After sidney and Troy not answering the phone and Sidney having a crude closed sign stuck to the door. I called the Piqua att office, they actually answered the phone. I drove a total of an hour and a half to their store and was not disappointed. Great service, great staff, no pressure on what phone I should upgrade to. Quick, easy, painless experience. I’ll do the drive again just for the customer support. Give those guys a raise.if not for them answering the phone, I would have drove over to Verizon and switched my service.

Very pleasant experience here. I did a lot of research before making my decision to go with AT&T. David was my sales consultant and he was very knowledgeable and upfront. The reception around here is great and I have not had a bad signal unlike when I had Sprint. If you are on the fence, just switch, you wont regret it.

My husband and I ordered new phones through calling AT&T. The representative told us we could have our phones information switched over at any AT&t store. I live in Sidney, Ohio and went to our local AT&T store and the manager of that store refused to help me. He informed me he would have to charge me. He was very rude. I have never been treated so poorly. I called the AT&T store in Piqua Ohio and Charles answered the phone I asked him if he was able to help me set up my phone . He said SURE come on in. I drove to Piqua from Sidney because he was so nice to me on the phone. Once I arrived in the store I was greated by Mike. I explained that I had just called and what I needed. Mike was very glad to help me and was very professional. I was treated so badly at the Sidney store that I was in tears. Charles the district manager came out and spoke to me about my experience. He too was very kind to me and was surprised that I would even ask if they could help me set up my new phones. He said we do it all the time for people. ITS OUR JOB! I will never walk back in the Sidney, Ohio AT&T store after the way I was treated. I will drive to Piqua everytime I need any help because my experience was so good there. I truly appreciate how kind I was treated and that Mike helped me so willingly. It goes a long way to be treated with kindness and respect. Thank you for wonderful customer service.

I purchases a QMatrix dual port charger and lightening cord in January; it stopped worked it and I returned it 34 days later. They even exchanged the product and I was on my way. Two weeks later that charger stopped working and I went back to the store. I was treated very rudely, they told me they shouldnt have exchanged the first charger because it had been over 30 days since the purchase and their return policy is 30 days. The third charger has now stopped working and I refuse to return to the Piqua store! Save yourself the time and hassle and visit a corporate store!

Horrible visit I went to ask questions about my phone while my 19 year old mixed son inquired about a phone .....remind you his credit score is good ..he was turned down . So he asked me to get him a phone on my account and seeing that the two white guys working couldnt answer any questions I decided to talk to a rep online as walking out of the store I decided that I would sit stationary an finish my convo with the rep as doing so we was approached by Piqua Pd because the at&t associates said we was suspicious.....smh racial profiling is what I call it since my 2 sons that was with me are mixed and the associates was white . So since that has happened I canceled my services with At&t and went with another company .

Absolutely sucked.but Dave the asst manager is a super nice person and should be the store manager.

I went in to get a phone for our church and helped right away. I was helped by all the staff in the store. I will be going back to this store and letting all of my friends and family know about this new location.

This place is great for all of your wireless needs!

I have been to several AT&T stores (Troy, Sidney, Tipp City and a few locations in Florida). This is the worst of any store I have been to. The customer service lacks integrity and honesty. You might consider going to any store but the Piqua one.
