You are a joke! How do you allow drivers to just ignore deliveries?? Theres no question for a GATE CODE if thats what is the issue is, even though there is ALWAYS a WALK IN GATE. I am so tired of lazy delivery drivers! I paid overnight shipping and being told oh well just wait until Monday is appalling!!! Your company obviously doesnt care about its customers. This is the ONLY place that has issues coming to my apartment. Amazon has no issues, USPS has no issue, UPS has no issue. Only YOUR drivers. I will be recording the next delivery, and possibly getting a lawsuit going if this continues!!!!!!!!
Said completed delivery last night at 756pm. Bull. We were home waiting and looking. Went outside as soon as I got notification of delivery. No package. Maybe you closed it out since it was so close to 8pm. Trying to get resolution on phone, impossible.
Three days in a row now. They tell me that they attempted to drop off but no one was home. BS! I’ve been home all three days waiting because it is a part for my car that DOESNT run. Finally got to speak to someone after 20 minutes of automation and they said it was because they couldn’t get into my main gate. When the side gate RIGHT NEXT TO IT is always open. This place has always given me issues. What a shame. No other delivery service ever has an issue!
Fast friendly service and provides carts for the heavy items great 👍 customer service and very knowledgeable staff I was in and out fast only a couple of minutes and I was out the door and on my way back home 🏡 thanks for the prompt service 😀 👍
This office it one of the worst FedEx I have ever seen. They always say that they attempted to deliver my package but they never do. This has happened to me more than once and the time of attempt is always that time that Im home with my other 4 family members. They really suck. I have called the customer service support but they did nothing about it. I wish that my package was sent with UPS becasue they do what they say and they alway deliver.

Everyone Ive met there is notably friendly and the employees really seem to be genuinely happy. It is however, a smaller location for the actual store, its mostly a big warehouse in back.
It’s very frustrating to see center puts an delivery exception without making an attempt. It looks FedEx want people to pick their packages from their office and doesn’t want to deliver to their home. Now I realizes UPS service is far better than FedEx. In future I will give priority to to use UPS over FedEx due to their reliable service as well as FedEx poor service as well as misleading information.
Currently working here. The people are friendly and willing to help you out. Only complaint is the location and the bus stops around it, no way to get across from bus stop if you dont go to the light on glenrosa. Unless you j-walk.

They lost my package and both employees directly lied to my face about the whereabouts of package. Saying it was delivered (it was not I have been home the entire tine and no one ever came), it was not received by their facility (their tracking info says otherwise), and somehow the driver specifically remembers THIS package being delivered? How would he know this specific package?

I would give it 1 but the guy was nice and trying his best. The line was out the door. Because they had 1 person working the front around 6 PM when the note on the door tells me to come by, I gave it a 2. Also, Express left at 615 PM and Im sure some people outside didnt make it.For the hub there is no excuse to have one person working. And when he called someone from the back to help she took one customer and disappeared. Obviously working the front was beneath this supervisor/manager.
I ordered two pairs of shoes from ebay. I received one pair and someones else item. I have it on camera that they only delivered one pair of shoes. They dont return calls. They told ebay it was delivered and now I am filing a police report because my hands are tied it seems. Thankfully have a camera and a clear shot of the person who delivered my item.Fed ex should really hire credible ppl.My package was stolen or is lost.They dont even care that I have someones tennis racket.
My item was never delivered. Drivers are liars. I have cameras and there was never any driver attempting delivery and the message I got is that there was an attempt to deliver and nobody was home. That’s BS I was home the whole time waiting on my delivery watching trough my window and cameras the whole time. I only saw a truck driving by but never a driver stepped out to deliver anything. I had to drive over 40 mins to pick up my item myself and wait over an hour for fedex to find it. These drivers need to be investigated. They are too lazy to step out and deliver. They are scamming people. We pay for delivery and we have to pick up ourselves. You need to reimburse people that pay for your services. SCAM!

Even if its a ship center. They should still beable to print label. Heres my experience: I went to FedEx to return an item I ask if they can print my shipping label. They told me they do not print label. They send me to staples to get a print shipping label. I went to staples waited 45 min to get my shipping label printed. Than I go back to fedex. Wait 8n line again.. smh

Small location to be used for a holiday customer pick up center. Fedex should rethink their customer service strategy here & open up a temporary location for the holiday season. current outside temperature is 40 degrees. the picture where customers are half in half out is the least of the problems. The parking lot is so small & it’s one way in one way out. be ready to get your insurance handy in the event you might accidentally bump into a car or person getting out.
FedEx has definitely dropped the ball when it comes to customer service.

I paid EXTRA for next day shipping and im having to wait an additional day, I am offering to pickup my package, and no longer have access to a phone as the package IS my new phone and I NEED it for emergencies AND my business! I tried calling because the driver did not stop by at all. But changed the status of the shipment on his own as 1st attempt. I was here. Nothing. Call the runaround 1800 number nothing. Unprofessional.

I ordered a package and they said it would come on a fixed date yet there I am three days later without a package, I finally went to the facility they said they were storing it at and when I got there they said they have absolutely no idea where the driver put the package... here I am still without my package and don’t know what to do.

Fed Ex, Id rather come to this location than the FedExKinkos by the house. The people at this facility are rather nice, and always helpful. I came to pick up a computer for a work at home job. The gentleman asked if I needed help getting it in my car since I was still disabled at the time, and walking on a cane. The people here are always nice, and never make me wait a very long time at all. It seems they are very proficient at what they are doing. I wish I could say the same for the store about 15 miles closer to my house.
Overnighted a package 3 weeks ago and still instransit when you call the help line no one has any information to give you. This is ridiculous!

