Louis was a great help with all our watch and phone needs. Very nice and helpful gentleman. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and didn’t have to wait at all.

The gentleman, Elias was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions and need Ed to make a lot of changes to my account and he did so very patiently and was able to resolve all my issues and requests quickly.

Honestly hands down Alexis was the most helpful person in the store. i appreciate her for helping me have a smooth checkout. She explained to me good details about my line change. She had so much patience with me and so much information to give me. Definitely will be coming back!

I went into the Pico Rivera AT&T to transfer my phone service from T-Mobile. I was assisted by Alvaro and the manager Trey. Not only did they help me select a phone but they got me a great deal on my plan. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The whole staff at this location was great

I am here on a travel crisis assignment and was in need of a watch. Ended up stopping by the AT&T store located at 9077 WHITTIER BLVD. I was greeted by Vanessa who was so helpful. She went over my bill, looked at the best option for me to purchase a new watch, saved me some money. With the help of Mary Lou (another AT&T worker), I was very pleased with my visit. I have been with AT&T many years and I have NEVER had this kind of experience with AT&T. I am still shocked at how nice and helpful they were.

My husband and I went in to ask general questions about upgrading our phones and adding our son to our account. I was greeted by the entire staff. The person who helped us during our entire process was Vanessa Cortez. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable! She went over every detail about our new phones and future charges in our bill. I have had AT&T for 3 years and this is the first time I receive exceptional customer service. Thank you Vanessa and staff for everything!
