This is run by two people. They will outright lie to you that things are going fine, that theres no problems, even if you specifically ask if anythings wrong. Including the facts of how things are done and made. If they happen to have a bad day personally, you suffer for it; they deliberately decide to screw you over--and then blame you for it and act like there was absolutely no other way they could have done things.
