Pat is a nice guy, but the quality of work is absolutely terrible. Just received my vehicle back and had to take it to another shop for them to redo the work. A $4,000 job now cost me another $2,000. STAY AWAY at all cost!!

I had a one year old CRV -I parked across from Dormont Park. Someone backed into my car and punched in a big dent in the front fender and left without a note. I was heart broken.!I took my car to Pat at Bower Hill Auto-body and in one and one half days, he fixed my car and made it look like new again. I typically don’t write reviews but wanted to say Thank-you Pat-Bower Hill Auto-Body did a great job and fixed the dent and blended the paint so well you can’t see it was even hit!

Pat at Bower Hill Auto Body is the best in the business. I took my car there to have body work done after an accident and it looks brand new. They dealt with my insurance company and made the entire experience completely hassle free. Even when my insurance company refused to pay the entire amount the repair was quoted at, Pat didnt resort to buying cheaper parts like many other body shops would do, he still gave me brand new factory parts and just did the work for less. Needless to say, the customer is the top priority here. You will never have to worry about being taken advantage or paying more than you should. Not to mention, they were so fast! After calling for the first time I drove to the shop immediately for a quote, the quote took about 15 minutes, scheduled an appointment for the repair on the spot, and in just a few days my car was done. From the time of the accident to picking up my repaired car was only about a week. This was my first time using Bower Hill Auto Body and after this experience I will never use anyone else. There arent enough people like Pat and the guys at Bower Hill Auto Body in the car repair business.

Bower Hill did an excellent job restoring my Nissan after being hit by an 18 Wheel truck a few years ago. Very friendly, great communication every step of the way, and completed faster than anticipated. He even reccomended an affordable dent removal service unrelated to the main incident and had it taken care of within the window of my original repair. I recently had some body work done at another shop, Kenny Ross Ford South as I needed a Geico adjuster on site, and fully regret not taking an extra day to go back to Bower Hill. Highly recommend. 10/10
