I am constantly in this store and as a contractor i can tell you this. The store is busy for a reason. They 99% of the time have exactly what i need and the pro desk is always more than helpful and knows what they are doing. This is my go to store!

Customer service there is just a sign. They get so much business at the East Liberty location, but they cant be bothered to take care of their customers. And why would they care? They do crazy business regardless of how inept the service is.
