This review is for my latest visit. My first visit was not very pleasant employees had little attitude and not really helping with my replacement but thanks to Ingrid I can give 5 stars. Ingrid is very patient and has great customer service. She answered all my questions and didnt hesitate to transfer all my info to my replacement phone.Thank you Ingrid I wish all employees would work for great customer service.
My boyfriend and I were helped by Ashley Fuerte and Im definitely going to refer her business. She went above and beyond when it came to answering our questions and showing us our options when it came to phones and plans. We were undecided on what phone to get and she was super patient with us and even showed us her personal phone and went outside with us to take pictures to see if we liked the phone camera quality. She is super knowledgeable and I hope everybody goes to her to her! Thank you Ashley!
I went in yesterday trying to do upgrades and add a line to my account. As we walked we were greeted by a very friendly associate by the name Marcos . He helped us get the best deal possible. Very great customer service and great personality. He made our upgrade and adding the new line to my plan as fast and efficiently as possible. I would recommend you ask for him if you go to this store and need assistance.
George was such a lovely and kind and helpful individual, very thorough and turned a stressful experience(stolen phone) into a better one with his help and wonderful energy.

Went in to upgrade and add two lines to our plan for Christmas. Couldn’t be more happy with our customer service experience with Claudia H. !!!!She was great, getting us the best deals and breaking down the cost and even sent me out with a quote for our bill!! So happy thanks again,Claudia H!

I wish I was able to give zero stars because I would. My husband, my mom and I went in to this store April 7, 2018 so that my mom and I could switch phones. (We both own our phones outright, we were both there) We talked to Associate Ana Rivas and she said she didn’t think we could do it. She went to the back to ask her manager, came back and said no. I asked why and she didn’t have an explanation. I asked to talk to the manager and she went to the back again, came back and said he would be right out. After about 15 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and she said he was on lunch till 2pm. Mind you it was only 1pm and we had already been there 30 minutes. I asked why no one told us that and she just laughed and shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the manager above him and she said she didn’t know who it was. Then she said it might be in the front store window and that I could go look. So I did just that and sent an email to district manager Robert Hwong. He called me back and said that his employees told him that we were in a lease and that’s why we couldn’t switch phones. I let Robert Hwong know that 1. No one pulled up our account to even look and 2. We bought our phones cash at Best Buy over 2 years ago and were not on a lease. He took no responsibility for his store or employees. He asked me to go back and said they’d help and give me a discount on accessories. I politely said no thank you. After being with sprint for 17 years this was the final straw. We cancelled that day. Going to that store was never a pleasant experience. The employees are rude, unprofessional and blast the music... in addition the the terrible service sprint has.
Had a horrible experience with this store and Sprint in general today. I came last week to pre-order a phone, I asked repeatedly if I qualified for the promotion even to check the fine print.They said I did and after I signed the contract everything was fine. Then I get a call today telling me to come in saying that sprint changed the terms of the promotion and I no longer qualify for the promo.So for all the time and headache the only thing they can do is offer me a refund. So now I have no new phone, my upgrade credit was used up.This is not the first time Sprint screwed me over with signing up for a promotion that I no longer qualified for and ended up paying for it in the long run.Seriously considering switching networks at this point

Customer service really bad, I purchased a galaxy watch and 3 days after I wanted to return it and they said they could accept returns I had to call sprint care to take care of it. This place sucks
I was disappointed in what I found out about it.
They only get 1 star because I cant give them 0 they gave a new cell to my brother and law under my name no questions ask
