I recently had a new unit installed and I was very pleased with Mr. Doss explaining what was needed and the great job that John and Bill did with the installation. They were all courteous and professional. I will recommend them to others whom need HVAC work on there home.

Just as the temperature was diving in mid-February, our heat went out. Their technicians came out Fri, Sat and Sunday in sub-freezing weather - right before the mercury went to ZERO on Monday -- and they finally got the heat to stay on. They have come out twice more, once to redo some venting and another to replace a part that was working but had gotten wet during the malfunction period. The point of all this is that these guys -- all super nice and tenacious in their approach -- did not rest until we had heat and until they had made it all right. Im sure some of the other heating and AC companies in town are thorough and have their fans - and PB is fortunate to have skilled individuals - but my hat is off to Scott for the way they handled this matter and for how they have always handled our business. Three cheers!

These folks are tops. Our heat went out - OF COURSE - over the coldest week of the century. Their folks were there on Fri, Sat and Sun in frigid temps and finally got it working. Then came out and redid some of the PVC venting pipes and and another time to replace a part. Those are people you can depend on!

Great company and very helpful and friendly staff. They installed a heating and air system for my mobile home and did a great job. They took the time and answered all my questions and believe me I had many. They called before they arrived and were always on time. The staff and the install crew they sent were just awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new unit or even a repair.

A must have.......maintenance agreement. They do a very thorough check up on my system. I received a detailed report of the findings and anything that could be a future worry. All are very customer friendly, from the initial call to the technician, it has been a great experience.

Dont bother wasting your money on a service contract. I called 3 times yesterday, once at noon, once at 2 and lastly at 3:30. Each time I told the despatch that my air was out and my house is 90 degrees and I have a baby. Each time they told me on call would call me within 30 minutes. Well its now a new day and still no one has called and my house is still hot as hell!

First United Methodist Church has been a customer of Scott Systems for over 18 years (that was as far back as my computer software goes.) They oversee the main churchs 18 HVAC units, three units at our two parsonages, and several units at staff members homes. They promptly take care of our emergency situations, as well as the regular service maintenance of our units such as checking/replacing belts and changing air filters. They are very courteous and accommodating to our schedule. They are very trustworthy and we dont hesitate to give them a door key and security code to be able to take care of things after hours.We appreciate that they are understanding when one of our units goes down. They always take the time to try to fix the problem first instead of just saying its old and you need to replace this.Another thing I truly appreciate is that the Scott System staff knows our church staff members by name.I highly recommend Scott System to take care of your business and home needs.

I contacted Scott Systems Hating and Air to inspect the hvac of a home that I want to purchase. Their response was quick and thorough. I was given a call when the technician was en route to the home and also immediately after inspection with the findings. This company delivers prompt, professional customer service.
