Kaiser was beyond helpful, completely knowledgeable and put the value of my service over the bottom line. If this is the customer service I can expect from metro then I’ll be a customer for life!!!

Kaiser is the best sales rep. In the store. He does what he can to make sure each and every person that walks in the door, leaves happy and satisfied. He doesnt over charge and fully explains what goes on and makes sure you understand what your getting. The customer service in this store is beyond amazing. This store is always neat and organized. Went in to pay my phone bill an got way more than I intended. Staff was very courteous and asked about my service. Upon me telling them I received many unwanted calls for previous number holder they offered me a new number and better phone for the price of my bill I was there to pay. The manager even put in 20$ out of his pocket to make it happen!! Only metro I will ever be visiting from now on. Thank you so much!

Actually if there was 10 stars i would give them all, this location is the best ive ever been in, respectful and knowledgeable, clean and friendly, i can go on and on, they will take care of you regardless of whats going on, i am not even a metro customer i have Verizon went to Verizon and couldnt help me and gave them a call they simply asked me to come to the store because the issue wasnt over the phone fix, went to the store and they not just fix my phone they made sure all my phones are good, then i went back three days later and moved my 4 lines from Verizon to metro simply because of that store, Kaiser is one of the best people i have met in this business, i saw few negative reviews but that just tell you one thing, if i had a good experience that simply means we all did, unless you have an issue already, go see kaiser he will help you, #mystoreforever

Went in the store originally to replace a phone the manager gave me the run-around and sold me a used phone with case for$180 then told me to come back later to get my apps out of my old phone when I returned they had put a brand new screen on it (which I never asked for) and said they were going to sell it but it did not work so they gave it back.. couple hours later I realized that the phone they gave me was broken and the speaker did not work. I went back and they gave me a new phone although I was due for an upgrade they gave me the phone at full retail price.These people are taking old broken phones refurbishing them and selling them as new... Buyer beware do not use this MetroPCS..I asked for a detailed receipt for all the items I paid for and they would not give me one they said I could use my bank statement instead..they are running a very shady business and I am going to report them to metro PCS headquarters.. if I could stand out in front of their store all day with a sign telling people not to buy there I would.. they are bad business do not trust these

By far the best metro store ive ever been in the staff are awesome and very helpful, go see them whatever questions you have they will answer them and if you have any repair they will repair them for you very knowledgeable

Mgr screwed up my account that I have had for twenty yrs. Talked us into high priced phones with no update credits or anything I left paying five hundred dollars 😡 and tried for days to figure it out. Metro was supposed to investigate but nothing

Went into this store in January and was frauded. They sold me a phone and said it was completely free and after they gave me a fake receipt for $115 they actually charged my card $140! I went back in to get a refund and the actual receipt but they refused and tried at the starkey and park blvd store and they refused. Turns out they charged me $100 for the glass and case but said it was included! Be aware of these scams. Stay away from this owners stores that are here and starkey and park and 54th st and park!

Ok I was there about 4 months ago and felt with Jeremy he was awesome the guy I felt with yest was not I cannot remember his name. Seemed like he only cared about was getting back to his pH felt like we were being rushed out and wouldnt give us any deals we transfered service over from another company wanted to get cases and screen protector and wouldnt cut any deals he just over all ad a poor attitude! If he is working I will not go there to that particular store that day I will come back the next day or visit a different store!

They have some of the most helpful employees Ive seen in a long time. They took their time and answered all of my questions and didnt rush me. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I came to this location on April 9th to switch over to my boyfriends plan since he had a phone he wasnt using. When I walked in here the man was ASLEEP on the desk and another customer was trying to wake him up. Finally, after he woke up and helped the man in front of me I asked if he could help me see if my phone from Cricket was open and if I could use it with metro. He straight out told me No, I dont know what Cricket does but I cant do that. He proceeded to tell me if I wanted to switch over that I would need to buy a brand new phone for $88 dollars. Mind you its not a crazy nice phone its just a basic LG Aristo 3. So I ask him once more if he could just check by putting a sim card in and he flat out refused. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Long story short, I ended up going to another store and the wonderful associate there gave me the same phone he was going to give me for $50 dollars. Much more reasonable for a basic phone with no bells and whisles.Bottom line: Dont go to this location unless you like being jipped by rude associates.

Went in today. Jermey who is the general manager was the only person in the store. Hli showed him the issue with my phone. I told him please do NOT factory reset my phone because I am scared I am gonna loose stuff. Things are not backing up or coming back like they should. I explain this isnt the first time my phone has done this and that everytime i donthe favtory reset i loose things i need. He says you should of backed stuff up and that is the only way to fix your issue and hits favtory reset. I said i asked you NOT to do that he said there is nothing else you can do and so my phone does the factory reset and sure enoughnsome things are now missing from the phone. When it was in recovery mode also it got stuck and he said you need to restart the phone i said but the message says if you do that then anything else that can be recovered also will not come back and what does he do...he restrats my phone so the recovery stops so i lost even more stuff then what i should have. Then once that is done he says well i want to go eat. I thought he was gonna go get food from the back so ok idc go get it but my phone is still having issues and loading. Then another customer cokes in and they say hi how are you and he says im hungry and i am trying to LEAVE to go get food. I am gonna go somewhere. Oh ok now ai know why you kept saying thatm you wanted me to go before you were even done helping me. Then i ask him about my memory card and he says its broke and u need to buy a new one. how is it broke. I bought it brand new when I brought this phone. He says idk but the ph isnt reading the card ok but that isnt my fault so exchange it and he says nope sorry. If you want a new card you have to pay for it. He says ill discount it alot but u have to pay for it. The entire time i am dealing with him he is on his phone texting and when i would ask a question you could tell he was kind of getting frustruted that i was taking him away from his phone n whoever he was texting. I asked who was over top of him. He told me the owners name. I leave n go to my car call the number which is for another store. They say the owner isnt there and give me an email address. I sent an email so ai am waiting on a responce, but in the mean time I think everyone should know stay away from this store or any of the other 5 store this general manager jermey L. Oversees. After calling the number i was given for the manager i went back in n asked jermey if he could pull up my acct n note on it what he saw..he wqs typing for a long time...alot longer then what he read to me that he typed so my guess is he added stuff so when the owner pulls up my acct it will have jermey backing himself up because at that point knew i was mad n filing a complaint againt him with the owner so im sure he saw this has his chance to try n back himself up. This will be intresting to see what the owner has to say.*****Edit to add**** the manager jermey has posted fake reviews for this store to give this store a better rating. He posted reviews from himself as a customer which he is the mamager n not a customer and he had some of his friends post reviews...fb says alot when u make ur profile public...lol duh guess he just isnt too smart. Jermey also has a decent criminal record fyi anyone that has to deal with him be careful. Also, the owner never got back to me...he ignored me...that says he doesnt care so i will take my business else where.
