Called a week and half ago and ask for Jerry don. Girl ask what I wanted and told her to talk to him about a stand by generator. She said he was out on a job. I ask if I could leave a msg. She didnt sound thrilled but took my name and #. Havent heard from anyone. Im on life support equipment. Guess I fell thru the cracks!!

They installed a generac system in my home and were very professional during the process. They also took time to walk me through the process of operating the equipment. and the big plus was that they cleaned up after they were done. VERY VERY HAPPY with them

I called Pine Bluff Heating and Air to service both of our units serviced for the summer. During the visit, the technician told me that the upstairs units blower was going out and was smoking. I called my Home Warranty and they came to check it out so it could be replaced. To our surprise, absolutely NOTHING was wrong with the unit. The technician from PB Heating and Air had unplugged some wires to make the unit inoperable. The technician also did not clean the outside units either. They were full of leaves and debris. I called and reported the technician to PB Heating and Air. They refunded our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was so saddened that someone would attempt to defraud us out of hundreds of dollars!!!!

They were quick to respond to my problem and fixed it at a fair price and made repairs in a timely manner. Could not have ask for a more friendly and polite service man.