The customer service here is horrible. There is a Puerto Rican lady that works here that is really really slow at processing information especially when you are in a hurry. It doesn’t hurt to put a smile on your face she is always moody and grouchy and doesn’t want to move things around. I would think this job would require you to lift and move things around since you’re constantly receiving packages. I think they need toWho they are hiring for the position. I’ve asked for packaging materials and she’s giving me two or three packets instead of handing me a stack knowing that I come in often to drop off 67 or even eight packages at once. This is the worst location by far
Although not the desk agents fault. They were friendly, and helpful. Driver left note saying hed redeliver. He did not. Left the package at a pick up fed ex store in Surprise. But said nothing about that. Only address on door tag was fedex in Phoenix. I drove all the way there from Surprise to find out my package had been left 1 mile from my house at this fed ex outlet. I realize Christmas is a busy time for them. But customer service isnt complete until we get our delivery. They could use a better system in notifying people. Other than that, all desk agents were very helpful.

Employees are totally inept. I will never come back here again; will go so far as to order only from companies who do not require signature on delivery so I dont have to spend an hour of my time in their absurdly long line. Somebody in HR needs to do a deep cleaning of the employees here to improve the efficiency of this outfit. It also didnt help that I was being eaten alive by insects while waiting in the dank reception area.

I came here to pick up a package that I missed earlier during the day after FedEx tried to deliver. I brought door tag here to pick up my missed delivery and was able to pick up my package. Love the fact that I could go and pick up my missed delivery the same day. Great job FedEx.
We mail shippers (big heavy containers) and the staff here is always very nice. Eager to help, address everyone as soon as they come in the door. Have everything you could possible need there. Love this place.

FedEx is a disappointment all around. Relevant to this location, how do you receive two separate shipments on two different days and manage to misplace them both???? Seriously? Desperately needs a shade structure. If you’re limiting it to 4 people inside at a time and people are waiting outside in 110 degree heat, you need to take care of your customers.
Due to COVID-19 you have to stand outside in the heat, because of Social Distance there is not enough parking. I had to stand outside for an hour then go inside the driver hasnt gotten back with my package

I went on the Saturday before Christmas eve. The parking lot was not very accommodating, but for being packed, and plenty of uncordial and oftentimes unruly customers, the staff was doing their best to retrieve the packages in a timely manner. The over all visit took about a half hour, and about 8 minutes of it was looking for my package. I would suggest having better organization when packages are pulled for more timely processing. But still a good experience

This place is a joke. No signature required, yet the driver for some reason decides jot to leave the package at the door. Meanwhile, the staff here is exceptionally unacommodating. I was told that my best option to receive the package that I needed to have today was to wait here for whenever the driver gets in (assuming thats not before they close), or have the package sent to a FedEx store and pick it up Monday, even though the whole reason that Im here is because of their drivers incompetence. So much for that next day air that I paid for.
The male customer service employee was very nice and helpful, however, the female employee at front desk with him had a bad attitude (my observation with her interactions with other customers). She made it seem like customers were bothering her, kept looking at the clock in a obvious manner when one customer said he had half of his packages ready (total of 4 packages he had), and she copped a attitude because it was a inconvenience for her to do her job. (It was barely 6pm, and customers still had 1 hour to conduct their business...so she was out of line in how she handled her customer. Another customer asked her a question and she got snippy with him and said, “we’ll hold on. I can only do one thing at a time”-even though it was her who asked the man what he needed. Other than that, my dealings with the gentleman employee was pleasant.
Didnt get the reps name, but he was willing to go and check to see if the driver came back from her deliveries. I got off work and my FedEx app indicated the truck returned at 5:50 p.m. I waited for a bit and advised the rep my wife wouldnt be understanding if we kept waiting so he decided to go check for my package. Fortunately, it was there and I was able to take it home with me this evening. Thanks, FedEx, for going the extra mile and tell your driver Rebecca Jenkins I said hi!

I had ordered 2 bed frames different sizes one was sent ups other FedEx since I had just moved I had messed up the address FedEx called me and I explained I had got the address wrong they FedEx delivered it the next day, Ups never called and 4 days later I had to go to there hub and pick it up. After being insulted by the staff member who was supposed to be offering customer service, I sent messages to the store management TWICE and got no response. I can only assume that the man I was complaining about is also the manager -- since its hard to believe there would be a whole staff of rude, dismissive and arrogant employees in one store. AVOID THIS PLACE. Id love to see them put out of business after the treatment I recently received. Its not the only game in town.
No one was there to help me or pick up my stuff that they fail to follow the request. I had to wait 20min calling for someone and still no one. I had to go back to work.

Dumb setup for a FedEx Shipping Center, not enough parking, for handicapped or any other drivers, mainly a warehouse and a small office to pick up your package. Do not pick up a package from here unless you absolutely have to!
Constantly delivering past commitment time or no delivery attempt yet posting that an attempt was made. Maybe they Have too much volume for this one location. They are very far from my residence but they are the closest service center. I assume they need to build a new service center.

Had missed a delivery, had to go pick up my stuff, I had no issues getting in and out, they were busy when I got there and a few others had to wait longer but not sure what their transactions entailed
