I always shop here, sometimes I go with my two toddlers and theyre always looking and following me around! Today i tried paying with my credit card and Cashier named Aly asked me for ID which I didnt have on me. I had my debit card and she said it was fine. I asked her why I couldnt use my credit card instead if they both had my same name and she still said no. Made no sense why she didnt ID me on using my debit card! I didnt argue with her but it was a very unpleasant and unreasonable visit.

Cute clothes but had the most horrible customer service from a clerk named Aguille at the register. Every other sales associate was nice and polite. I felt highly discriminated on by the cashier and reported it to management as she threw my items around and was very rude. It used to be a favorite place but now I question if I will ever shop there although the manager apologized. I hope no-one else doesnt experience what I did today:(

Customer Service is bad, No asks if need help, if were we finding everything we need, store was a hot mess, very unorganized didnt have what I needed, the store was overstocked looked like a yard sale .

It is kinda pricey but they do sell a lot of cute blouses/tops and dresses. This store is well clean and organized

Please, do not shop here.I have never in my life been treated the way I was today at this location. A couple of months ago, I purchased a few items and when I got home I realized one of the dresses/romper was ripped on the strap. I took the item back and the manager at the time gave me store credit (which I was completely ok with since I used to shop there regularly). Well today I went in with the receipt the manager had given me and apparently I was supposed to get back a different receipt with my store credit. I explained that I was never given a second receipt. The associate asked her manager and they called their district manager who said they couldnt do anything because I lost my receipt . I explained again to the manager that I did not because i never received it. She spent the next 15 minutes searching on her system for a transaction around the given date and when she found it, she still continued to deny giving me the store credit! She then called her district manager, the manager who had given me the store credit (who by the way no longer works there!),and the owner of the store. They apparently all said that I lost my receipt and that I couldnt do anything. She continued to say What am I supposed to do? I just work here. Who am I supposed to believe. You should have came before.or Its youre fault you lost it. I asked for the District Managers, a corporate, or owners name or number and she refused to give it to me because they dont want to talk to you.As you may understand I am completely upset that a person could be as disrespectful as she was. I have so many unanswered questions like:How can the manager (WHO NO LONGER WORKS THERE) remember ME from months ago and say she NEVER messed up in her old job?AndWhy couldnt she give me the credit if she had found it in the system?!She eventually walked away from me and went to the back. I decided to leave and just take the lost of my money.But please, be careful of this location. They will take any opportunity to steal your money. The worst part is that I only wanted to buy more items and spend more money there. If anyone has any other idea as to what I should have done, please let me know.
