Stan and the staff at #1 Cochran went out of their way to get me the car I wanted. At the same time I was contacting them about a car I had seen online it was being transferred to a different location but Stan pulled some strings and got it back for me at a great price. I cant say enough good things about the experience and will forever recommend them to anyone who will listen.
Overall good experiences, but pretty typical with the dealings. Nothing special, service people were nice, but had a small issue with a service light that the tech was off on.

I was pleased with the oil change and tire rotation. I was not pleased given my gauges are fogging up where the speedometer is located and does not appear to be sealed correctly. This vehicle is less than 3 years old, garage-kept, and only has 34,000 miles on it. I was told I could pay out of pocket and send it to California to be fixed. Not an option and it would not be covered under warranty. This will most likely be my last Nissan.
The sales staff was professional and helpful in securing my desired vehicle. My salesman also took a more than expected amount of time going over the vehicle, it’s equipment and operation of such.HOWEVER I was tremendously disappointed that my Marine Corps veteran status was not recognized with the benefit to my deal. Had I known veterans would not get the bonus amount off I probably would’ve skipped the deal altogether.I’ve purchased several cars in the past three years and I’ve always gotten the amount credit for a veteran. To hear that NISSAN only offers it to active duty military was disappointing and will make this vehicle my last NISSAN. It’s that important to me

I was lied to and told my credit was only being ran once, however I was lied to and I got alerts from CapitalOne CreditWise that they ran my credit around 20 times even after I verbally, physically, and now in writing asked for them to stop running my credit they ran my credit score in the mud by them sending and giving my social security number out to several lenders and along with them running my credit whenever they feel like it, (that is unethical and bad business and consumer practices). I didn’t even find a vehicle from here. I had to contact the credit bureaus to place a freeze on my credit report. and contact them several times at the dealership now they want to duck and dodge my calls, because they prey on females. Based on my poor experience I can’t recommend #1 Cochran Nissan Monroeville to anyone, because my experience was horrible and they will mess up your credit so bad you won’t be able to get a vehicle from anywhere and they weren’t willing to remove any of the hard inquiries and believe you me the Finance Manager can I’ve had the inquiries that were 6 in a row removed so that is unacceptable. They also will not work with you if you were in an accident and don’t have a vehicle like some other dealerships.
I had to have my AC fixed, the staff is lovely there, and have always had a friendly experience. My only issue was they told me it would take an hour and half, so I stayed in the waiting room, it took four hours. I would have had my husband pick me up so I could have done something productive instead of losing my whole day off.
Everything was very professional and polite. The leasing process was clearly explained and any questions answered.

While the process took longer than expected, the salesman (Andrew) did an excellent job. He walked me through many of the automobiles features and described the many owners guides. The actual purchase process (signing forms) was pretty painless as well.

I purchase a brand new Nissan Kicks in May 2021. After coming home I noticed some imperfections on my brand new car. There is a chip in the paint of my drivers side door which I then noticed was because of the door rubbing on the front drivers quarter panel. Then I realized that not only is it rubbing but the gap is wider on the top then it is on the bottom between the drivers door and quarter panel. Once I saw that I decided to look over the car more and found that my head lights stick out and are not flush, and my turn signal started not working day 2 of driving it. I immediately called to get this taken care of and was told they could give me touch up paint. I continued to tell them about all the issues and they advised to bring the car in to have pictures taken so I did. While they took pictures we also compared my Kicks to another on the lot and the other car didn’t have the same issues. After they took the pictures I got a txt the next day that advised to reach out to the collision center. When I reached out to them they said we wouldn’t do that so I had to call the dealership back and see what I needed to do after multiple calls I was redirected back to the collision center with a name. Once I reached out to them they advised I needed to have pictures taken again so only July yes July 2nd I took it for pictures again. Waited 2 weeks still no call so I called back and the person at the collision center said he would reach out either later that day or the following Monday I have yet to hear back. So I called Nissan directly told them the issues and now #1 Cochran is stating they have no record of photos being taken. However I have a txt showing on May 25th they state they took pictures. I still have no resolution to this as of now Aug 11th. I am regretting buying a car from Cochran and I am thinking that I will never purchase a Nissan again.
I am absolutely not happy with your dealership and will be complaining to corporate on how your service department takes advantage of customers. Replacing 4 ignition coils for $1,132 is absolutely outrageous. I recieved another quote from South Hills Nissan for $400, but eventually doing it myself for $250. No programming needed as you had previously stated. One of the screws that hold down the engine cover was also stripped. Was looking to find another Altima at your dealership but after this, forget it.

Louis Douglas was fast, and efficient and made car buying easy. It was great to buy a car in 3 hours.
I brought my truck in for warranty work, transmission replacement at 6,000 miles, and had to escalate and fight for a new transmission. Clearly the truck came from the factory with a bad unit and I believe that the dealership should have had my back and pushed for the new unit instead of a used/rebuilt unit. According to one of the service reps, (not Haley) they only have a few problems with the rebuilts, which was hardly inspiring.After escalating to Nissan Corporate, I had to get the PA Attorney Generals office and the BBB involved, after which Nissan found a new transmission for my truck. I shouldnt have had to fight that hard to get the repair.
Very terrible customer service. They do not take care of their customers and only care about the money. After they sell you the car, they act like you were not a customer and ignore you when you need help. Bad service.

First time I have taken my 2018 Nissan Rogue back to dealer for service. Approaching 35,000 miles I thought I would get the complimentary 36 point inspection along with an oil change than I normally go to Pennzoil to have done. After experiencing the excellent service that was provided by Cody and his staff, I will be returning for all my oil changes and maintenance needs. I had a question on an error code that I thought the car had thrown and they did diagnostics in a timely and efficient manner. I will definitely be back all service appointments.

