Its Starbucks. What can I say. The service is always friendly and they always get my order right. What I like about this location is that they have given me great recommendations of different drinks that Im looking for. They may not have exactly what I asked but something similar to taste. I have never been disappointed by their suggestions. Clean and tidy location. Love the coffee.

They never have anything there always out of everything

Customer service is always great. The drive They line is always long so youll have a wait. The way they built the drive thru isnt the best either. Its positioned to literally block all oncoming traffic.

My only suggestion is to retrain everyone, on refund policies (even supervisors), customer service, and to better communicate with customers. I dont expect an apology, but good customer service is owning your mistake and communicating on how youll resolve it.

Employee I spoke to was very helpful. However they had a long drive through line and it wasnt past 9:30pm and for phone orders they wanted you to wait in that long line for a drink that was already paid for.

Their coffee was great and the place was amazing.

Okay I just left this location and Angelica knows how to make a coffee drink!!! For real For real!!!She made my complicated order so precise it makes me glad that I stopped here after leaving my shift today!!! And I like the vibe here- the cashier was so cool and there was a charismatic guy that helped a customer while he was on his break!!! On Tuesday October 8, I stopped by Starbucks as usual to get a coffee and this particular day Alex helped me and I have to say she made my day by the way she treated my little one and myself. She was amazing nice. I really appreciate her customer service. She deserves more than 5 stars. Again Thank you Alex.

So apparently this location sees a power outage as an excuse to be rude to customers. I came to the door because I placed a phone order and all I wanted to ask was how to get a refund and they completely ignored me until they came to the door with my drink and Juliana was completely disrespectful and the manager refused to come out to speak to them. They could have come to the door and have given me a refund and I would have been fine with that. Starbucks customer service is truly declining in quality.

Regular Starbucks.. sometimes it gets packed though! If the drive thru line is too long, its better to park and go inside.

For the cost of coffee at Starbucks, I expect my coffee and experience to be the best. They are failing desperately. The coffee that is created is second best. The fact is, that they have gone from making a great latte to focusing on specialty drinks that include espresso. I understand that as a business owner, you have to follow the dollar and maximize profit. As a good business owner, training your staff to produce the core coffee drink that made you the best is the way to making all coffee drink delicious and with that produces the great experience. In short, Starbucks, you have gone away from your core and you are no longer a leader in true espresso coffee drinks. Next, I will comment on keeping you store clean. The routine is continuous, even more so when you are busy. This is managements fault for not doing their job. I miss the snob baristas of the old day that produce quality coffee. Thats called dedication to a trade.

Starbucks is my favorite place.to buy coffee but once it comes to shopping late for coffee it becomes a hassle for me as a tow truck driver, i cant go thru the drive thru cause of my truck and i walked up to the stores door and window and was completely ignored, i called to see if they could help and same response.

I love Starbucks but the coffee here sucked. It was practically cold and tasted nothing what it should have. I went through drive thur and just didnt want to drive back.

I go here all the time. Its aight but they so obviously water down their drinks (probably due to the private owner) which is especially noticeable with the refreshers and iced teas. Otherwise staff is super cool and sweet and its clean and a great place for studying.

I love this place! They give quick service, have very friendly staff, and they never get my order wrong! Theres a lot of other Starbucks I go to, that would never get my order just right! This place does it the best!! The only downside is, because they attract so many customers at this specific location due to their quality of service, the small drive-through area and parking lot area get REALLY overcrowded-to the point where nobody can get by, and you can potentially get trapped there untill the line finally dies down! But I still highly recommend!(:

Great place for a cup of cafe, friendly staff. I wouldve given five stars but the system some how skipped my order. As I saw all those who placed their orders after me receive their drinks, I realized something was up. I had to wait an extended time for my latte. Im glad to report that the staff made up for it by upgrading me to a Venti free of charge!

I ordered a venti frappuccino with extra caramel. I paid for extra caramel and didnt receive extra caramel. So no tip was given

How is it possible that a corporate/ franchise could run out of Coconut milk to make a drink at 11 am!?!? Its unheard of and disgraceful for such a big company like Starbucks to be unable to full fill a customer order on such a common consumable. If I go to a drink or coffee shop I expect their manager or operations manager to have ordered sufficient supplies to be able to full fill customer orders... Otherwise I will happily take my business elsewhere, like The Coffee Bean!!!!👿👿👿

Drink was badly made. Very bitter for a white chocolate mocha. They kept repeating my order wrong 3 different times.

