Well since it ask me to share… I frequent the Cricket store kinda often and it is a very clean and friendly atmosphere. The lady who is the device and customer service expert is very proficient and kind. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer coming and going are well taken care of. There are issues that aren’t Cricket issues but she makes herself available to every one when they just need help with there phone i.e Facebook lol. I am now going to tell you how I know all this… that great customer service lady/manager? She is my wife! We aren’t Cricket subscribers and she is very loyal to Cricket and her customers! She is even like this at home! So… I say if you’re looking for cell service on a budget with no contracts!!! Go see and check her out yourself! Last but surely not least Jennifer has been loyal to this company for many years without even receiving benefits of any sort. This makes it hard on us but she is faithful, loyal and a darn hard worker!
