Buyer beware. Theyll tell you they can ship right away before you buy it and then still havent shipped it several days later despite refusing to cancel your order and saying it was going to ship out later that day. Well that was a couple of days ago now and it still hasnt shipped. Were talking two small extension cords too, nothing extravagant. They also like ignoring you once they have your money and practically stop responding too.In response to what the establishment responded - it took them 5 days and 4 messages to finally get my items shipped. They responded to 2 of the 4 (50%) of my messages, indicating that my order should ship later that day for the first message, and then 2 days later that my order should have already shipped and that I should have tracking information already. Neither was true. It shipped two days after the last message that I received from them, and they ignored 3 requests to cancel my order due to their incompetence and lack of honesty. Did they end up delivering? Yes. However, I think what they delivered ultimately indicates what happened. I ordered two identical items, yet the two had different packaging. One had a WPS-Inc decal on the bottom, which tells me they had to wait to have sufficient stock to fill my order, but because they had already sold me on their ability via them saying they can ship right away they didnt want to tell the truth for fear of losing my order.Shop elsewhere - there are plenty of reputable small shops that are worth doing business with, but this isnt one of them.

I asked them to complete the impossible. I needed a jet pump and I couldnt find one. So I left it up to The Jet Ski Store. They came in strong with everything going on. The biggest key to my satisfaction is communication. When they had info they called me. When I called them they new who I was and what was going on! I will come pack for more parts and Im from Pensilvania! Great job guys!

I am reupholstering my Yamaha Wave Runner seats and purchased marine staples from their store on eBay. Upon doing so, I left a little note at the bottom asking for their personal opinion on whether I was ordering & using the correct model of staples along with equipment. Not only did I receive a response back, but the owner personally called my phone and discussed in detail everything I needed, along with his expert tips and tricks. It doesn’t get much better in customer service in my opinion.I highly recommend to everyone!!

Very nice people. But I order part from them and I paid for express shipping. Needless to say the order never came. That was a Wednesday so I called Thursday and they refunded the money I paid for shipping and promised me I would have the order on Saturday. I got a call Saturday that once again the part would not be here. So they gave me a full refund. I gave them a second chance, I order more parts that were suppose to arrive today. I called and they told me the order has not even shipped out yet. I am very disappointed in the delivery of this company.

Very helpful at first but then when part was incorrect the service was Very disappointing. Unable to get anyone to return a call on a part that we were trying to get corrected. When we initially ordered the part they were asked if this part isnt correct can it be returned. Was told yes. But now no one will return phone calls or messages. Not happy!!!!

Found the Jet Ski Store while sifting through a salvage parts source list and totally lucked out. David really knows his stuff when it comes to Yamaha Waverunners. Being a newbie who was in a little over his head on a jet pump rebuild, he was able to assist me over the phone and guide me through the nuances one encounters when doing the job on an older machine. A task not many shops do anymore. Much needed help on a frustrating and time consuming job, all to make a 15 year old girl, obsessed with riding the thing super happy again.

I would not ever purchase from them i was not happy with item that i thought i was getting, while trying to return the item could not login to ebay and get a return lable in time so the seller would not take the return item a few days late.!!!!!

Went there about 10 months ago and they were very helpful and recommended a $17 replacement part that I thought it would cost a ton. Now I called them for another issue with a different Jet Ski and he did not want to sell me a part until I get my battery checked first as he thought that was the issue. $150 later it was the darn battery as he thought. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get started as I am on this jet skiing world.

This business and the guys couldn’t be any cooler. I had an issue through amazon. Not them with my order and the guys there ‘don specifically got me the right throttle cable one day after I called, shipped to my door. I’m very pleased with the cable it’s great quality and the customer service is unlike other places who are there only to take your money. They stock most all parts for all skis, and have the technical skills to get the right parts. Prices are comparable to mail order, and the selection of used parts is vast. This is a great place to do business with. I called looking for a throttle position sensor for my 2002 Kawasaki STX 1100 DI. We came to a very fair price over the phone $50 dollars, then once I got there they asked if I wanted to pull the part they would discount more. Took me two screws using their tools that they provide and they gave it to me for $40 dollars. The part was in good condition and now my ski is running great. They have many different makes and models of all years and if you pull it you save money. They are very reasonable and great to deal with. I will recommend everyone to The Jet Ski Store!

I had to order a impeller housing for my Yamaha Waverunner, the staff at the jetskistore were very helpful and gave me the best price I could find for this item. I had checked E-bay, Amazon. The shipping cost were reasonable, I ordered it on Monday afternoon and received it Wed. mid day, FL. to NC. Im sure Ill be doing business with them again when I need parts.

Had over 10K in damages.I saw this business inside out. The owner Davis S. is profit oriented, not customer-oriented.Scam. Hell sell you SALVAGED jet-ski without disclosing you details, such as its been submerged, you will keep coming back to him for more repairs, wasting thousands.He has ex-prisoner employee named James that he uses to harass the clients like myself. Its been the absolutely worst experience of customer service I witnessed in Florida.

Poor Customer Service cannot explain all I went thru with this company I made an order with someone called the owner for a yamaha 1200 motor for a non powervalve 1200 core the 26 th of june and it was supposed to deliver to sbt engine before july 4th, 2016 he promise to send out my core and a month after no core, no follow up. I receive a bill from sbt for non return core I contacted SBT and they said my core has not been received I contact the jet skie store and ask to speak to this man and after like 10 minutes he came to the line and started telling me that I had only purchase cases he tried to switch everything and said i was trying to take advantage of him and his company he said he was gonna return me the money cause he didnt want to do business with me and two weeks after I have not seen my money. Dont BUY from this CompanyBad Business.

Called for a crankcase core for my 2000 Kawasaki ultra 150 they had one in stock. David went the extra mile to go ahead and get my new motor from SBT and have it ready for me to pick up Saturday morning. I drove down from Jacksonville Saturday with my core and he took care of the core process for me thru SBT. He made the whole transaction painless. Thanks David
