As soon as I move, ants starting showing up. Not only am I mad because my garments are infested but I have to waste time in moving my stuff out. I’m appalled and disappointed with this facility.P.S It’s out in the elements. If I were you, would consider using this facility. I feel like contacting corporate.

Recently got our unit and been here about 4 times. Different hours of the day and this person is always here sitting down. I thought this was a storage unit not a residency. Theyre stinking up the units around them including mine. Makes me not want to rent my unit anymore.

Be aware this facility and the other ones in pico Rivera have been broken into in the last 6 month and the managers have done nothing about it. Last break in was November 3, 2020. Its always dirty and your items are not safe. The staff on duty dont care when you ask if a walk through was made as there is always people hanging out in there units sleeping. No cameras that work down the aisles. Please be aware dont let your items get stolen or vandalized!!!!!

After shopping around (feels like forever) I finally found this GEM. Who would’ve thought finding a storage unit would be so difficult, after all you are leaving your personal belongings and possibly some sentimental items as well. So when looking for a storage unit my main focus was cleanliness, security, and the work ethic of the person running the facility. Although this might not matter to some it definitely mattered to me because let me tell you some of these people working these facilities just let people walk in and out who weren’t even renting from the facility. At this location I noticed just how attentive the employee was, from not only being aware of her facility, she also brought this high energy like you could tell she genuinely enjoyed the job she was doing. I spoke with Esmeralda, who was very informative not only with the sizes available but also with pricing as well. The facility itself was very clean along with the actually storage units inside and out. Overall I was very impressed with the whole experience, I look forward to renting through this company and specifically this facility. Thank you once again Esmeralda, you truly made this whole experience more tolerable and less dreadful. I appreciate you for all you did, especially for going the extra mile by answering all of my tedious questions. Keep up the great work!! 👍👍

Convenient locatioin for me. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Just be aware that its a high traffic area intersection from 4-7pm. I go opposite of traffic so its good for me to have my stuff stored there.

I was in today to get a storage unit, I spoke to the guy in the office i think his name was Vincent. He was very helpful and when he showed me the property it looked very clean. I think the prices are competitive, I definitely would recommend this place, the fact that it has easy access to the freeway is a plus. ***TIP*** its better if you make your reservation on line before you go.

This place is the worst storage I have ever rented from really my unit had no camera system in that one spot I was told that 3 of the unit was broken into.I did not feel safe with my stuff there.
