My Apple Ipad decided to kick the bucket on me, the big deal for me is my 7 yr old granddaughter is the one who uses it. I thought I remembered seeing a new computer repair place by my house, so went to the grocery and drove by it and stopped. I walked in and the nicest guy asked me if he could help me.His name is Donnie, I explained the situation with my tablet and he said he could check everything out for me but wasnt guaranteeing anything since the tablet was older. Sometimes he said its cheaper to buy a new on than to pay to fix an old one if it is a hardware issue. I left with him and within 30 minutes he called and left me a message he had been able to take it back to factory settings . Long story short he gave me such great customer service and explained everything to me in laymans terms i could understand.I recommend Repair Sector to everyone. He is an authorized Apple store and knows what he is doing and is very affordable. In this day and age customer service and affordability is so critical and i got both. My Galaxy J3 serves as my phone, rolodex and iPod. After continually listening to music for two years, the battery died. Needless to say, I was lost. Dropped my naked iPhone 11 off my Harley going about 50 mph. I called around to 5-6 different cell repair shops and this was by far the best price.What i liked more though was how they took time to explain how things would work if there was any permanent damage that a new screen wouldn’t fix. Went in today to try and find a PC that my son could game on. Most places would be trying to just make a sale not really caring about the customers needs. But not here; from the moment we walked in the store Vong made us feel welcome and important. He made sure he knew EXACTLY what my son was going to use the computer for to make sure he sold us the right one. He ended up telling us not to waist our money on the PC’s he currently had in stock because they wouldn’t be a good fit for what he was going to be using it for. I was referred by a friend to repair sector. My mac logic board burned out and it was gonna be super expensive to fix but instead of trying to get a sale out of me they showed me my options and we came to the conclusion that it just wasnt worth it and they ended up giving me an amazing deal on another mac. Vong is the man! Stopped in for a good deal on a MacBook Pro, got a better deal than I had even expected to be getting. Super happy with my purchase. I had mentioned wanting to upgrade it right away to a SSD since one was not included (Note I am A+ certified, not amateur) but was worried about it voiding my 30 day warranty, Vong told me to go for it and he’d still keep me in warranty. Anyways, it was fast as is, but I installed a new SSD and this thing keeps up with everything I can throw at it. Couldn’t be happier. A+!

We brought our television in for a diagnostic. It was not getting power. They repaired two defective boards and now the television is working like new. I thought the T.V was messing up with the turning off and on button but silly me for not knowing how to work my own T.V after not being used for some time.