The only Starbucks with a drive through near me that I know of. So, yeah. Unless service takes a massive dive I cant help but give this a good rating. Ive only been inside once. I do wish extra shots were free, but if I want free extra espresso I should stop being lazy and use my espresso machine at home. There should be a car wash/coffee shop. Think about it. Get your coffee, drive through the car wash and enjoy the show. Million dollar idea, guys.

Its clean, the staff is quite personable and they get my name right every time lol which is not usually the case at most Starbucks. Its also rarely overly crowded and the employee named Natasha is a sweetheart. She always has a smile for you even when it seems like it may have been a busy day.

This coffee house is the same as any other in the brand. The taste Im sure everyone knows. I have one major pointer here though, if youre in a hurry make sure you stop by with time; its always busy and the drive thru line is most of the time a 10 minute wait.

The young man that took my order was very polite and happy.

Have been a regular for over a year. But lately their service has been horrible. Ive waited 20 minutes for my drink. Customers that come in after I do, walk out before me. The majority of the staff are awesome but I have no clue what has happened to their order.

Im going to say that the management staff has been amazing when I have called about a drink they have always just been so friendly. All the employees work hard here. It is a busy spot to go to but the staff is worth it. I would rather go were people know my name then people that treat me like another customer.

Love Starbucks but honestly, this has got to be the worst one. They always get my drinks wrong, making me pay for something quite expensive to get a basic coffee. Last week, I had a mobile order and it wasnt ready until 30 minutes after. Then the worker proceeded to almost shove the drink in my face and kick me out when I had literally done nothing but patiently wait the 30 minutes for my drink.

This was a Starbucks run like a local coffee shop. Friendly staff that remembers your order and customers that are happy to come in every day. Unfortunately they have other small coffee shop issues. Forgotten orders causing long waits. Miss processed orders. It is OK and they make it right when there is a problem. Any problem they have is just because they are busy and do more for the customers than the standard Starbucks.

Liked the place enough, but that freaking, brain-numbing music has to go!!! Cant even carry on a conversation. It was lovely when the sound system was kaput.

Coffee is good, walking distance makes this a great date day or night experience . 2 pokestops and a poke gym for those pokemon lovers .The one thing that is hard to like is the fact that the homeless run in and out of these places now . It isnt Starbucks fault as these are different times with different laws and Im sure these problems are at every one of them now, but folks becareful leaving your stuff at the table while giving up your drink . My brother had some fool steal his wallet ( yes, he shouldnt have left it in his jacket )There is no longer a place we can just hang out and feel safe even for a safe distance .Again place and employees are awesome / watch your stuff !!

It’s 9:56 on a Thursday morning and I just want to say out of the 5 people working there... ONLY TWO were doing their job, assisting customers. I had to disrupt the guy that was working on the drive thru window to ask him a question while the other three girls were chitchatting standing in between the drive through window and where you take guest orders. Not doing a thing, but playing with their pen, having their back to a guest and they all seen me just standing there, yet still chit chatting. C’mon, don’t have a guest waiting just for you to ‘ChitChat’.

Had a really good time with this Starbucks the refs are really nice really customer service oriented the drinks will always be Starbucks drinks not unless they screwed up the place was really nice and clean and the baristas were really really good.

Kind of a sad experience. First of all some people constantly get better service than me. I would be in line and some of the employees will start an order for a person three to five spots behind me. Is this a way to coerce tips? I ordered a Matcha latte without milk. Only Matcha and hot water. Apparently this was hard to understand. Cashier: so a Matcha latte? I said, No milk...so its not a latte. For some reason this blew her mind. Someone needed to help her. Then instead of charging me the Latte and subtracting the milk cost they charged me the Matcha latte full and additional Matcha 4x. Now coffee bean only charge a 1.80$: its only Matcha and water. I still pay full price by including the difference I save in their tips. Its principle over cost. Bean hired people with common sense while these other barista at bux have no sense and just follow models given to them. This is why it is sad...our young people cant think for themselves. BTW for the cashiers who dont wash their hands after touching cash and getting coffee...look up the word fomite.
