I called them last week about a 2019 used 28 Sea Fox theyve been advertising on BoatTrader for a few weeks. They claimed that the boat was sold but asked if I wanted a new Sea Fox which it appears theyre a Sea Fox dealer. Well Im not interested and I it appears to me in my opinion that theyre using an advertising bait and switch to get you to call about a boat thats no longer available. Here we are over 1 week later and the boat is still being advertised today on BoatTrader. Very dishonest in my humble opinion.

Absolutely awesome dealer! Aside the amazing salesman Larry was incredibly helpful in helping us find out Crownline and make sure it was the perfect boat for us. Black Label Marine Group is great at selling boats but they leave something to be desired when it comes to taking care of warranty work. I have had issues with my 2021 Caymas 26 HB since I bought it in September. I dropped the boat off for two weeks at the end of September and they didnt even fix all the issues. On top of that, they gave the boat back to me completely filthy. I have sent emails with pictues and a list of issues that need to be addressed. I have talked to Donny numerous times regarding these issues. All I get are empty promises.

We just purchased a used 2019 key west 203fs. All I can say is what an experience, in a good way. From the conversation thru text and over the phone to once we got to the dealership it was first class service. Our salesmen Will Jerome took the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns about purchasing used over new. The same day he hitch up to the boat and took us out for a sea trial. Not one of the ones were see the boat runs and floats, let’s go sign some papers. Instead we spent a lot of time on the water going over everything on the boat and also showing me a couple of different set ups using the trim tabs. After the ride we were sold on the boat. We wanted to add a trolling motor and power pole but due to budget reasons settled on the trolling motor. Their Service manager Paul Fleming took the time to help me decide on the right trolling motor for our needs( didn’t try to up sell) and also helped me weigh out the options of the two. I had a lot of questions about the motor and servicing and he was very helpful by letting me know of some of the different cost. When I go to add the power pole it will most definitely be done by them. Also the owner came out and spoke to us and really made us feel welcome. They were up front in telling us that due to everything going on there is delays on getting parts. It was nice that they let us know before they had the sell. The whole experience was great all around. And it’s nice that they all seemed to be fishing/boating enthusiast first and salesman second.

A friend of mine purchased a Jupiter from the dealership in Pinellas Park. They did a great job with everything and we even got to meet the owner of the dealership. The Jupiter is a very solid boat that holds its value and he is looking forward to using it for years to come.

We bought a 22 ft ocean boat from here. The boat is very nice. But the customer service was top notch. The owner of the company took us for our test drive I cannot be any more appreciative towards how he treated us. He showed us how to properly operate the boat. How to load it on the trailer, he helped witht he trim tabs. He was extremely knowledgeable in this field. 10/10 would recommend this place

We purchased our first boat from Black Label and they went above and beyond to make things happen for our unique situation, living in California and purchasing a boat in Florida. Ask for Will J., he will help you through the process and make sure youre good to go. Will and Donny both helped to deliver the boat in an unreasonably requested timeframe by me. We bought a SeaFox and its been great. There have been very minor issues, bolts coming loose, but they were easily fixed. All in all, extremely happy and will purchase my next boat from them.

Met the team at a Tampa boat show this weekend. The are very knowledgeable and if you were burnt by GT marine they are willing to help! They are NOT GT marine. They are building the staff to support Sea fox boat owners! Give them a try, use patience, there is a lot of us out there with warranty issues that got dropped by GT.

Larry sold me my 248 Commander and it was so easy. Austin took us out to show us how everything worked and really knows his stuff. I hope to have a great relationship with them in the future.
