Excellent customer service, I love that their t.v alternative to the Roku etc. the remote is actually a full sized remote, something to consider. If youre looking to switch up your service this is the place to go!

Honestly cannot put into words how great these guys were. They got us out of an awful contract with AT&T, got us into new iPhone 11’s, new series 5 Apple Watches for literally a few more dollars a month. We paid $200 a month for 2 iPhones and 10GB of data a month from AT&T, and our switch to T-Mobile got us the new phones, watches, unlimited data and 20GB of hotspot for $30 more. Cannot complain. Joey and Dwain were the best, and this was by far our best experience with upgrading ever.

We had a screw up trying to switch to verizon. Long story short they got us straightened out and caused us to stay with Tmobile. Beyond helpful and friendly especially since it was right at closing time.

Best in wirless got my phone in and out the door less the 8mins that fast.

Went in yesterday to see about getting my parents on a plan that would fit within their budget. Did my research beforehand, and the pricing appeared to be the best but the customer service at the Piqua location was absolutely horrible! When we arrived (at 10:30 am) I told the gentleman that I was looking to get pricing and options on plans based on what my parents need, and he immediately said well that depends on a credit check. I said ok, and asked if he could put together some figures based on the phones they wanted...and he immediately repeated that it depends on credit...ok, run their credit then! They have good credit, so I had no concerns, but he made it seem like a bother to even help us! There was only 1 other customer in the store at that time, and they were being helped by another associate, so its not like they were busy!!! Then another customer came in saying she had an appt at 11, to which the person helping us said he has her down for 12. Then after an awkward pause and the other customer making comments that she had somewhere else to be, he looked at us and said he could help us but it would be awhile!!! I told him never mind, and that tmobile just lost our business. Drove over to the AT&T store, they were absolutely amazing, and my parents were able to get 2 lines, 2 free phones, AND a better price! Tmobiles low pricing will NEVER make up for the poor customer service. Definitely do not recommend the Piqua location!!!

The staff are this location is amazing. They were very helpful when they activated my phones and were very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend them to anyone.