Devin Mattes was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I also needed two additiomal services, which I will schedule for another time, but I like how Devin explained why I would need them and how it qould benefit my vehicle. I didnt feel like I was being upsold. I will certainly come here to get my car serviced again.
Was visiting my daughter in Pittsburgh . - drove from nyc on a whim and decided to get an oil change that was needed - they were kind efficient courteous knowledgeable and most importantly they did not try to sell me products I did not need. This was a welcomed change and a new experience got me - which I greatly appreciated.
My family and I are from North Jersey, but one of our sons attends the University of Pittsburgh. My son took my car to Pittsburgh this past weekend to move out, but the car would not turn into gear when he attempted to head home. I went online and did some research on mechanics in the Pittsburgh area, and Cochran seemed to be the big name. I’m usually not a big fan of dealer service centers, but I had no choice. My son had the car towed, and I held my breath. The next day, I received word that the car would need a new transmission. I assumed I would be paying a significant amount of money for the repair, but Haley Sullivan returned my call. She informed me that my car may still be under warranty. Haley confirmed to me that my car was under warranty, and that there would be no charge associated with the repair. Extremely relieved, I asked Haley if she could expedite the repair so my son could get home by Memorial Day weekend, which she was able to do. Definitely not the service I’m used to here in North Jersey!Thank you Haley for your extreme kindness and professionalism - I may be stopping by Cochran for regular service on my car on my future trips to Pittsburgh!Thanks,Ed Walker, Bergen County NJ
I took my Nissan here for a recall a few years ago and had a very bad experience. The mechanic suggested the car needed $2500 in additional repairs — I didn’t ask for any sort of inspection — but the repairs included 4 new tires AND a tire rotation, which if you know anything about cars makes no sense at all. The mechanic was also pushy. I took my car to my usual mechanic and he quoted me about $800 for the same repairs. I would not go back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone.
Salesman was very friendly and helpful. He answered all questions and understood our needs. So much better than the Nissan Dealership on RT 19.-- to add - the vehicle we leased has issues. They appear to be trying to remedy the situation so far. At this point I do not have any negative things to say about the service.
I had an appointment first thing in the morning for an end-of-lease inspection for a car I plan to purchase. I didn’t expect to have to wait a little over 2.5 hours. While I really like, and have been very satisfied with both of my Nissan vehicles my experiences dealing with the dealership have not been positive.

Have had poor experiences and total lack of accommodation from Cochran. Bought a 2018 vehicle new from them (paid in full), and have found them very unaccommodating, and not pleasant to do business with. Had bad experience having to wait twice as long as I was told for service, expected to wait in crowded waiting room where not all were masked. They said they encourage but dont require and said they would accommodate need for more safety due to being high risk, but refused to do so after being asked multiple times. Every time I have gotten service it says my remote needs a new battery which Im pretty sure they program it to do. Also a month after my maintenance and oil change the reminder to get this keeps going off, but once again I will not go back as they are unwilling to accommodate safety concerns. I wish theyd stop contacting me to try to get warranty extension as the year I have remaining is pointless if I cant even go there. Very unhappy and reached out by phone dire try to service, to general store, through Facebook, email, etc and no one has offered anything but drop it off and wait in crowded room where people arent required to wear masks. Very disappointed with this dealer.Update: After reaching out multiple times on multiple platforms, I called again after leaving a message with no response, asked to speak to a manager and was told they can order my tire and schedule to have a empty room I can wait in. They still had me come in that Saturday when they opened to turn off the maintenance light which ends up they could have instructed me how to do this myself and knowing my concerns why would they not just tell me this instead of having me make an extra trip there! As far as the response below - I have an open recall on the hood, but have not been notified of any fix yet (wasnt even notified by dealer my car is in recall but looked up VIN - having bought the car first hand from them, feel they should have informed me). So the note below makes no sense as the issue was not about a recall - there is one but no fix yet for them to perform and no one has talked to me about that, just about changing the tire. - Raised from 1 star, but due to all these issues, wont go any higher.
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Aaron Eady is always so helpful and very responsive. Was able to give me the info. I needed to make decisions about my service and my car was fixed and CLEANED while I waited. The wifi enabled me to continue working while I waited and that was a bonus too!

Mechanical services were great, got emission inspection, that I needed, and I forgot about, got sticker, the guy checked my registration online, that I did not have the right paper for it, printed the correct form and was relatively fast (less than 2 hours)
After trying to pass off summer tires as all weather tires, your service rep had the nerve to say he was doing me a favor by fixing his own mistake and misrepresentation. I have no confidence in Cochran whatsoever to perform quality work. Furthermore, I will make sure everyone i know hears about your attempt to defraud me and frankly, put my life in danger.AND I DID NOT RECEIVE A FREE ALIGNMENT. I paid for an alignment when I got the first set of tires. Furthermore, these more expensive tires you speak of are literally $20.70 more. $20.70 more for ALL FOUR TIRES. I would have happily paid that from the beginning since that is what I originally asked for. Ill pay you the $20.70..... and you can refund the money for my alignment that you claim was free.
All at Nissan Monroeville in the Service Center are wonderful. I enjoy taking my car there for service. Aaron, the Manager, is always so helpful. Stanford Grandy and Vince were amazing. Didnt get the rate I was promised and it took forever, but that isnt their fault. The service department needs more bodies because it should never take 3 hours for an emissions test or putting 4 new tires on a car. That is a 30 minute job. They also missed that I need an oil change and my old mechanic never would have slipped and missed that. The minute we pulled away the light came on. But Stan and Vince are awesome.
