I bought a cpu and ram online from Chris Bubello at Action Marine Center. My payment was transferred to his account. Then he did not respond to my communications for 13 days and counting. I did not receive the computer parts. Chris did not respond to my many efforts to communicate with him. He failed to fulfill his part of the invoice. He did not send me the computer parts I paid for. This looks and sounds like theft. Warning to all consumers, do not trust Chris Bubello or Action Marine!!

These guys are the best at what they do. Got my Grady back on the water running better then it has in over 10 years. I have been thru over 3 different boat shops in the past decade and never has our boat ran correctly. Chris and his guys met us at Seminole lake for the final test run to make sure I was happy with the way the boat performed. Which I thought was a very nice touch. We will surely use them for all our boating needs in the future.

I had a great experience here recently. My engine block was cracked and Chris and his team did a wonderful job. They did a fantastic job with an expensive and time-consuming repair. Although I thought he took longer than I wanted (I just love being in the water) but it was because of Chris meticulous work habits. The engine is running smooth and the boat came home clean.He also will give you pointers and help you out with the everyday challenges a boat brings. Chris helped me troubleshoot and fix my trim pump without taking the boat in.He is a very honest and hard working boat mechanic. I would recommend Action Marine Center for all your boat repair needs.

Chris and his team offer a great service. They are very knowledgeable and offer services at a fair price. I was having a problem starting my boat and they came by the house. The had it figured out in a few minutes and did not even charge me.

Will continue to use these guys in the future. Got our annual service done in a jiffy and also installed a Power Pole for us. Boat was cleaner then when we brought it in also! Thats fine with us! Prices are fair compared to other places.

Excellent service done on a personal level. Nice to have a mechanic I can call all weekend long when we were having problems with our boat and he talked us thru everything. Hes busy and hard to get to your boat but worth the wait!

Chris talks a good story, and seems knowledgeable, but does not follow up, breaks appointment and has done some awful shoddy work.Had him fix a generator. Cost $900 and didnt run as he had messed up the wiring. He had every excuse in the book, and wouldnt return calls. Had to get Yacht Power to fix it right and correct Chriss mistakes for another $800.Could have had all the components of this gen OHd for $1500.I would NOT recommend Action Marine

What else can I say besides perfect service, fair prices and punctual appointments. Explained everything they did to our boat and made the whole repair process very easy. Would recommend! We have a Twin Vee with two Mercury 150Hps.

Had them install a new engine from MerCruiser. Spent over $12,000, including other work. I had to push them to do the work; they made false promises, and could not meet the time limits they actually set. They were paid for the installation, but when the motor turned out to be faulty (it was blowing smoke), they told me that they didnt have time to replace it. These people are not timely nor are they reliable. They didnt even bother to register the new motor with MerCruiser, for the purposes of warranty. Contacted them by telephone and requested that at least register the warranty. They could not even provide the courtesy of reply. Had to have another company do the registration on my behalf. Use these people at your own risk.

They worked late getting my boat ready for our New Years fishing trip! Fair pricing and did the work I wanted done.

Very nice people to work with and got out to our dock in a hurry. They even have the part they needed on their truck and got us back on the water by Monday

Spent $2200 on shody repair. Boat hasnt run right since. I wont be back.
