Phoenix), were not only respectful but a lot of fun. Moving is always a stressful process, so having three guys that could have fun and still get the job done was a real treat. They took great care of all my items and made sure everything would fit within my storage unit. They asked me questions when I didn’t pack something, or made suggestions on how to store certain items which I genuinely appreciated. What could have been a really hard day, turned out to be easy and stress free because of them. I look forward to using All My Sons again and specifically asking for Brian, Marvin and Ernest!!

I was scheduled for 8 am - 9 am. I received no call stating my time was move to 12pm-4pm. Once I called the office I was told the new time. One of the movers didn’t inform me that he did not put screws back in my headboard of my bed, he just placed it against the wall and pushed my mattress up against it. The screws was lost for two of my entertainment center shelves. One of the movers left a big foot print on my border of the wall. I looked out my window and they were standing talking. I felt as if they were trying to pass time. I was their last job of the day. I was not at all satisfied. I did not receive a call from management apologizing.

They moved an 8x3x3 500lb fishtank down a flight of stairs successfully. Competitive pricing and great experience overall. Would highly recommend them.

This was my first time using movers to move and it was the BEST experience. Shout out to AZ movers - Justin & Nate. Best duo out there. If you are needing to move - request them. They never took breaks, helped us out with breaking down furniture when we couldnt, and were so quick I was shocked! It was a hot AZ day and they were breaking sweat but kept going. If I ever have to move again, I will be contacting All My Sons and REQUESTING - Nate & Justin. Best team out there!

We ended up paying more than we originally thought, mainly due to the fact that they get payed by the hour and I feel like they definitely took there sweet time on the drive to the offload location. The drive is on average 1 hour and 15 minutes but it took them about 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to the offload location. Which is a pretty big difference if you ask me. I feel like they milked the clock a little bit. After they left and we got everything unpacked I noticed that one of the TVs that they moved had a broken screen on it. So there were definitely negatives to the experience, but I will give them props on moving some furniture for us that got dropped off by a different company. That was very helpful. Overall I did not like the service they gave us.

They Took There Sweet Time, Damage All My Brand New Furniture . Stole My Glass Top To My Entertainment Stand, And Beats . They Said They Could Only Give Us Back 100 For 4K Furniture BRAND NEW . SUPER Unprofessional. Do Not Waste Your Time And Money ! They Overcharge For Terrible Service . Craziest Part Is One Of The Movers Said His Son Steals So Make Sure You Grab Your Cable Cords Like Really ?

I moved out of my storage space into my townhome. James and V met me at the storage, emptied out my storage and transported my furniture to my new place and unloaded everything. This was done in under 2 hours! They worked fast! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional movers!

Adam Hamilton and his partner (I feel so bad, but dont remember his name!) were super helpful, professional, and personable. We were moving to the third floor and they were upbeat the whole time and never complained. Subsequently ordered a couch and both those delivery people needed to point out how heavy the couch was and that we were on the third floor. Got it. Never used movers before and honestly was apprehensive, but it was such a good experience. The initial quote was conservative, which I anticipated from the 2 hours quoted, so just budget accordingly. Our one bedroom ground floor to two bedroom third floor with a difficult bed take down and reconstruct was about 5 hours. SO WORTH IT. And also very COVID aware.

I was told they would be there between 9:30 and 11 they did not show up till 2:30. There were two guys and the truck the older one was not always working he seemed to chat more than work and the other younger guy was the worker bee. I had budgeted $500 for this move which I thought was more than enough but they took their sweet time and it ended up costing me 935 dollars. The movers also disassembled a lift chair and didnt put it back together. I highly recommend you use a different company than this one.

Nathan and Chase came out promptly this morning and moved every single item that was left from the original move on Monday. They were absolutely awesome!!! They even moved the boxes in the spare bedroom so that I can get in and figure out what goes where. They asked where each item that was left from Monday and put those items where they belong. Overall great experience! The movers were late, but once they got there the actual moving process was spectacular! Adam and Dave were professional and efficient, all while being careful with my belongings. If I move again in their area I would use All My Sons in a heartbeat!

They called me the day of and told me they were going to be there in a few minutes when the apointment was for the afternoon. When i called the office she made it my fault and told me that no one would probably be able to help me then today but she would call if she found anyone. I called back after 10 min and spoke to someone else anf he fixed it. He sent out not the 3 guys but 4 so i was excited. I have tears on my couch, broken glass, a piece of broken furniture, and now going through the boxes and a it looks like they were tossed around or kicked. They spilled legos and beads and just left the mess for me to pick up. Its like they have no organizational skills at all. Who puts a bed in the back and the piles everything in front of it. I havent even been through my boxes but I know more is broken. The only good thing is that they offered to fix the stuff they broke but it shouldnt be broken to begin with.

Everything was great with All My Sons moving. Darryl was very helpful and walked us through every step of the way. They were on time, complete, thorough, and very careful. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone making a move. Nothing was damaged and they wrapped and took care of everything so carefully!!

Due to heavy water damage, we were forced to temporarily relocate our office. We moved all our office tables, furniture, etc. by ourselves. It took a couple days to complete.We decided to use a moving company to help move us back into our completed office. All My Sons Moving sent three professionals who moved all our items in merely two hours!! I would highly recommend these guys! They are efficient, orderly, and professional. We had a fantastic experience with All My Sons. Their estimator was friendly and gave us an extremely accurate quote, it ended up a little cheaper by like 100 bucks so thats very close. The crew we had moving that day were all very nice and cool guys that worked carefully and efficiently. I dont plan on moving again soon but if I have to I will be calling All My Sons again.
