I dont consider myself to be a milkshake fan, but I do like to partake, from time to time. This was my first time visiting a Milkshake Factory location, and I was very impressed. Prices are just about what you would expect, and the quality is top-notch. The staff was efficient, and friendly, from the young lady that took my order to the store manager, Jason. Ill definitely go back!

The low review isnt because of the quality of the milkshake. Its pretty decent. Im giving 2 stars for this location because the female employee at the cash register was rude to me, and I heard two of the male employees on the side whispering about my outfit. Also, the prices are so high. $20 for 2 milkshakes? Theyre not even that large in size! I might return to the Milk Shake Factory... but not this location, and definitely not until I get that stimulus check.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries!Best I have ever eaten. Traditional Valentines Day treat from husband. Fresh milk chocolate and dark chocolate generously covered fresh strawberries. A lot in the box!

Ordered a mint cookie cream shake. the credit card reader is not good, mixed messages and the shake, while good, had zero mint even when I confirmed before and after what I ordered. At the end of the day, still a good shake, just no mint.

Chose this destination for desert after an excellent meal at the Bonefish Grill. My midnight milkshake was lovely but my problem came with the staff. Without any small bills left I paid the $15.00 tab with a $50 and got $5 back. I was patient with the cashier trying to explain that I did not get my $35 back. When I couldn’t hear her I expressed a concerned “what?” And the entire staff proceeded to treat me like I did something wrong. On top of not apologizing or saying it’s okay when I apologized there no communication even when our shakes were done. They were overall very rude and gave me a drop of whipped cream on my shake. I think I’ll take my business some place else.

The Milk Shake Factory sells milkshakes and chocolates in numerous delicious flavors. Currently, prices for dairy and dairy-free milkshakes range from $5-7 each. Chocolate candies include barks and pretzels. I bought the Bananas Foster milkshake and the Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry milkshake. Both were a large size that were more than enough to satisfy my cravings. The employee said hello, expertly mixed my milkshakes, and thanked me.

Ive been here way more times than I should (both this location and the East Liberty one), and I can actually say that Ive never had a bad experience. Ive been cutting the carbs lately so last week when my bff suggested we go, I felt some mixed emotions. I walked in, sadly lamenting my lot in life while deciding which non-ice-cream treat Id most enjoy (because I sure as heck couldnt handle a milkshake). When I asked if there was any small treat I could get other than a chocolate, the friendly folks behind the counter offered to make me a small ice cream cup with any topping(s) I wanted. Score!! I got a small chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and a healthy dollop of their delicious homemade whipped cream and felt like a queen. Also, that chocolate ice cream was the best soft serve Ive ever had!

Being diabetic, I was disappointed there was no sugar free options. You would think, since all they do is milkshakes, they would have that option. Untapped market??

Small but busy is how Id start off describing this vibrant and bright milkshake shop. While they may lack on extensive seating, the employees work with haste to make sure youre in and out and satisfied with your visit. They also sell chocolate for any occasion! Need an Im sorry, honey! Gift? They have it, stop by and get a dozen chocolate covered strawberries! Need a celebratory snack? They got you covered! Take your pick from the wide variety of chocolate truffles. How about a eat the pain away kind of food? Oh boy... order a chocolatier milkshake and drink away the pain. With reasonable prices, hand-made quality shakes, and a staff that is so polite that they alone will fill your sweet tooth, Id strongly recommend going here for all your sugary needs!

Milk Shakes Factory shakes = good. Milk Shake Factory prices = not as good. I hearken back to the milkshake scene in Pulp Fiction where Vincent was shocked at the price of the $5 shake. In kind, I dont know if its worth $5 (or $6 or $7), but theyre pretty darn good.

The milkshake itself was delicious. The layout of the store is not conducive to rousing. You need to know what you want. Very quickly. I would have given it three stars but the milkshake was delicious.

First time I went I got Jakes Shake because he had scored so of course I was going to take advantage of that. Overall pretty good, wife got a peanut butter chocolate which was also good. Unbeknownst to me they also have other things like chocolate bark and hot chocolate. Will return.

The chocolates and milkshakes are delicious. I almost rated it a 4 out of 5 because the place can be a bit busy and that leads to some chaos while waiting for your order. Last time I went, there were so many people in there that they could have turned it into a milkshake dance party with the right lighting and a DJ.

Delicious! First timer here from NW Ohio. I had the Smore milkshake. A tad too sweet but still enjoyable. I will be back for sure!!

The staff was very friendly and the menu was nice. The only thing that made me give it 3 stars was the price. $7.50 for a milkshake is way too much. There was nothing really special about the skate, it was good, but not $7.50. I would rather go to Burgatory and get a boozey share for a dollar less.
