When he saw me moving out, he noticed I was struggling carrying my items out the unit and he was so kind to bring me a push cart without me asking him for it. Robert is always greeting with a smile and answers all my questions in regards to my account. I would recommend this facility for your storage needs! I cant complain about the customer service.. they are good. My issue with this facility is the access hours. Gates close at 6pm everyday. Most normal people work 8 to 5 so by the time you get home from work you have no acess anymore. You.would assume that they would be open till 9pm lile most other PS. I know there are signs posted and i should have read the signs. But please make it a point to let the customers know the times.

The best part about this place is the security and staff. Robert is always polite and professional, helpful as well. Clean facility and the interior room temperature stays cool. I appreciate the maintenance repair on a door hat needed attention. I just wish the rental fees wouldn’t be so high!

Needed a short term ground floor unit because of the weight of what I was storing, I didnt want to keep lifting all the heavy gear. Robert was kind enough to call to let me know when there was one available that met my needs. The reservation was bounced back and forth between the 3 locations in my area until the unit became available in the time I needed it at this location. Highly recommend Public Storage in Pico Rivera. If I ever have a need for a storage unit I wouldnt hesitate to come here even though it is a bit further than what I wanted. Five stars to Robert for the excellent service he has provided.

Overall there are no conplications and is very clean everytime I go in but the only flaw is that the closing hours is till 6pm.

I hate having to pay over $100 for a closet size space just to keep junk I cant carry around with me.😩

Never rent from any public storage facilities. 8months of paying now theykick me out no legal reason. Manager at 8340 is disrespectful manager. To be blunt shes the coward. She cant tell who the district manager is.

I will NEVER do business here. I was a customer for about a year paying over 200 a month. I was 3 days passed the monthly cycle when I moved out Due to the pandemic i was unable to get ppl to help me move back in April. I explained to them why would i be charged the entire month. No pro rate even during a pandemic

Worst experience ever, lied when signing up to a point where had to contact DM. I wasnt receiving my payment notification and I forget just like any other human would. Long story short they cut my lock and started listening all my personal belongings without taking the necessary steps to contact me. No phone call, no letter, not even an email. All of a sudden I receive emails, letting me know my storage needs to be locked up. Manager there is very unprofessional.If you want your bill to increase each year, watch homeless go in and out, then this is the spot for you.

I really love this Public Storage location. Yvette Gutierrez and Nancy are so wonderful, I am going to miss them. I am moving out of my unit here because I reside in LA. The drive is just too far for me. The hours here at this location are until 9:00 PM, best hours of any Storage facility. All the storage facilities in LA close early. So if you are in the area and you need a storage unit, please rent here. They have large clean spaces for a cheap price compared to LA. I will call to chat with you Yvette and Nancy, will miss you.

I was very impressed with the Customer Service provided by Yvette and her team at this Public Storage (Paramount & Washington) facility. It is very refreshing to be greeted with such positive vibes! They were very eager to help me and answer all questions. Yvette walked me through the contract step by step and patiently. A few days ago my parents and I needed to know some prices for a storage so we decided to go around the area we went to a few different public storage locations in Pico Rivera but we were really not to sure to rent just because we werent really convinced with the locations and prices . Our last place to visit was this location and we were so glad we did first of all Yvette was such a great help she answered all the questions we had and helped us a lot. she has a really GREAT customer service. Secondly we liked the facility its well maintained and newer than the other places . I recommend this facility if you are looking for a clean nice and cheap storage plus you get the good customer service.

Customer service rep was cordial and patient facility was clean and I ended up purchasing day of. Rep was too pushy asking about 5x off I was going to purchase the unit.Did not mention they cannot sell me the unit until after I had agreed to purchase then said I could not until I purchased the lock.Overall 4 stars for nice people.

I have used many public storage locations in the past and this is by far one of the clean and most of up kept properties I know. Yvette and her staff do a great job of keeping the place clean and secure for my belongings. They have a very nice indoor storage units that climate controlled to stay cool and fresh. The indoor units have very high ceiling so you can store more space at a higher shelf space. Definitely check this place out before you store your personal belongings anywhere else
